This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. Their was gum on the seat of the waiting area and very dirty. The floors were filthy . French fry we're all of the floor. We asked if you could set at a large corner table they told us no they had an very bad ant problem so bad they had to close that table down. There was no one in the restaurant except one table. They didn't even wanted to serve us with 15 people. Everyone thought it was so gross we all left. I would give this place a -20 if I could. Used Applebee's app to order dinner on line for car side pick up. Arrived a couple minutes pryer to the pick up time and was the only car there. Ten minutes after the pick up time I called and asked what the hold up was and the asst manager said she would check. A young man came out a minute later and asked who I was picking up for and I told him. I called back when I got home and spoke with the manager and asked why no one came out to check or tell me why 10 minutes and was told only an estimate. Asked why if they saw my car why didn't they inform me of a delay. He said not their program and they didn't see my blue car outside, my car was the only one there at the time. He again said not their program they don't have a button to check for type of car. Asked why was it on requirement for on line order. He said again not their program. He was obnoxious and very unhelpful. He didn't seem to care if I was upset at their service or not. read more

I'm very disappointed in this Applebee's location. I called there, knowing they don't take reservations, but wanted to see if they would have the capacity to seat my large group - 15 adults, 3 kids. I was told we'd have to split between 2 tables. I told them great, no problem, we're on our way. As soon as we get there, we are now being told they can't accommodate us.......not 10 minutes after I called. While their restaurant was pretty empty. If the lady I spoke to when I called (and I have a sneaky suspicion it was the manager who wouldn't come talk to us) had said we can't make that work, WHEN I HAD CALLED, it wouldn't have upset me. But don't have whomever answers your phones tell people something works, if that person answering the phones is not the manager or they don't ask the manager for clarification before the call ends. My family, who just wanted to sit together and have some dinner and conversation after attending my niece's funeral, is understandably a little pissed at this whole situation. None of us will be back, and that is sad because my dad frequently eats dinner from this location. Not any longer. read more

Do not order carside to-go! Long story short, slow service (if you want to call it service at all) resulted in me walking out empty handed after waiting 40 minutes AFTER my pick up time and speaking to several people (including Chad, the assistant manager) and requesting updates on my order (only to receive nothing). I arrived to pick up my order at the time it was supposed to be ready and was told they ran out of salmon and I needed to choose something else. I originally ordered a 2 for 29 meal, so I chose the steak. Same sides (which were already prepared), just an 8 ounce steak instead of salmon. All they needed to do was throw a steak on the grill, so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal. When I asked if my pasta was already ready, they said yes and asked if I wanted it right away. I told them I'd wait until my entire carry out meal was ready. I waited 40 minutes and asked multiple people by the bar, including the assistant manager for updates. The assistant manager kind of mumbled an apology, walked to the back to "check on it", came back out, walked right past me and didn't say a word. When I told the carside to-go hostess to cancel my order, she didn't apologize or anything, and instead looked at me like I was crazy for leaving. I was there at an odd time of day and had the southwest chicken salad. You can't wreck a salad. The chicken was not very well done. It was cooked but not particularly well warmed up and certainly not spiced. I told the waitress and she said "oh". Luckily there is another Applebee close by so I can go to the other one. Was there around 2:00 on Sunday. Waited for hostess. When she finally came the first thing she said, "There's a 20 minute wait." We looked around. There were plenty of empty, clean tables for just the two of us, at least 10 empty tables. We walked out and walked next door to Outback. We had the 2 for $20 dinner and also added a house salad. The appetizer and ONE salad were brought to our table first ~ the second salad didn't come out for another 10 minutes. Five minutes later the entrees were delivered to our table. Needless to say, our entrees got cold by the time we finished our appetizer and salads. The server asked us to cut into our steaks to make sure they were prepared to our satisfaction. I ordered my steak medium well and it was WELL DONE!! When I showed her my steak she said 'that's how we cook our medium well steaks'. Really?? I think our server was new and needs a lot more training. We felt very rushed and pointed that out to our server. She said that they TRY not to serve all the dinner courses so close together. Pitiful. read more

