First we wait 35 minutes for our order to be told "The computer went down and erased our order and they are working to rush it to our table" then after another 20 minutes some old dude comes up and says they are having trouble and when I try to ask him how long he wanders off and ignores me. Then after another 20 Minutes a "New" manager is supposedly making our food herself because I commented that everyone that came in after us already has food, I asked if it was just me. Then the food comes out and my food is ice cold!! After more than 45 minutes wait, two sets of lies...my food is cold and shit! Best part??!! I still got charged??!! I am not a huge Applebees fan - it's pretty low on the list of chain restaurants I like and I generally go for cheap drinks or apps. My mom and I decided to stop at this location because we were hungry and in the area and this was one of few restaurants around. I actually really enjoyed this Applebees it was slightly larger than my local one and our waitress, Destiny, was super sweet and attentive and answered any and all questions we had. I had decided to try and get something 'lighter' and asked about the Southwest Chicken Bowl irresist-a-bowl and she described it as a chipotle bowl and something that was highly popular. I ordered that and it was actually really good. Lots of chicken and not overly heavy a good sized portion but not huge. If I ever find myself at an Applebees again I'll remember to order that. All in all, one of the better Applebees I've been to and again - nice waitress and surprisingly good food! read more

And have my wife and me delayed on our dinner because they have no idea where their phone calls are forwarded to I don't blame the servers I'm playing the management and their lack of enthusiasm or ability to understand that I wasn't coming here to waste an hour reordering and explaining to them what happened once again terrible service they seem to be crowded on the inside but they do not handle their pickup correctly. Most Applebee's, like almost any national restaurant chain, are interchangeable. Eaten in one, eaten in them all. That reliability is a good thing if the basic experience is positive anywhere in the Applebee's Universe. While not a favorite, I find that when it comes to dining with family, this name can normally be counted on to deliver a reasonably good quality/value proposition, that satisfies the greatest number for a decent price. To be precise, my sons like their BBQ ribs, burgers and sides, while we adults can nicely make due with house salads as well as the beef offerings. Usually. But, not the other night. For some reason, things started going sideways as soon as we sat down. First, my plastic water glass sprang a leak and left a pond on the table before we could catch anyone's attention for a towel. Then, when we did, a towel seemed beyond their ability to produce, and they brought a pile of napkins instead. Lacking much absorbency, they were quickly soaked to the max, leaving a large pile of sopping paper and smaller puddles on the table. At least the water was no longer spilling onto our laps, but the wet naps remained on our table through ordering and food delivery, untiI I asked for them to be removed. My son enjoyed the ribs/chicken breast platter. Devoured all of it. My Whiskey Bacon burger was okay, but beyond the medium finish requested by a few time zones, and crumbly. Not their best effort. It one of many reasons I come hear. The food is always cooked good. And always enjoyed how fast the food comes out. Yes most times service is great. It's basically like a hit and miss depending on what days you go and the time. Always get packed after 6pm. So try getting hear by 4:30 and you will be good. It's great to come hear before heading over the casino it's right there same almost parking lot. Always expect coming out full. They always fill the plates. My girlfriend and I went here on a date last night for some half apps. Our server James was great and very helpful. We enjoyed all of our food and drinks however about 3 hours later we were both throwing up violently. Sorry to be graphic but we noticed the chicken has extremely pink and undercooked only it was too late. Stupid food poisoning. I am really disappointed and upset that this is how our night ended. We all ordered differently from the menu. My honey didn't enjoy his meal that much but the ultimate was when he used the kiosk at our table to pay the waitress. She quickly ran over and preceded to school him on it. The real deal was he didn't ask, knew how to use it but she wanted to add her own tip. She gave herself the highest tip. What can be said about a chain, casual restaurant. Not fancy or sophisticated. Food choices reflect the area. Decor-plain. The menu is suited for anyone who wants to die young. Fat Ladened, greesy, cheesy food. Very hard to find something healthy, but there were a few options. For Vegetarians, even more difficult, but, again, some options. I got the Tuscan shrimp salad. Surprisingly nice! My husband got the whiskey burger. Looked ok. Normal burger at a chain. The waiter and managers were nice. We were asked how things were twice. They even listened to my suggestion of more vegetarian options. (But again, the food reflects the area) it was not too crowded on a Tuesday evening. Tuscany 52 was incredibly crowded which led us here. If you like cheese and cream dishes, this is the place. Small glass of wine ranged from $9.00 to $7.00. We were in and out in no time. Was in the area for a business trip. Stayed at the hotel just right behind this Applebee's location. You can pretty much walk there from the hotel. Typical Applebee's menu. You have your chicken, steak, pasta, BBQ, etc. It really depends what you're craving. The pictures on the menu helps! It may not come out exactly like the picture, but it helps narrow down your choices if you can't choose. Always liked this restaurant for decent dinners, so when we recently stopped in we were quite surprised to see a burger special. (Have never tried their burgers). A nice selection at realistic prices. Everything was very good. A week later & the specials were gone, as well as the selection. BUMMER! All restaurants get carried away with the cost of hamburgers, but at least keep the selection. It's only the toppings that changed. I'll keep this place on the back burner. read more
