Easy 5 stars for my experience today! I was nervous trying out this place for the first time since I've seen lots of bad reviews about Applebees but honestly mines was great. Me and my gf received great service and just as great food. My plate had a really juicy piece of chicken, shrimp and potatoes definitely didn't disappoint. My gf got the sirloin steak with potatoes. She asked for well done but half way through it was rare. Our server not only took it back immediately but brought her a whole new plate with a better steak! My gf was very pleased and we ate a lot since we also shared an all you can eat fries and shrimp. Our server constantly checked up on us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. It was my first time at this Applebee's location and the experience was not too bad. I came to this restaurant with my friend's group for a small birthday party. We had to wait 30 minutes for our table, and then was told to split into two smaller parties that were seated back to back. I was a little frustrated at first, since it defeated the purpose of everyone getting together to talk and have fun. But we were cool with that, eventually. Our foods tasted average. We had Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp plate, Classic Cheeseburger, Riblet Plate, and a few other items. The chicken was a bit too dry for me, though. The beef patty in the burger and the meat in the riblet plate were ok. On the other side, the drinks we had were good. They were really refreshing and tasted amazing. There were lots of parking since this place was located in a huge business area in Anaheim Town Square. I don't really like the foods but maybe next time, I will come by for a drink! read more

The boneless chicken on the appetizer was so soft and tender... like to the point where you have to TELL someone how good it is! The ribs were pretty good but the fries were a bit cold and hard, I think, but pretty good. My Shirley temple was AMAZING! I would get it again. My mom got Mac and cheese and chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were sweet and pretty good. The Mac and cheese was penne pasta with NO sauce. My aunt and cousins got pasta that was decent. They sat us down there was only 3 parties at this point and we ordered unlimited appetizers, a chicken soup and a kids meal. It was definitely short staff. The food took about 20 mins to get to our table the chicken appetizers with fries were not great. The fries tasted frozen and the boneless wings with sauce were nothing to brag about. The sauce was so thick it wasn't appetizing at a certain point of eating them. We waited another 20 mins for us to get the attention of staff and eventually it was time for refill on the appetizer, the manger comes out with a plate of shrimp and fries and just by looking at it I could tell it was going to be bland and the first thing he tells me is that we can't share appetizers or else he's going to charge us extra. At this point I'm over it since service was slow and even my soda went flat within the time waiting for my food and i just asked for it to go.
