    A great location on the mag mile. You can walk right in off the street, take the glass elevator down to the store or the wonderful seating area with an information promotional large screen TV. Knowledgeable helpful staff . You get what you need for a fair price. When your done with your shopping you can take a stroll on the Riverwalk.

    Great store and this is the best location bc it's huge and modern and has so much staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. Free bathrooms and training for your devices. Book in advance for trying the VR glasses that is an amazing experience. Comfortable seating and fun to try all the phones and iPads and VR and laptops.

    I could have gone to a closer Apple Store to get my kids iPhone repaired. But I chose this one. Because it's so pretty. I've been wanting to visit for a long while and I finally scratched the itch. This is a gorgeous store on the river and the service is top notch. If you do plan on driving here, there is underground parking at 401 N Michigan Ave - underground Wacker section. Also above ground at 240 E Illinois - City Front. Apple will also validate your parking and save you money while visiting their store.

    While Apple the company is a whole scam at times, I had a real phone emergency when I got to Chicago, and I had a seamless experience at this Apple store. GLOWS: -I walked in. Was quoted 45 minutes in wait time and there estimate was spot on. -Turns out i needed a new battery, after doing an update which messed up my phone-- we know Apple is a con artist in that way---- but i decided just to get a new phone. -Julie was helpful it getting everything set up so I could walk up back up and rolling! -The general decor was very minimalist and nice. The 2 floor structure was cool. GROWS: -There is no bathroom in the store. Customers are there making $1,000+ purchases that take a while and there is no bathroom for them? Aint that much minimalism in the world.

    I love coming to this Apple location. As busy as it is, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I never see stress on any Apple personnel. They are a special group of people that know how to provide amazing service no matter the crowd. If you come here, know that it isn't just an Apple store, but you can sit on the steps and take a moment to take in the Chicago River. Also, you can stand by the rail and get a closer look at the water. After you get your Apple Airpods Max, you can curate a playlist that gives a soundtrack to your new adventures ahead. I saw that they had plenty of their accessories. As I mentioned before, it is a busy store, please take advantage of the self-checkout option Apple offers with its small items. I always find myself coming back here. Let me know your favorite part of this location.

Much to my suprise, I was greeted warmly, in and out in less than 40-minutes and everything transfered seemlessly. This is a flagship "Experience" store and fairly large inside. Everything is well designed, vibrant and clean. Overall it was the best in- store experience and I would highly recommend going on a weekday to minimize any waiting.

I couldn't get rid of it, so I took it to a UbreakIfix on Chicago Ave in Chicago. I also had a problem with my page layout; words were pressing together and overlapping. They kept my computer overnight. I picked it up, they got rid of that file, and I had my HD space back!! I was pleased until I tried to do other stuff. I couldn't get into my settings to change the video. I took it back, they kept it 2 days, claimed they fixed it, but they didn't. It would take too long to tell you the two weeks of Hell I went through. I found out from my Google Artificial Intelligence that they fixed the first issue, but created many more by corrupting the Capabilities Access Manager program in Windows, which controls permissions and related settings. Every time I went to a website, I would always get a pop-up asking if it was OK. I couldn't get into my permissions to change it from ASK to ALLOW. Every time I tried to go to settings & change permissions, I was kicked out. This went on for 2 weeks. After hours of dealing with AI, we finally went in and deleted and rebuilt the CAM svc. I FIXED IT!!! Well, AI fixed it. I tried calling their home office to complain & I got some clown at Asurion who refused to even pay any attention because, according to him, UbreakIfix was a totally different company. I tried telling him Asurion OWNED them & he rejected that and claimed that was not true & there was nothing he could do. Finally, I tracked down a Florida location and called, but got a lady from the Philippines on the phone. She took my call, was very nice, and told me there was nothing she could do but would have someone call me. The next day, I got a lady on the phone, and I explained all the trouble. She offered me a refund of my $100. I told her I wanted $50. They did solve one problem, but I'll be damned if they get to keep all of it. So, I'm waiting on my $50. I hated the service, but the response after I finally got someone other than an idiot on the phone, who didn't even know who he worked for, was reasonable. The reason I went to them is that they had fixed a phone for me. I say use them at your own risk. The corporate customer service person in America did her job. She listened, apologized, and offered a solution. I was not pleased with the people in the store on Chicago. They lied to me and told me they had fixed the problems they caused and they didn't. That is unacceptable.
