There are times where my wife and I will go to this Applebee's and be completely satisfied. However, those times are long in the past. We mostly order Carside To Go because we don't usually have time to wait for a table, wait to be served and all that goes with that. The past few times, they have gotten our order horribly wrong. From missing sides, quarter filled cole slaw cups, overcooked food that was ordered medium and just overall lack of standards and quality. We understand the risks of some food quality going down with a carry out order like soggy fries and not super hot food. That's fine and something that doesn't bother either of us. We does bother us is when we order an expensive appetizer sample and the chicken in it is mostly bread and little chicken....when we order a chicken dinner and the cole slaw we asked for specifically as in a large container that wasn't even a quarter of the way filled (like full scoop would have filled it at least 3/4 of the way), and when we order a quesadilla burger, we expect the quesadilla part to be crispy (as it often is in take out) not soaking wet and covered in tomato juices from the pico which we ordered without. Don't even try to order dessert from here. We order the maple butter blondie and get some random brownie thing instead. It's been a downhill slide for this Applebee's during the past few years. The staff is friendly enough and the management, when I brought up these concerns, were quick to take care of it by replacing the items. However, there needs to be a checks and balances to ensure this stops from happening. It's almost becoming a joke to see what they can mess up next. I still love this Applebee's and will still continue to use it, but i've thrown away more food than i've eaten lately. Very disappointed. read more

I just went in last night w my friend and had the quesadilla burger and a chicken ceaser salad. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, they were wonderful, but what stuck out to me the most was my server's customer service (,her name was Desi) we hit it off w/ her while having a nice chat and I've got to say that she was the kindest, most alive person I've met in a restaurant setting in a very long time and I just adored her energy. 10/10. I would absolutely come again just for her service and her charismatic energy alone. To end off my review I also wanted to add that the place is so super clean and organized, well lit, and it was kinda packed lmao but ya! My family and I used to frequent this Applebee's for years when I was a kid and recently went back in to celebrate my brother's 19th birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The service was quick and our server took our order right away. The barbecue chicken quesadillas were awesome! Full of meat and pico de gallo, very tasty. And on Monday's they have a $5.99 any burger deal and let me tell you, those all in burgers are delicious! They mix the ingredients into the patty instead of using them as toppings and the flavors were great. I had their sweet potato fries and man those were like a dessert with the perfect flaky texture. Just came from a horrible experience dining at Applebees. First of all, the salad my husband ordered never got put in on our order - simple order with only 3 things, my burger, his salad and the chicken parmesan. No bid deal on the salad, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full, but the chicken in the chicken parmesan was raw! He didn't notice until after taking a bite so hopefully he won't get sick - should have spotted it sooner since there was barely any sauce on the pasta - horrible experience - worst dining experience ever! We'll never walk in an Applebees again if they were the last restaurant on earth! Nothing like eating raw chicken to ruin your appetite. read more

Going to restaurants during covid can be hit or miss, but when we were greeted by our server, Erin, we knew we were in good hands. She brought us everything we needed and more, anticipating our every need. The poster at the entrance advertised specialty lemonades and she gave us her recommendations. She came by periodically to drop off more napkins and to see if we needed anything. Having a professional like Erin was greatly appreciated, especially when we've heard other places are having a hard time finding &/or keeping good staff. We even let her manager know! My husband and I have visited this location before, & have always had a good experience. Ive been on a seafood kick but never tried any from here. Our attentive server , Maria suggested the salmon and boy am I glad she did! It was phenomenal! She was on top of it! She kept my husbands beers coming and suggested the butter pecan Blondie.