Please fire all of your current employees and replace them with Kardashian lookalikes (KUWTK, Sundays @ 7 PM). So I take my 10 year old grandson to lunch at Applebees' in Bellevue, NE. There is a table with 4 people behind me. They leave shortly before we do. The manager comes over and says they have an issue that is their fault. They had the table behind me pay my bill instead of theirs. So he showed me their $60.00 ticket and he "discounted it to $32.00 for me to pay. When I ordered the 2 for $9.99 appetizers and a pepsi and my grandson ordered a $6.00 lunch from the kids menu and a strawberry lemonade. I also ordered their $1.00 strawberry drink special. How does this come up to $32.00?? I told the guy I wanted to see MY ticket. He then brings it over and charges me full price for the two appetizers, not the 9.99 special and charges me 2.99 for those games on the machines. ( there wasn't even a machine at my table). I told him he sounds like he is trying to scam me to make up for what they lost off the other table. To go back and bring me back my Real ticket. Finally he comes back and my $20.00 plus change ticket is correct. I pay my bill and leave. No apologies that it took 20 or so minutes for me to pay my ticket either. I had places to go!! We were seated and it took 15 minutes to get a drink order another 15 minutes to get The drink and then my steak came back all bloody was supposed to medium well. I sent Stake back by the time and came back again and still bloody but I had a 7 o'clock meeting and had to leave. Seriously, their spinach & artichoke dip is the only reason. I have never experienced such unprofessional, inappropriate service in my life! I'm not trying to compare Applebee's to anything legit or noteworthy but, given their menu prices and advertising, their customer service HAS to be better than this. It's insane! I sit at the bar and they all stand around swearing, talking about customers, gossiping... the Bellevue manager keeps throwing her arms in the air, loudly whining and bitching, and huffing and puffing and saying she's about to "fucking punch somebody". My boyfriend and I love coming to Applebee's, especially for their late night half priced apps. But tonight was another story, we were sat at our table at 8:28, a time when the restaurant wasn't even half full. Multiple servers passed our table multiple times, I had even made eye contact with 3, trying to grab someone's attention. Also, we tried using the "Call Server" button on the little tablets at each table twice with no avail. It wasn't until a manager saw the flashing red light on our little tablet that she sent over a clearly busy employee, he kindly apologized and took our drink order. It was then our server appeared with an excuse of trying to take care of 15 peoples checks, okay, but it really only takes a minute to at least tell as "hey, I'll be with you in a second", but no. Best experience I've ever had at an Applebee's. Granted the wait was long, but I came in on a Saturday at 7 pm. Avoid that time unless you have patience to wait to sit down. Honestly the food was amazing. The experience was even better. Had a very knowledgeable and awesome waiter named jason h. Coolest waiter I've ever had. He knew what was good and what wasn't. Always filled the drinks and was a blast to talk to. The 2 for 20 menu is good. My wife and I got the spinach dip which is always good, and I got the penne which I highly recommend. My wife got the fiesta chicken I think it was called.. always would highly recommend this. The restaurant was clean. Good atmosphere. I recommend this location to anyone read more

I had the Artisan Grilled Chicken Ciabatta. This is a favorite sandwich of mine. The fries are good, seasoned with some spices. It was a Friday night so very busy. The waiter was okay, nothing special. I took the kids and they all liked the food so thats a plus. read more

5 of us went to dinner Saturday night (all adults) and they had no clue how to cook a rare steak! The waitress made apologies and had no clue what a rare steak should look like either,they redid my order which took forever and still wasn't rare but everyone was almost done eating and by then I was starving so I said it was fine. The pregnant manager was rude and didn't offer up any compensation for the mistake and two other orders were messed up but we didn't say anything considering how they acted about the steak!! The waitress then stalked our table even when it came to the electronic payment (she hung around when the tip portion came on the screen!!) This restaurant is absolutely amazing. For starters, the appetizers are delicious. I would recommend the honey BBQ boneless wings. The diverse choices on the menu make it great for whatever appetite you have: Mexican, Italian, Asian. You name it, Applebee's has it. They change their promo items often, meaning there is always something new to try. Finally, the desserts are AMAZING!!! There's ice cream on the side of each of them, so you get the gooey, melty taste with the actual dessert, and the cold, creamy taste from the ice cream. It's genius! Perhaps the most important, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The hosts really greeted us warmly, and our server was very attentive without being overly accommodating. The manager visited our table to check up on us, which made us really feel like they actually cared about our dining experience. I will definitely recommend the Bellevue Applebee's to anyone who wants a great meal with friendly service. read more
