She had recently done the spark plugs and fuel module but the issue was more of a throttle body type problem. Reluctantly she brought it here. Kristin told her she needed a tube up with new plugs and a new brake module even though it had just been done. My mother not knowing what to do asked me. The labor she showed me was double book labor on both all data and Mitchell . She then told her she needed crankshaft position sensor and wiring harness again double book labor. I called and spoke to Kirstin and had to tell her how to find proper book labor and she then told me she would remove partial time. It was still a blatant overcharge of labor. I told my mother she should tow the car away but she is elderly and just wanted it back. Kirstin adjusted some of the overcharge and eventually two days later my mom got her car back. Kirstin had a terrible attitude and when I tried to ask for her manager she said he wasn't available. I will be filing a claim with the state. Shame on you Kirstin.

All negotiations were conducted by text message and are documented in writing. I was clearly told that sales tax was included in the out-the-door price. I even have a photo of their computer screen showing the calculated Georgia sales tax (within about $100 of the correct amount), along with screenshots of all our price negotiations. We agreed on a price pending an independent inspection from a local shop -- an inspection they initially told me was unnecessary because they had already completed a "127-point inspection" themselves and through the auction. The independent inspection revealed several costly issues, including ball joints with an estimated repair cost of approximately $2,500. Based on those findings, we renegotiated and agreed on a revised out-the-door price. I informed them I would be paying cash via cashier's check and driving four hours each way to complete the purchase. They assured me the paperwork would be ready when I arrived. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting that everything matched our written agreement and did not re-review the paperwork carefully before signing. Later, I discovered that the Georgia sales tax had been removed from the deal, effectively increasing my cost by over $1,100 when I went to register the vehicle at the tag office. An "out-the-door" price has a clear meaning, especially when sales tax is explicitly discussed and documented. I have written proof of the agreement and will be submitting all documentation to the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs regarding deceptive practices and bait-and-switch conduct. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly review every document before signing

After waiting 2 hours for them to send me a deal sheet for me to take to the bank, they added their OPTIONAL $1,397 "Warranty" to the deal sheet (without me asking or telling me that they had done so) and after I asked to opt out they told me they couldn't sell me the car or they'd "take a loss" on it. MIND you, between my first contact with the dealership, and them telling they would not sell me the vehicle for what they had it listed as, 3 days had gone by. They had 3 days to figure something like this out. So either they know this and try to take advantage of people or they don't care enough to provide decent service. Shop elsewhere if possible.

They politely offered the same price as online and then when drafting the paperwork, added a $3200 "adjustment" and $1500 for fees in the quote, making the "discounted" vehicle more than sticker. When asking about the mark up, they were honest and said that is their additional profit and that they do not actually sell cars at the advertised price. I went to another dealership and purchased the exact same vehicle without the markup and with reasonable fees. Buyer beware. They will use deceptive practices to mark the vehicle up. Be sure to check your contract.
