Network Remedy recently helped us with a small project. They upgraded our Firewall, Switch and wireless access points. They were responsive and very professional. Amon and his team at Network Remedy is the absolute best! West Valley Community Services is a nonprofit organization in Cupertino. As a small nonprofit, we don't have a dedicated IT person on staff - most of us are accidental techies. We recently switched our phone system to VoIP. After our switch it seemed like our IT infrastructure started to fail one by one. Our phones went down, our internet connect was extremely slow, and printers started to fail.
