Well first is that it took five minutes just to get my drink order, and another five to get my margarita. I will say that they make a strong drink. That for sure Wow got onion rings for my appetizer. Which are poorly batter. With no flavor. Fast food Onion ring's. Have more flavor . when I say Burger Kings taste better. Says alot. if you bit into it then the onion falls out of batter. Plus they don't give enuff BBQ sauce to . But my first main was BBQ riblets. We're plainly simple sauce. Meat does come off the bones. But my second dish is chicken tender's and surprising it got a great taste without the honey mustard sauce. But the sauce adds extra flavor. But I was not even satisfied with the waitress. At the young across got there burger before. I got my appetizer. So no tip here. I placed an order with Yelp and grub hub to come from Applebee's. I selected the delivery tab. About 40 minutes later I called Applebee's to make sure their driver could find us. They said he had already left but have my number in case he calls. 20 minutes later, I called grub hub who then told me that this location could only do pick up snd since the food was already ordered I would have to pick it up and they could not give me a refund. After talking to a supervisor snd getting really mad, they finally agreed to give me a refund. I spoke to Elizabeth who said she was a supervisor. They would email me confirmation of the refund. While I appreciate they finally agreed to a refund, it was after I yelled. I will never order via Yelp, Grubhub, or Applebee's again. read more

We had a party of 4, we got there around 7:15-7:30ish, they told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait (after standing there and not being acknowledged for 15 minutes), we said that's fine and waited. We watched 1 party of 2 leave before they got sat, there were probably 6 or 7 open tables that they were not sitting anybody at, which was a little irritating, but whatever, we still waited. The manager(i guess that's what he was) came and told everybody that once he can resume seating, he will get everybody sat, and asked if anybody wanted anything to drink while they wait. The front of house staff was horrible, the hostess was probably 17 or 18, and just not professional, i get it, we went to applebee's, but standing around laughing with the other host up there while people haven't been greeted yet, or dropping a kids menu on the floor and then picking it back up and setting it on the table with the others instead of throwing it away. We finally got sat, our waiter was nice & attentive, We all ordered soup or salad before our meal, they didn't bring out any silverware, so i asked a younger worker if he would bring some, he waited on other tables and brought them silverware and forgot to grab ours, so i asked another worker, who didn't bring any either, I found the first guy again and asked him to bring us silverware, he brought us 2 forks & 2 knives.. there were 4 of us, i asked him if he could bring another set out when he got a chance. Finally out food comes out, it was good, the best part of the experience , until i glance over to my boyfriends stir fry and there is a black hair, so i pull it out, and it was a very long black hair. Luckily our server was standing there when I did it, he offered to go and make another one for us to take home. Overall drinks were good, food was good(minus the hair), staff was slow and you could tell they did not want to be there. read more

This evening I had a notably bad encounter with the manager on duty, Scott. When I arrived at the store, the curbside pick up spots were full. I parked in one of the two handicapped spot immediately next to curbside with my windows down. Since customers are unable to enter the store and pick up is the only option, I thought this would make me easy to find. I called to inform the store of my arrival and order name. They let me know the order would be right out. No one asked me for my vehicle color, parking spot or any detailed information but I figured with my windows down it would be fine. Scott comes out with the order and goes to the car next to me. I heard them say this was not their order. I said hello and let him know I believed the order was for me. Scott comes to my passenger window and doesn't respond to my greeting. Instead, he said "You do realize this is a handicapped spot, right?" I was surprised at his snarky tone and comment and I said yes... I am aware. He said "Well I just want to make sure you know" and he set the food on the seat. I said "You really don't need to be so sarcastic?" to which Scott replied "Well you are being sarcastic." He was clearly annoyed with me for parking in a handicapped spot, and had this been a normal situation where customers were actually going in the store I wouldn't have. There were less than 6 cars in the area. As Covid has restricted businesses, the parking lot was pretty bare. Many places in that area have converted some of their handicapped spots into curbside pickup spots. Each location is different. I called the store around 7pm and told Scott my reasons for parking there, and I asked him where I should park in a similar situation so there is no confusion. He replied very shortly, "Well anywhere but a handicapped spot." and that was it. I understand we all have bad days and customers do things that can be a pain. But Scott's approach was extremely unfriendly from the beginning and it actually got worse on the phone. I told him I didn't appreciate the sarcastic behavior and tone and I asked him for manager contact information. He said in the same sarcastic tone 'I would be happy to'. I told him that if he had at least been apologetic or polite even, the experience would have been different and he passively responded "Well that's fine." I said "Sir.. it's really not fine. You should not treat drivers like this." He said after this "Well ma'am you were breaking the law." I said are you serious.... In the same unpleasant and annoyed tone he said, "Yes, you were committing a crime by parking there and I wanted to stop you from breaking the law". He continued this law-breaking spiel and since the conversation had only gotten more combative at this point I just repeated that I needed manager contact information. He said "Yes, I was trying to get you that information before you started talking." I understand times are confusing right now amidst all of the changes due to Covid. But there was no reason for that kind of customer service from a manager. read more

