    Tried to reach them about support we needed in a product. We told by Apple support to reach out to the store. Was hung up on numerous occasions. Not the level of service I expect from Apple at the price they charge for products.

    I've been using Apple products for years now, and honestly, I keep coming back for a reason. There's just something about the way everything works so smoothly together, my iPhone, MacBook, AirPods, even my Apple Watch. What I appreciate most is the attention to detail. Whether it's the clean design of their devices or how intuitive iOS feels, it just makes tech feel less stressful. The service at the Apple store Millenia is a amazing the attention they give to the customers is incredible and the information they give is really helpful if u want full detail

    This is crazy. Had to bring in airpods. When you finally get in , you have to sit at a table for a long time before someone comes to you even though you have an appointment. Many employees walking/standing around. They need a better system.

    It has the usual pristine and sterile feel that this chain is known for. Everything is white or natural wood and it's inviting to go in. The biggest issue is the crowds. It's forever busy, and I mean to the point there's a wait outside to get inside busy. I don't mind popping in here to see what they have and just look, but the crowded nature of it is off putting, and not for me. The staff is always caught up with customers so asking questions is pretty much a no go despite how many employees they have there. Overall: B Busy and crowded so o rarely go, but it's nice and shiny like all the chain locations.

    This was our first visit to this location and they were just as busy as the other ones. We walked in and I spoke to one of the salesmen about exactly what we wanted and he sent us to get in line. We spoke to the next person at the front of the line and told them exactly what we wanted and they had us wait to get to a salesman. When we got to the front of the line we spoke to the young lady there and as soon as the salesman was available she assigned us to him. A very efficient system actually considering how busy Apple stores can be. The salesman we were assigned to was "Ron" and he did an excellent job and was very patient with us during the extremely long time we were there. Everything was going great and quickly until he went to add the phone to a line on my T-Mobile account. Their system showed my account blocked so I had to call T-Mobile to get it taken care of. Between the two of us we explained to the T-Mobile rep on the phone at least five different times exactly what it was doing and what we were trying to do and for whatever reason they just did not seem to understand. Finally we were settled on putting the SIM chip in that I had from T-Mobile for an active line and while we were setting up paying for the phone so we could put the chip in T-Mobile called me back to go over our issue one more time. According to the rep in the end they just had to do an update on my account to make it work but I don't know why that took almost an hour. Ron was able to process the sale and we installed the chip and went through the process of transferring information from one phone to another and running the update on the system and then we tried the phone and it worked great. Personally I'm not much of a fan of the prices at Apple but we have never had an issue with them that couldn't be taken care of. Employees are always friendly and there's always someone in the store that can answer the odd question you might have. We were extremely satisfied and the new kid in the house was using the phone is thrilled to have an upgrade from their old one that they had to return. If you like Apple products or if you want to try them I can definitely recommend it if you can afford it. We were well taken care of here and when we left we were satisfied with the experience with Apple. T-Mobile might be a little shaky for me but I can usually find someone to take care of any problem I have with them as well.

I originally called the Verizon's customer service number with my questions but they were not too clear with their answers. I was greeted by David right away. Gave him my contact information and walked to a sitting area. David went above and beyond with a lot of patience answering all my silly questions. He explained all the scenarios and possibilities, helping me to make the best decision. Verizon needs more David's in their stores. He was joined by Adam who was also very helpful and polite. I didn't make a decision on a phone but I left with a different home product to try. I will be back for the phone now that I have the best information to compare. I hope to have another David customer service experience when I return.

I arrived at the Millenia location a little more than an hour before closing. When I walked in, the store was nearly empty--about five customers and five Verizon employees. With an equal number of employees to customers, I expected a timely and efficient experience. That was not the case. After putting my name on the waiting list, I waited while three employees stood together having a long, casual conversation and completely ignoring customers who were waiting. After more than fifteen minutes, I politely asked the manager if someone could assist me. I was told that because the store was closing in less than an hour, everyone was "too busy." That explanation made no sense considering I had just watched multiple employees casually chatting instead of helping customers. Now everyone understands being a frustrated customer in a busy store with overwhelmed employees. What's much harder to understand is standing in a nearly empty store, waiting patiently, while employees talk among themselves and ignore customers. To make matters worse, the manager didn't appear the least bit concerned when telling me no one could help. She even suggested that I call customer service instead--even though I was already standing in the store waiting for assistance. In the end, I waited over an hour for help (which can easily be verified on the in-store cameras), despite there being available employees. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, and no effort to improve the situation. Is this how they treat all their customers? Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

Michelle, store manager was kind, patient, and listened to my concerns. Helped me through my problems. Went beyond her duties. Christopher is an employee that any business would love to have on their team. What an incredible man. He greeted me at the door and was quick to work me through my issues. We were never informed of service coming back on and I decided to cancel to get a new internet provider... I went to a store and cancelled then the next day they charged my card again! They claimed that the cycle was from the middle of the month and that they charged at the end of the month. I asked to be reimbursed for the days we had no service and the time remaining that we had on the current month since I cancelled. They told me that they "could not confirm we had no service during the outage" because I didn't call every single day to wait on hold for an hour in order to complain! The manager I spoke to was named Michael and speaking to him was a horrible experience! If you get spectrum your Internet will go out all the time and is completely unreliable and working with customer service is worse than having a root canal!

I was looking more to just get a replacement phone. I sat down and waited to be addressed, which took a few minutes, but they were busy so I was okay with scrolling instagram in the meantime. I was greeted by John. John was super nice, down to earth, but also knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. He apologized for the wait and went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, kind, and took matters into his own hands when dealing with customer service on the phone. Highly recommend this location and thanks, John, for an awesome experience!
