Came to have dinner here after our Disney day since I had a free charburger rewards for my birthday. We got here around 9 pm and the place was pretty busy. You have to place your order yourself at this location so there's several monitors or you can order on the app. The manager was busy keeping everything clean and tidy. He was helping out in the front and getting orders out. The dining area and bathroom was clean. The food was made fresh and it was hot. I got the $9 Gotta Habit Box Deal with 1/2 CA Chicken Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. That was a perfect size meal for me. Hubby helped me finish the rest that I couldn't eat and he ate my free charburger. This place doesn't close until 12 pm, but they started cleaning up the condiments area at 9:15 pm, and took out the jalapeños and peppers from the cooler. They put them in bowls on a tray. They took the ketchup out of the dispenser and put it away. Not sure why they did that, but it seemed odd when it was still early. People were still coming in and there was a pretty long line to order at around 9:30 pm. Overall, food was good and place is clean. Would definitely come back again. read more

You know I have to give this a five star, I was looking for a quick burger and some fries and this hit the spot. It was convenient for me from walking from the convention center down to the Candlewood Inn suites and the location is on the corner right across from the hotel pretty much and the area is very clean and safe. When I walked in, I was greeted, and I placed my order on the computer system and took a seat and waited for my number to be called. I opted for the double burger combo which included fries and a soda and it was right around $19. The burger was done right and it was full flavor and very juicy, and it had that char grilled flavor to it, which is nice on a burger and the bun was very soft in a grill the inside of the bun, which is a bonus. The fries were fresh, not greasy and another bonus. I am a Pepsi drinker and they offer Pepsi products, which is really nice to see. The inside seating area was very clean and are a good number of people dining in and they have an outside patio that you can dine at as well, and it was extremely clean and well presented. No complaints and I do recommend stopping here if you're in the mood for a burger. read more

This location is always bad. I got a side of half and half (fry/onion ring) and without me even asking for it I was charged for ranch. I don't even like ranch and when I used to work at the habit, they never charged when you got a side for only 1, but in this instance I didn't even ask for that and was charged regardless because that's what the manager in the blue shirt put. I think it's ridiculous. You could pay close to six dollars for a half and half side and they wouldn't even offer you one free ranch. This location was dirty and loud. Whoever was in the blue shirt at the front needs better training now I wonder why he didn't want me to collect a receipt. It was not offered he said do you want one and didn't print it out. Horrible customer service. I called at approximately 6:31 PM on June 26 to place an order. The phone representative seemed to have difficulty understanding my Asian accent and may have entered my American Express card number or my name incorrectly. Instead of making any effort to verify my information or resolve the issue, he simply told me the store at 111 E. Katella Ave. was closed because it had closed at 6:00 PM. That was not true. I immediately placed the same order online, and my family successfully picked up the food. My 8-year-old and 11-year-old children overheard the conversation and also felt we were being treated differently because of my accent. I can't know the representative's intent, but the interaction left me feeling discriminated against. Management should investigate this incident. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given a genuine effort to resolve their issue. read more

Family was craving a burger and salad. Walking distance from the Worldmark. We ordered char burgers and two different salads. Both were great.