We waited 20 minutes to be seated even though there was plenty of tables open .Ordered our food and appetizers. Appetizers came 1 minute before food,which took a good 45 minutes.We sat w no silverware for 10 minutes.Then ask for butter steak sauce, cocktail sauce and salt.She brings steaksauce 10 min later.We again ask for salt butter cocktail sauce for shrimp.she comes back 10 min later w salt.Agin we ask for butter and cocktail sauce.She asks at this point would I like my drink refilled I say yes as I've already asked for a refill. She brings me frozen butter to dip my shrimp in no cocktail sauce for his as he asked.She takes off .slides by our table asking over her shoulder you good here .I'm like no I need a drink...he said forget the cocktail sauce hes done eating .I didn't eat zero food but Ate the appetizer.So then im like can I get my drink refilled when she brings bill ,she's like sure ill bring you a to go one too.Well she brings both diet instead of regular.i ask can I please have two to go boxes as I have not ate my food.She brings one.now this has all took place in 10 minute time frames so by this point they've been closed 20 minutes.i again ask for another box.she takes card runs it I hand it to him because I'm tipping zero if I sign it.He tips her 15 percent regardless.but says we are never going back.Food was great ,just no utensils or condiments to eat with .no drink to drink with meal and we ended up there a couple hours which sucked .I came home microwaved my food which was great . read more

Every applebees is different, but coming in just to kill some time and see the bartender bonaire go above and beyond to help her customers and does it with a smile. A very well managed applebees the servers never stopped moving and the host mckenzie was non stop moving, cleaning tables and making sure everything is clean is nice to see. read more

My server was very unprofessional. Never had such a bad experience anywhere. She got my order completely wrong and then made it seem like it was my fault when I was very nice about it , she didn't even apologize once. Never offered me anything and I wanted to order more because she got my order wrong but she was trying to get me out it was obvious so I never even got the chance to order anything after that .Never refilled our drinks and had to wait and wave her down for her to even look at us because she was too busy talking and she gave me and my friend attitude the WHOLE time . I came back into the store and asked if could get my card and they said they didn't have it. So I asked for the manager. Wow... Simply at a loss for words with this Applebee's! My family and I enjoy going to Applebee's for some of our favorites. So sometimes we need to do the curbside togo orders. Well tonight we received an awful 2nd attempt. We placed our order at 8:45, arrived at 9:05 to pick it up. We were told we had to go inside to get our food. The worker said we could pull up to the corner and she'd come out. She immediately gave an attitude and was rude as hell. When we got home with our order (we live 5 minutes away) with everything a complete mess. None of the sauces or dressings had lids on them. The wonton tacos came covered in cilantro when I asked for none. The spinach dip was cold and hardly melted at all. We called after we saw our food and waited 10 minutes on hold for a manager. The manager hardly apologized, and did not offer to remake anything. Very disappointed since this is the closest one to us, looks like we will be driving a few miles extra to go to a better one! read more

My fiancé and I went to this Applebee's location and when we walked in, we were told there would be a 10 minute wait. We were confused because we saw at least open booth, but went ahead and waited. After waiting, we were escorted to a booth, where we waited 20 minutes and no one took our drink order. Multiple waiters and waitresses passed our table, but not a single one came by. Finally, the lady we think should've been our waitress brought a beer to the table next to ours, and then went to another table to take their order. After 20 minutes with no service at all, we left. read more

