The salsa was more the green jalapeno variety and delightfully spicy. I asked for my enchilada plate to have both red and green ( Christmas ), all beans and no rice, onions on top. My order came perfectly accurate and piping hot. I am a stickler for being served food hot.. I don't like food that is barely warm, that has been sitting for a while because the server was not paying attention. This was NOT the case here. The beans and cheese came out like molten lava, and very quickly too. I truly enjoyed my meal at El Agave.
