Food is delicious here i always order an extra macaroni. The chicken no matter how your order it is always good no matter what. I got the grilled chicken plate. Don't forget some extra teriyaki sauce. Prices are a bit steep here now!

We decided to order food online from this location for pick last night after seeing a deal going around. We had pulled up and didn't realize so many other people had the same idea. Props to all the employees working this night, I couldn't believe so many people kept complaining about their food not being made on time. We all were just waiting for our names to be called out. There was such a big rush and the employees were still being so nice even though customers were getting frustrated with them. The food was so good and we got it for cheap too ! Although they have plenty of parking, it still can get hectic

The kid's menu is good. Each kid's menu selection came with a fruit pouch and apple juice! We were staying at a hotel nearby and this Hawaiian restaurant was across the street within walking distance. I wasn't too hungry so I got the Crispy Shrimp as an appetizer and my husband shared his other spam musubi with me. I really loved the circular shape and texture of my shrimp! Although my husband didn't like his fish entree that be picked, I liked what I picked! They were busy inside the restaurant, so it took awhile to get our order. I saw a lot of people come in from ordering online so to save time, you could consider doing the same. The cashiers were really friendly but one of them said my plastics forks were put in the bag, but we found none when we got to our hotel.

This is a busy plaza. Came during a weekend night. The place gets packed during dinner time. Place appeared really clean. Ordered the Aloha BBQ Beef Plate for $12.99 and Aloha Crispy Shrimp Plate for $12.99. Each plate has salad and three scoops of rice. They came out hot. The BBQ Beef was really good, especially when you slathered it with the teriyaki sauce. They give you six pieces of Crispy Shrimps. The shrimps tasted much better with their signature Ono sauce. The sauces were near the soda dispenser and it's self served. Food came out hot and delicious. Wouldn't mind coming back.

I couldn't pass up the great weather yesterday, and enjoyed lunch on the patio. I had the chicken mix meal and subbed one rice scoop for an extra macaroni scoop. It was great. I took half home to go. The sauces are yummy. The service was quick. I got here right at 11 and there were already people ahead of me. Its always very busy here, so plan wisely. The inside seating is nice, but I prefer to sit outside. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time.

When my Hawaiian bbq craving was kicking in and I had to look for a place near by, this popped up on my drive and it looked like I place I had to try out. They have all the goodies when it comes to Hawaiian bbq, the Mac salad, all the bbq chicken, beef and seafood. I decided to try the BBQ platter which comes with bbq chicken, beef and short ribs. Along with it, you get some rice and macaroni salad. The food came out shortly and it was good. Personally I just didn't think the food was hot since most of the items are par cooked when they stay out a little they get dry and hard on the inside. The flavor of the bbq beef was my favorite. The seating area inside is nice and clean, you will get your fix here for Hawaiian bbq, to me it just falls under the daily average when it comes to Hawaiian bbq.

Conveniently located near Disneyland & KHS and open until 9pm on the weekdays; I'm thankful for Ono! They have multiple locations and I have no issues with the price. Yes, portions could be bigger but I know the cost of everything has yet to go down. $14.49 for the chicken & beef combo which comes with the standard mac & rice. They do not have protein a la carte but I was able to add an extra portion of chicken to the meal for $3.80 as suggested by the cashier. No gripes here on customer service, they were very helpful and the transaction was smooth. Upbeat music, med volume, no tables to eat outside though...in case you need to decompress from Disney. Lol

    Hawaiian BBQ chicken (burnt).

My favorite was BBQ chicken, however it was burnt in this place. Careless cooking!! I was dissatisfied.

Large portion sizes!! Both the chicken and the galbi were rich and savory and exactly what I needed. I am usually picky on my mac salad but this one was super good.

Really? This is what you call a Spam Musubi (2 pcs)!?!??!

$7 for an order that comes with 2 spam musubi. Sounds great, right? It's my daughter's regular item and she orders it all the time. Imagine our shock when we opened the box and saw two very tiny spam musubis. I have to say that they didn't skimp on the slice of spam, but for the rice? Where the heck was it? The whole thing was less than an inch thick. You can NOT serve a Polynesian a smidgen of rice in a spam musubi! So disappointing!!!

Delicious and fresh hot teriyaki chicken with grilled chicken for kids meal the Keiki meal Deal. Perfectly paired with treetop mixed berry sauce and apple juice. The fried white fish goes well with their teriyaki chicken and rice and add some hot sauce for extra flavor with some kick. So Good. Eat it while it's still piping hot today. A local favorite with all the tourists and local residents too. Everything for under $25 bucks what a wonderful deal. Wash it down with your favorite Hawaiian drink and you will be very happy tonight. Enjoy.

They messed up our order, they were supposed to give us Hawaiian BBQ Mix, meaning a piece of Chicken katsu / chicken teriyaki/ short ribs, they gave us the short ribs combo, overall the customer service was good, the food was delicious. Pricing : Hawaiian bbq mix $16.49 Kalbi short ribs $16.99

    Edelyn C.

Overall, it's not terrible. It's definitely overrated but a good quick meal on the go and it was by my hotel. If you're an islander like me, it made sense to go back for any of the spam dish and fresh coconut juice. The barbecue beef and chicken were not really worth the calories unless you're in need of a quick protein intake. The staff was always friendly and quick with service at this location!

They brought a bottle from home, since this place allows free corkage for first bottle, what a nice service to provide wine glasses for your wine! Ordered several things and all good with a couple standouts. This place has good sauces to dip seafood into, to provide the extra flavors I am always looking for. - fresh sourdough & whipped butter = always my pleasure! - calamari, crab cakes = fried well and tasty appetizers with the sauce. - oyster sampler = got to try 3 of them, all were very fresh and good! - sand dabs = satisfying big pieces, could use some more of the sauce over it. surprised there isn't any rice or fries for the sides, which would make this dish more satisfying. mac n cheese was ok for me, but kid loved it when brought the leftovers home:) - soft shell crabs (southern fried) = wow, this was easily my favorite thing! 2 big soft shell crabs fried to perfection with tasty tartar sauce. Those crabs were delicious, would love to get this again!!! Never had whole soft shell crabs like this, only the small pieces appetizer at sushi joints. This was a much more enjoyable way to eat those soft shell crabs! - clam linguini = got a taste, pretty good. all about the sauce I guess. - seafood chowder = got a spoonful to try with a chunk of fish. like a vegetable soup with seafood flavors, wow, this was also very delicious and the fish chunk was fresh and perfect! - also got the fish n chips, but forgot to take pics = big thick chunks of cod was quality and delicious. but kinda pricey for fish n chips, so made sure to get the 3 piece for averaging cost down, lol. Enjoyed it here, so many more things to try too...

The servers are also super friendly and attentive, which definitely helps make the experience better. Just know that this restaurant is BUSY. Do not come expecting a quiet, slow-paced meal. The food comes out quickly, the place is loud because it's packed, and you can definitely feel the hustle and rush. But honestly? I keep craving the food here, so I brave the crowds and come back anyway. It's THAT good. One thing to note: definitely ask the servers about the menu, but don't feel like you have to order everything they recommend. Our server raved about the coconut prawns, which were $60, and unfortunately, they were not worth it for me. Long wait, loud atmosphere, questionable $60 prawns... but I'd still come back for the seafood.
