I visited yesterday and had the most wonderful, yet relaxing escape from everything. I got a full set of angel volume lashes, hybrid gel pink nails, and a Sedona pedicure with a French. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere is vibrant, clean, and well sanitized. I don't mind driving over an hour bi-weekly to get this awesome pampering. You won't have any regrets. read more

After searching reviews on Yelp I noticed this place had a few great reviews. I can definitely see why! The salon is nice and new and the ladies who work in the salon are great! Christina did my pedicure and she did a really great job. She paid close attention to detail and wasn't afraid to spend time on my problem areas. Next, Apple did my nails and I absolutely love them. Apple listened to what I liked (I got a dip mani) and she did everything I wanted. I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend this shop. I cannot say enough great things about this salon. I moved from San Diego and have been looking for a nail salon for over a year. I've had such great experience with the work that's been done, and the interactions I've had with all the employees Specially the owners Apple and her husband. They are the friendliest, most professional and hard working owners I've ever met. My to go person is Anna. She is detail oriented, clean, professional, and does such an amazing job with my gel manicures and pedicures. I've never had to return for a touchup or ask her to do something twice for me. Everything is perfect the first time which is rare to find. Their prices are very reasonable considering the fact that there are in Gilbert. If I could give a six star I would. This new Salon is nothing short of amazing. Apple is so sweet and caring. Danny did my pedicure and manicure which was AWESOME. The massage chairs not only do your full back, but your hips and butt as well- the best massage chairs I have sat in! It was hard for me to leave, I was so relaxed. The $10 that I am speaking of is from one of your nail technicians falsely claiming that gel was $10 more not $15. We wanted regular polish to begin with but they wouldn't stop asking us and made us feel uncomfortable so when we said "Ok how much?" they both said $10. So we agreed to a $10 up charge for the gel. As far as the amount of times I was knicked with the tools she was using, you said nothing about that. So no. My review DOES make sense. I was hurt multiple times and flinched/took my foot away in pain. My mom was also knicked and they put glue over the blood which caused her an infection within days of this happening. We were both hurt. The answer to why? Because we were being rushed, I understand it was mother's day and you guys were busy and have other clients but we are all PAYING customers who deserve a thorough job. We came to relax not to sit in pain and then get overcharged in the end. As we looked over at the woman sitting next to us, they were all receiving great service from their technicians which were men. Maybe it's just the woman who rush? I don't know.. but at the end of the day that is what happened. This was OUR mother's day. & instead of being sympathetic you are being rude & defensive and saying my review "makes no sense". Awesome business owners!!!! BTW This is what yelp is for, to inform others of anything good or BAD that they have experienced as a paying customer. If my past reviews are 1 stars, it's to warn others. I've been to amazing nail salons in the past & I show my gratitude by tipping & bringing my friends and family to the establishment. I use yelp to shine light onto businesses who have 1. hurt or made me sick 2. overcharge 3. bad service. Apple has been doing my nails for years now won't go anywhere else! I now use the hybrid acrylic and they last me 5-6 weeks and have a much better quality I am a vet tech and the hold up to the job!! Yep this place is fabulous. I had the San Tan Spa Pedicure and a basic manicure. (My job doesn't allow color,gels etc on the fingernails). The service is exceptional from the moment I stepped in the door until I walked out all new and fresh and relaxed. This salon is new and clean and wonderful and all the other gushing spectacular adjectives that I can't think of right now because I'm just so relaxed from the amazing pedicure I received. Bottled water was offered after I signed in and a bowl with granola bars was available If I wanted a snack while I waited 5 minutes for my technician. The massage chairs are a gift from heaven that landed in Apple Nailed it Spa. This is the salon folks! I travel all over the US for my job. This place is far and away top of the list. read more

I requested an online appointment for 2pm last Friday and got a call saying they couldn't take me until three. I politely told them I had to be out by four and I know the timing is tight so I would have been okay with scheduling for another day, it wasn't a problem. I was assured I could get in and out and was told to come in slightly before three to remove my current dip. I arrived at 2:50 and wasn't seated until 3:15... I even got up and told the gentleman at the front desk I was in a rush and could come back but he said no, it was fine. The nails..... I have natural long nails. I told the nail tech id like them slightly trimmed and she instantly took a buzzer and cut about half an inch off... didn't want for my dip to be off and use nails clippers and ask if I liked the length? All of my nails are different lengths as she didn't pay attention to that detail, either. I paid for a dip manicure. She didn't cut off any of my cuticles, no lotion at the end and now my white nails have turned yellow which has never happened (I've been getting white for a year now) and she put a gel coat on top and had me set my hands in the light which I've never gotten done with dip? Is this the cheaper way of doing it? The top coat is peeling off and they look terrible. Nail tech was nice. She told me the gentleman at the front never informed her I had to be out at a certain time... stars are for her, not for the nails. read more

Usually there's a difference in service when it's close to closing. I never felt rushed at all. I got an amazing pedicure but the customer service was what really stood out to me.