I'm so tired of being dragged to sub-par chain restaurants. This place was poor in quality and service. My burger came out overcooked with none of the condiments I asked for. I brought this to the waitress' attention and to the person helping her before i was given lettuce, tomato etc. My family was half way done with their entree before I even started mine. The appetizer came out last... like ten minutes after the last person finished eating. Had to ask for it to be put in to-go containers. We were not given an apology for the lack of quality and standards of service. The food was not very good. Everything deep fried was WAY over done. The bathrooms were smelly and surfaces were sticky. This place is a fun hangout. The bartenders are great, always try their best to take care of everyone even when it's packed. A great place for happy hour with the patron and 1800 margaritas on special. My friends and I had a great time! Their new taco salad is a great value, and very fresh. I am currently waiting for my food and my friend spilled another friends' drink, the waitress WATCHED her spill it and didn't return until at least 20 minutes later to give us napkins. I cleaned up the entire mess with help of another customer who gave us napkins. I was passed by at least 3 different waiters and waitresses who didn't do anything about the mess. The waitress also gave me a regular tea instead of sweet, and told me just to "add sugar". I do not recommend this restaurant if you need anything done quickly or correctly. read more

Food was mostly okay. Nothing to write home about. Burgers were a bit dry. Fries were not-so-great. Several of the onion rings were made with the outside, tough part of the onions. This made them virtually impossible to chew. Portions are smallish. Prices are too much for what you get. Waitress was very pleasant but after our food was delivered we had to flag her down for any more service. (Refilling drinks, etc.) Music was too loud for a restaurant. Despite living just a mile away, I hadn't gone to this place in a few years. A friend told me how Applebee's as a chain, prepares food and it kinda turned me off, although I'm sure most like restaurants do the same. My son was in town from Seattle and wanted to have some late evening drinks there (I had taken him there for his first drinks when he turned 21). He, his brother and I had asked for adult beverages. My wife had a diet Pepsi and also ordered a couple appetizers. Our drinks came out alright. The waitress forgot half of the appetizers. By the time she came out with the missing item, us guys were at the bottom of our drinks- which she totally ignored and left the table. She came back a couple times to clear dishes but never asked if we wanted more to drink. I could have asked but wanted to see if she would. Finally, after our drinks had been empty about 45 minutes, she brought the check over. I could tell she was fair new, but still. Check drinks when you are at a table. We would have had quite a bit more to drink- netting the restaurant more business but no. We paid our bill and left. read more

This place is not a good place to go. There was some type of Oil in the ground or maybe it was REALLY old soda and it squirted on my leg! I couldn't get it off! Knew it was going to be bad when the manger who was seating customers had no idea where to put people. Every table around us had issues with food. Our food was taking so long I ordered desert from the table kiosk and it came out in two minutes so we ate desert before our meal. He acted as if I was lying when I told him how long I had waited. Was seated at 5:43 & finally placed my order at 6:15. Ordered side salad & sirloin dinner rare w/salad to be served 1st. Nope both were served simultaneously & steak was medium. Had a great waitress though - Jassmine. She was really miffed at what I had encountered. Told her to tell the manager for me. He came over & said, "You know, there's no science to cooking a steak to get it just as ordered." WHAT! Second steak was also medium. Manager was very condescending, but he did comp me a whole $10 buck. But, I just left, leaving the uneaten food on the table. Did give Jassmine a nice cash tip though. We were seated right away and our server was very attentive. Unfortunately, that is where the positive review ends. The silverware was very dirty. They were out of a few food items, including mashed potatoes. The A1 steak sauce seemed to be diluted with vinegar to make it stretch. It ruined an already unevenly cooked sirloin. The General Manager was not there to speak with us- he was out shopping for groceries. The server even gave us a trough sized to go box for our three leftover mozzarella sticks. Steve oh Steve, we have had you one time before tonight and you had zero personality and was just terrible. So instead of requesting to switch servers we thought you could redeem yourself. I came in with my boyfriend we are both teenagers and had just gotten off from our jobs where we are servers. I guess he assumed because we were teenagers we wouldn't tip. Well he didn't bring us straws, he got our order wrong, we sat without silverware since he didn't bring us our food (boyfriend had to stand up to grab his attention) we had to get our own napkins, he walked past us a million times didn't ask once if we needed anything or how anything was, and we sat for about ten minutes with our plates on the edge of our table waiting to have a chance to order dessert. I still tipped over 20% even though all he did was take our order wrongly and bring us our drinks and dessert. Thanks for the terrible service. read more
