He still proceeded to looks up my account and pull everything up and say well there's nothing we can do to help you in store. My only problem is that my bill went up for my Internet and I wanted to get a new I phone which he ended up telling me they don't even have in store. ‍ I'm just saying. This is quite possibly the worst att store I've ever been to. I walked in with my dad to get support on one of our lines that's continuously malfunctioning and for 20 minutes not a single person acknowledged us. They only had three people working the floor and their machine to sign in appeared to be out of order. There doesn't seem to be any organization here and they employees appear to be struggling with managing customers. read more

I'm a recent widow and I was going into the store to shut down my husband's phone or switch it to a prepaid number and they made it a very difficult process. I went to this location a little nervous from all of the bad reviews but I had a great experience. I was greeted by two associates immediately upon entering the store. One of them signed me in. Kenneth was there to help me in about 5 minutes. He answered my questions about the different phone options and set me up with a new iPhone and all the ancillary stuff (which was 50% off since I bought 4 items). I couldn't be more pleased. Quite possibly the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. I waited over 20 minutes to be greeted and signed in. There were only three individuals working the floor, none of which acknowledge my existence upon walking in. After I had waited this time another customer walked in, and the customer service was so bad that that other customer literally left without being signed in, greeted, serviced. I don't understand how they're staying in business when they're not even providing customer support to customers wanting to pay for their services and receive support. read more

I went to this store for a phone number change. The sales person sold me on the new internet air Wi-Fi. It seemed like a sweet deal with the reduced price and faster speed than I already had. After the third day, I returned my old modem. Then, I discovered the internet air used ("dynamic IP")which changed every day to a new IP address causing my Hulu account to lock me out because of using the four primary location changes allowed by Hulu. Store employees did not know this is an issue. There is no fix for this issue. So... I am returning the internet air and going back to my old slow modem. read more

Be very careful if you plan on buying a phone and getting service at this location. I had the absolute worst experience ever trying to buy the new Samsung 24 Ultra. The service was so bad I requested to the sales associate to have the District/Area Manager over this store to call me so I can explain to them just how bad the service was. The three associates I had interaction with could not answer simple questions. They talked in circles and none of them could give me a straight answer. I thought I was at a sleazy used car dealership. Do your homework. Order online or via the phone. Or go to another store. Oh the District Manager still hasn't called me and it's been over two days. I have had multiple experiences with this store flat out lying to me, and having a different AT&T store, assist me with my needs, providing the opposite information this store provides. Want to discuss your problem with someone over this store's manager? Not possible. You are directed to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, or call the 800 number we all know for billing and payments. This tells you everything you need to know: no accountability for dishonest and disinterested staff. I had the best experience yesterday when I went to upgrade a line. From the moment I walked in, the employees were friendly and greeted me with smiles and made me feel incredibly welcome. I got to work with Natalie and she was driven to make sure I was happy. She answered questions about my phone and accessories. When she saw my responses to certain phones, she was quick to say that I needed to find the right phone. Making sure my purchase and experience were perfect. The manager on duty and the rest of the staff were very professional. I would highly recommend this location. I've never had such a great experience as I did here!!! read more

Some of the employees were literally watching the football game while people waited an hour+ to be helped or even signed in at all. If you can go to any other store location, just do that instead to save yourself the time. It's definitely worth an extra 10-15 minute drive to go somewhere else since you'll probably save a good 30-45 minutes of time actually spent in the store anyway. read more

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and even had the door open for me. I was then assigned Allen Bruce as a rep. Again greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I am not a big tech person so the fact that Allen was very patient and polite to me was a big plus. Allen Bruce made sure to answer all my questions and even questions I didn't know I had. Upon looking at my bill Allen was able to lower my bill by $30! If you ever need a AT&T rep. Please come see Allen Bruce. read more

I walked in at 7:25 pm looking for help on a trade in on my old iPhone after getting a message from ATT that I owe $220 because my trade in was never received. I suppose I set the appointment at the wrong store because when I said I had an appointment, 4 people looked at me like I was crazy. One lil short fat lady shaped like a bowling ball whispered to her colleague and her colleague was like: I guess I'll take this one...The lil bowling ball lady lurked behind while her co-worker pulled up my account and said "it's been a long day"...everyone has long days, but you don't say that in front of a customer, have some respect and decency. I know I'm young but I should still be treated the same as anyone else in an empty store. At the end of the day, nothing was resolved, they shipped my phone to the wrong "division", no apology and I was given an ultimatum that made ZERO sense by a "manager" behind the scenes who wouldn't come out and have the balls to give me the ultimatum face to face. I guess these installment deals are pretty much a scam. I'm paying off whatever I owe on this phone, closing my account and taking my business elsewhere, where at least I'm acknowledged properly. F this store. ATT isn't bad on it's own, but the physical locations are trash. read more

Came in and the two guys were both helping people. I was next and they acknowledged that. I waited for these people for an hour while a line built up behind me, maybe 6 groups of people. Someone walked in way after me and they got the next spot in front of me somehow?! We left. Why have a line if they play favorites? Service was horrible. I bought an Iwatch and the person who sold it to me took the band off and put it back to show how they can be taken off and on. Needles to say the next day the watch falls from the the band where the AT&T employee put the band back on. The screen is broken and they won't fix or return it. Instead they sent me to another place and offered me a 10% discount on their mistake. 10% off of 100$ is still 90$ out of my pocket for their mistake. I was also led to believe I had insurance on the watch at the time of sale and when I tried to use that the young man indicated there wasn't any insurance for the watch. I've never walked out of AT&T before but you guys need to get you sh%t together. read more

Just left. I've been here 25 times over last five years. I have 13 devices on one plan, almost all bought here. Today was unique. Waited, nobody available to help and not many working in store. Then, they all started coming out of the back. Still chewing. Must have been a big lunch. And- I must have interrupted. Short, hostile, confrontational, correcting and then the best: 1- can't help me with my service issue on iPad. Go to Apple Store. 2- I'm traveling next month. Can't help with plan. Call the 800#. 3- I traveled last month. Bill was incorrect. Can't help. Call 800#. I had one more issue, but when I looked at the young lady she just smiled and walked away. Laura I think. Good luck to you if your timing is bad. So- after no help- and leaving a review- service was cut off to all my devices with no warning. These folks are class acts. read more

I've always received great service at this AT&T location and have been an AT&T customer for a long time. But David's customer service was exceptional and treated me and my mother with great care and respect. I guess AT&T wants to follow Apple's business model when it comes to the in-store experience. That's fine, but they need to warn customers who make an online pickup purchase what they're in for. I ordered a new phone and received my confirmed for pickup email in less than an hour. When I arrived I was informed by the greeter that I would need to put my name in and someone would be with me when they were available. I asked how long the wait might be since I was pressed for time and ordered online to avoid this sort of thing. Will it be 15, 20, 30 minutes? Can I get a timeframe here? I'm just picking something up. Greeter refused to assign a wait time and told me it didn't matter that I made my purchase online since they still need to help with the initial setup of the device. Apparently she did what she could to get me helped a bit faster since after about 20 minutes I met with a technician. I appreciated that effort, but what I really enjoyed were the death glances from the customers who were actually in the queue for longer than I was. The wait times at this store are ridiculous. How about staffing for the location? read more

The customer service is awful. They've totally screwed us over because of their incompetence. Don't waste your time here go somewhere else.
