The first time resulted in a significant delay with my treatment getting started which threatened to impact the determination my Physician would need to make if surgery would be required. Edited to add: I was told 3 months ago on the phone that they would review my dispute and pull the account from collections while they waited on information from my insurance company about the charges. That didn't happen. They are now actually prepared to sue me over $170 without any explanation from the billing office, and without returning any of my multiple phone calls. STAY AWAY.

My experience here was anything but that. They employ fascial counterstrain and Dawn Florick began this treatment on me day one, and in fact her hands were never off me.
