    I recently switched over to Apple after years of being with Android (specifically, Samsung). What can I say - go big or go home, eh? Apple AirPod Pro 2, Apple 6th Generation with the Aluminum Milanese Loop, Apple 12 iPhone Pro Max 512GB 5G, and 12 Pro Leather Case with MagSafe (Saddle Brown and Black). *** Pre-ordered the iPhone which arrived just on time to use The Apple App Store to purchase my second phone case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. The Wallet App had my appointment scheduled for pickup with a scan barcode to show the staff which made extremely convenient to drop in and right out within a matter of minutes! The six feet precaution was definitely enforced and masks were required! I managed to gear up with gloves also considering I'd be touching the product. Stunned by the phone cases! Very sophisticated case, beautiful design, and stylish!

    An Apple A Day does not keep the doctor away, it just makes you go broke. At La Cantera, this is one of the better Apple stores that we've been to - I really enjoyed how it was different to a lot of the others, in that people were attentive and they were dealing with us straight away. I guess that's what you get in a fancy mall in a much richer area than most. Definitely one of the nicest and most spacious and enjoyable Apple Stores we've been to.

    This is the first summer I signed my son up for Apple Camp. He's attending two sessions Coding with Spearos and storytelling with Clips. Both sessions are taught but Apple Employees in a small group session. My son has enjoyed the opportunity to have hands on learning with the iPads, Apple Pen and Spearos (small code-able not). The employees have been beyond accommodating as well as working well with all the kids. I currently have many Apple products and will co to he to purchase from Apple. They provide high quality products and high uplift service!

    Sorry we Can't repair your product, just buy another. Poor service as usual, why do we accept it?

    Apple is not the company it once was. Steve is gone and so are the days of serving the consumer. Went to Apple to get 12 camera repaired, sorry sir only option it to replace, and you'll need to make another appointment to do that. Right to repair is a most for consumer electronics because of acts just like this.

    Apple employees talk to each other instead of customers!

    This review is for the business itself, not the location…read more I'm a small business owner and have both a Spectrum Business and Spectrum Enterprise account. I've been trying to cancel the Enterprise account for 3 months and get our main numbers back to the business account and they refuse to turn it off or come collect their equipment. Instead, they keep sending me bills. I have talked to 7 reps, from account specialists, managers, billing, etc, and all say they will get me updates. No updates ever come, and no resolution ever happens. I have to continually reach out to them. They do not care about their customers. Do not believe a word their reps say on the phone. They either do not know what they are talking about (the next rep you talk to will tell that what the first said is totally wrong) or will forget to submit things they tell you they are (they tell you they are escalating the issue and leaving notes on your account but the next rep can't ever seem to see that). They even closed out our work order at one point, with no explanation as to why since the work was never done. Our internet is down fairly often as are our phones, and if you need something fixed, be prepared to wait months (oh but they'll tell you it'll just be a few days). This is the third experience like this with spectrum in less than 5 years. If you have ANY other option, take it and run.

    Help in the Time of Crisis!…read more On a recent business trip I had the horrible experience of having my external hard drive becoming unreadable/corrupted! Not knowing any better, I made an appointment with the "Geek Squad" at Best Buy, who qouted me $500-$2000 for an "advanced repair ATTEMPT"?!?!!? Distraught, I came to Altex and was quickly greeted by Matt and the store manager Jacob Wiese. Explaining my problem, they offered to attempt repair for a nominal charge- how reassuring! Jacob broke down the concepts of disc drives and solid state drives into terms I could understand [thank you!] - so I immediately purchased a new portable solid state drive. I left my "broken" hard drive with them- feeling much more confident in their skills. Within 2 days they called to inform me they were able to access the data and transfer it to the new SSD! While I am impressed with their technical expertise, I am MORE grateful for their kind, patient, customer-friendly demeanor- helping those of us who are novices and helplessly lost. My job as a professional nurse has been to help explain medical terms/procedures to patients who are confused and anxious. What a wonderful experience to meet computer professionals who are willing to help do the same thing when an anxious customer comes in.
