Wow. What a delicious salmon bagel. I swapped out the regular cream cheese for scallion (my fave) and my first bit in -- I was in for a treat! That'll I'll be back for more of, soon! It was so incredibly delicious and filling! Loved it. I'll definitely be back to try the others but it'll be hard to try something else when the salmon bagel was SO GOOD. Service was friendly and quick, too. Only about 4-6 small tables inside that are very close together -- as a mom with a baby, not really my thing. My ultimate favorite bagel right now!!!! I've been to their NYC locations a few times so I was really excited when they opened in Hoboken. It can get busy sometimes but i suggest you make your order online and pick up. Now, to the bagel. The sourdough base makes such a difference-- is perfectly crisp on the outside, light and chewy on the inside, and always tastes super fresh. You can tell the quality is there, not just in the bagel but in the ingredients too. My fav is the tomato and the salmon. But I've read the butter and jelly is amazing. I guess you cant go wrong with any of them. It's simple, it's clean and it just works. If you already know Apollo, you'll be happy is here. Came here this morning for the first time and I have to say the vibe in there was amazing. The guy at the register was so nice and helpful. I ended up getting the salmon with everything bagel and scallion cream cheese.... AMAZING I pretty picky on salmon and there was no fishy smell and everything felt fresh. The whitefish salad is lighter and less fishy than a tuna salad. It's also generously topped with dill giving it a citrusy bite on the backend. I actually liked the cucumbers and pickled peppers more on here. I've had the Bagel w Tomato w Scallion Cream Cheese before and it hit the spot again this time! I don't know how or why but it's so simple yet so good. This location is super spacious which is great if you want to enjoy your bagel while it's fresh. Holy moly! Call me performative but this was genuinely an amazing bagel. We had it 30 mins post walking around Central Park after trying to find a nice spot to sit and eat, AND IT WAS STILL DELICIOUS! I got the tomato bagel with scallion cream cheese on a sesame bagel and Bf got the smoked salmon on everything bagel. I loved mine the best. It wasn't too bready, the bagel was yummy (like sourdough), the cream cheese wasn't too much, and the cracked pepper on the tomatoes was so delicious. We've been in this Apollo Bagels a few times now. We are so happy to have them in Hoboken! Such a great addition. The inside is spacious.. needs to be haha. It draws the crowds! The line to the register inside is a little confusing for some people I've noticed while standing and waiting for our order. The menu is very limited, which is nice to see. Makes ordering easy! I also love that they make their own fresh juiced oranges. Though I'm not one to pay over $6.50 for it haha. I'll do it myself for $2. We ordered the toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and toasted salmon everything bagel. The salmon bagel comes open-faced with cream cheese (a little skimpy last time), smoked salmon, capers, fresh dill, fresh raw red onion, and pepper seasoning. The bagel is made of sourdough. Got an everything bagel with cc. Bagel was warm, chewy and just the perfect amount of cc. Everything seasoning coated the bagel perfectly without it being salty. It was $5+ tax. I know people rave about the tomato topping but I can't stand raw tomatoes and I'm not a fan of lox so the plain cc was the perfect choice for me. Service was quick, cashier was friendly and helpful when I dropped my coffee trying to fix a shaky table. He swiftly mopped up the mess. Honestly, I really enjoyed this bagel. I thought this place was all social media hype but the bagel was airy, chewy and I saved half which I ate HOURS later and it was STILL good. Super excited we got this spot in Hoboken. The week of their launch about two months ago, everything was sooo tasty and the portion sizes were great. I went again this past week and while the flavor was still good, they definitely started skimping out on the salmon and whitefish. There were parts of the bagel that wasn't covered and the salmon could've definitely used more. A shame. They're open into the afternoon, which was clutch, but by around 4pm the full menu wasn't available understandable given the time. I went with an everything bagel with cream cheese. Went here after my first Apollo experience in NYC. This was literally the next day! That's how good apollo bagel is. Also, good news- both spots had consistently good quality. I split the salmon and white fish with my friend. The salmon was literally the same as the day before which made me happy. I ordered the everything bagel and it was so fresh- crispy on the outside, but soft and doughy on the inside. Just the way I like it! They're so generous with the cream cheese too. Apollo's bagels are fresh, fluffy and airy on the inside and crisp on the outside. They're very different from the other bagels in town I think in particular because of how they're boiled because the outside is so crispy with bubbles. It's nice to have more options in town (which is ironic since we have so many bagel places) read more

These aren't bagels. It is straight up sourdough bread baked in the shape of a bagel. Great idea, but it doesnt make it a bagel! If I bake a muffin in the shape of a bagel, it's still a muffin! Bagels have a specific texture which is a result of the baking recipe and process. I find it offensive that these are sold as bagels. read more
