The first time i went was great so i tried it again for my daughters birthday The guy who did my pedicure was rude, too ruff with me and kinda racist they all kept rushing me out of the chair getting my full set was no better I kept telling the lady what I wanted she kept saying no I cant do that then did the opposite of what said and got up and left i paid $184 for the worst service ever and sat there for 3 hours trying to get them to fix awful place will never go back read more

My sister and I went for a Christmas party. It was a super nice experience at first. The person who did my sisters nails were super friendly. He asked her how she wanted her names and then told the lady doing my nails that I wanted the same thing as my sister. The lady messed my nails up so bad and had an attitude with me. Highly disappointed, I came in this morning to get a pedicure and overlay on my nails. Before I was seated down I told the young gentlemen that I haven't chosen a color. He stated oh it's okay, you can pick in a min. The lady that was going to do my nails comes with two books, I felt rushed, she kept huffing and puffing and making side comments to the guy in front of me and he just laughed. Never felt so humiliated. I then told them this is why I prefer to choose a color first before sitting down because I don't want to feel rush. well short story short I left without a color & well never come back. Went in to get only my eyebrows done as I've been letting them grow out for a while, the service itself didn't feel bad but my brows are really bad, uneven and wonky. The masculine presenting woman didn't brush my eyebrows up or anything before she got started and they very uneven. Amazing from entry to completion of services! This was my first visit to the salon [I was able to convince my boyfriend to come with me, lol] and everything was simply amazing! The host was genuine, warm, and super inviting; Q was incredibly efficient with removing my old chipped shellac polish from my fingers and toes, and Misu was super sweet and patient with giving my big man a much needed pedicure! It takes a LOT for a manly man/contractor to even set foot inside of a nail salon let alone be willing to receive a service of any sort, but my guy was a real trooper. The prices were thoroughly explained to us, the massage chair was truly on point (my man SECONDS this notion, lol), and our massages nearly put us both to sleep...well, I couldn't sleep for laughing at my bf enjoying his massage so much. They didn't "force feed" us any services/upgrades we didn't desire and they never once made us feel uncomfortable. Did I mention how beautiful the facilities are? Finding a nice, clean, non-judgemental, inviting atmosphere for services such as these are nearly as challenging as finding a great hair salon...anxiety overload...but not here at Apple Nails Lounge. Tried this place because it was close by my job. So I went here twice, thinking if I gave it another chance before posting my review, it would turn out better. NOPE. My first visit was for a pedicure. The lady was very rough on my feet and cut my cuticles down too much that I bled. The spa treatment however was relaxing. My next visit was for a full set acrylic. I made an appointment 3 days prior for a certain time and individual. As I was driving to the nail salon, I received a call stated that my time had to be pushed back for an hour because my technician started on a walk in. Of course I had a concern because I took the time out to schedule an appointment, yet they wanted to reschedule me because of a walk in. I sat down to receive my service, showed the tech my picture, she told me one price but the tech at the counter upon check out gave me another price. If I go back to the nail salon, it will be for a pedicure and pedicure only. read more

I viewed their menu and I thought they had very reasonable prices. 4 stars because some of the workers were a bit short with me especially when they found out I was only getting polish removed. My favorite place for mani-pedi days. The staff is professional and accommodating. They greet you at the front door with a smile and welcome you to wash your hands and relax. Kathy is my husbands favorite for pedicures because she's very gentle. My favorites is "Q". He gives the best Pedi and foot massage and his nail work is the best!! Tried this nail shop for the first time since I was in the area. I went in for a fill and a pedicure, they seated me and started on me right away before I even chose a color. Pedicure lady brings the menu over and tries to upsell me on the highest price and shellac, I declined the shellac but did get the level above the basic for the longer massage. She starts the pedicure and when she begins removing the callus part she whips out the cheese crater, I should have known I never let them use it but I accepted. I soon feel a stinging sensation and I see blood gushing due to her shaving part of my toe. She puts my foot down in the dirty water and I tell her I hope I don't get an infection!! The remainder of the treatment was so uncomfortable due to it stinging, I was so upset. While both nail techs are working they are talking and giggling and that pissed me off even more! The nail tech doing my nails did a decent job although I felt rushed and I just noticed my middle finger nail is shorter than the rest of my nails. When it came time to pay I explained to the front desk what happened with the pedicure portion and they had to look at my toe as if I'm making it up and I don't mind paying but I don't think I should pay the full service that I didn't enjoy! They offer a discount of 10% off the pedicure, yeah whatever I don't want to be scandalous so I paid and didn't tip! I will never be back! read more

I was visiting from NC and gifted an experience. My nail tech was Tiffany. It was horrible. maybe she had some personal things going on, but my manicure looked crazy the shellac/gel didn't go into the creese on my nails and it was starting to bubble. Now that I think of it; it could have been the bottle. However, I asked her to fix it. She was a bit irritated. As she was putting on a different color on my nails, she took it off and got up. She went to speak to someone, and they sent another nail tech to finish. She reshaped my nails and she the edges were still sharp and would cause peeling. I didn't fancy the new oval shape. I requested square. I have really really long nail beds. Either way I was visiting from NC and will never ever go back there. It was horrible. The facility was never pretty and clean though. read more

I do not recommend this establishment! They put a primer on my nails that set my nails on fire. I accidentally touched my face not knowing it was a chemical and I had a chemical burn on my face! Told the main guy at the front desk he blew me off and just told me to put water on it and walked off!!! Like what?!
