We noticed a couple other people who ordered after us getting their food before us, but at least our food seemed freshly prepared. As for the quality of the food... My fish and shrimp were pretty good, if just a tad overcooked. My +1 said the same of her chicken katsu, and found that a couple pieces were just breading and didn't even have chicken in them. The keiki meal was a bit dry, just having a small scoop of rice, a couple pieces of broccoli, and a piece of fried fish. Today we had a very uncomfortable experience with one of the cashiers, an older man we had never seen before. We ordered two plates, and for one of them I asked for no vegetables and extra rice. His response was, "it already comes with rice," and when I said that was fine because I just like rice, he suddenly raised his voice and said, "I don't care as long as you paid for it." The food was pretty tasty and delicious (as ono usually excels with especially in my home state of nevada), but there was an issue with my ordering process. Imaraz initially took my order and would not admit that they charged me twice when it was clear on the receipt and came off as rude. I understand it can be busy and hectic, but I really did not appreciate how I was treated. Additionally, they were not clear with the drink ordering process, as I only wanted a small side drink which led to them coercing me into turning it into a combo with a large drink and side salad.
