Brad and Blue Parrot Home Theater came to me highly recommended. Not only did Brad come to the house, go up into the attic (twice) to check things out and give me an estimate of three different options....his prices were very fair. His communication was impeccable and he got us scheduled right away. He arrived on time, was very friendly and spent the time needed to properly install the speakers. Because of the positioning of the walls and attic it was a job that took time as he had to put down tracking which blended in with the trim to hide the wires. He also tested everything to make sure it was set up correctly and when he left he said to call if I ever needed anything else or had any questions. I did call a few days later to see about possibly extending the tracking a little more on one of the walls. He immediately scheduled a time to come back and add the tracking for no charge. By the way I scheduled two other Businesses out here to give me estimates. One set up a time to come and never showed, the other canceled twice and then showed... walked around the house, never even checked out the attic and said they would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard back from them. These days a trustworthy business like Blue Parrot is hard to find and I would highly recommend them.
