We…read morehave been with AT&T for over 15 years and every single time we shop at this location they always manage to mess up our account! To clarify we shop at this location for the convenience that it is the nearest location to us. The employees are not well trained and the manager always throws his hands up in the air telling you there is nothing they can do to help you. We always end up having to call customer service to correct the issues on our own and end up always taking more time than we needed to already with customer service assisting us to correct errors. Today my mom walked in to buy an apple watch and the employee failed to tell her there was a running promo for purchasing an Apple Watch but my mom saw the poster for the promo (while still in transaction and in store) the employee Had my mom pick another watch week selected a color and size and when attempting to honor the promo he told my mom he thought the promo had ended so too bad. Too bad? We spend a lot of money monthly for you to tell me too bad!!! I suggested we return the item and we turn around and repurchase The items so that they could correct their mistake and honor us the promo... They said it couldn't be done and now they wanted to charge us a fee to return the item and I would loose my downpayment when if only the employee had had the proper knowledge of the current running promos this could've all been avoided! Now yet again, another trip we've had to the same location and the same thing again... bad experience! I spoke to the manager and same thing USELESS AS ALWAYS! I am so sick and tired of being told for everything there is nothing they can do when they were the ones who made the mistake! At least when Sergio was at this location he would assist in taking care of the customer!

I have 4 phones with this company as well as cable and internet. I have NEVER has service like this before. This location is around target and even tho there are other stores around its hard to find a parking space sometimes. Anyways I went in there to see if I had insurance on my phone and got talked into paying the phone off and getting the new Iphone 16. Thats fine..we are adults here right? but then heres where the problems began. A few days after the purchase of the phone I see that there are scratches on the top of the phone near the base. I called att at which they told me to contact Apple. Apple give me a a case number and tells me I am in FULL rights of the 14 day return sooooo I can just bring it back to the store. Now we are on our way to the store....ok right off the back things take a TERRIBLE turn. BEFORE I can even tell the young lady what is going on...here comes the manager to ask me what the problem is? Mind you he NEVER goes to ANYONE else to do the same thing BUT he comes over to me and my son ( I feel targeted) ok then he proceeds to tell me the phone didnt leave the store like that and basically we did it...I was nice enough to ask to speak to his manager and end up having to travel to another location because I hear this manager LIE and tell the other manager there are scratches on the camera which the young lady pointed out in front of him that it wasnt true! Then when I am sent to the other manager he then proceeds to make an appointment on MY phone to go to best buy for them to fix the screen... ( we dont even get into how long I sat there wating for him) BUT then today Best Buy calls me and said we cant fix the screen because we dont have any parts. He goes on to say that basically the phone is DEFECTIVE and they should take it back. Soooo now I am stuck with a phone thats defective and the manager seems to have a personal problem with me and this is ALL with att not doing anything but apologizing to me and telling me to use my insurance to fix it? BUT why...what would happen if I didnt have insurance? I am ready to LEAVE att..why should I stay with a company that I have loyal to for over 10 years and no telling HOW much money I have spent and they turn around and let their employees target me and make it so I have no recourse? its NOT right and not fair!
