We've frequented this location often and love the cold beer and the wings. After visiting on the evening of July 19th, we sadly probably won't be back. The confused hostess contemplated for a moment, then seated us in the back corner. We were ready to order but no server had even looked our way. This place was nearly devoid of customers. There were a cluster of waitstaff gathered together chatting it up at the hostess stand. We decided we had been forgotten, got up and left without ordering. As we left the girl who seated us yelled "have a nice night ". She was clueless to the fact that she seated us and we were never served. Glad we left because the food and service down the street at Hopcat was phenomenal. I see this as a management problem. Fix it or be the next business to close. Everything is too expensive these days. If I eat out, I expect the staff to at least care a little and refuse to frequent a business that doesn't. read more

The food here is decent with tons of TVs and friendly waitstaff with their booties hanging out of plaid skirts. Like, all the way out. Fun for grown ups, I suppose, but I think it's really weird that kids are there with parents. I just don't get it. that might keep me from returning, honestly. I think it should be 18+ or they should wear shorts under the skirts. Our service was good and it was crowded. We really liked the fried jalapenos - homemade and delicious. The smoked/grilled wings tasted nice and smoky and they were tender, but they could have used 5 more minutes on the grill to crisp up the skin - they were a bit flabby. Sauce tasted good though, and I'd get them again. They also have naked and breaded options. The burgers were decent, but the meat really could have used some seasoning or even just salt. But the avocado was nice and fresh, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Juicy and flavorful. The fries came out hot and fresh out of the fryer, and I appreciated that. Lots of beer options, a couple of ciders, lots of shots, signature cocktails and lemonades to choose from at decent prices. It's nice to see $8-$12 cocktails. I get why they call this Twin Peaks, when you have the waitresses in skimpy outfits: it reminds me of a version of hooters but with bass pro shop vibes. Atmosphere was sport bar vibes. TVs at each table. Fire pit outside and windows that are open and make the building open to the outside. Clean, and staff was friendly. Paperless menus, scanning with only a QR code: Kids menu and meal prices were under $5, and on the weekends during lunch the kids eat free with an adult. My only negative was that the steak was requested medium and it was WELL WELL done. No pink or juice in it. Large portion sizes. It was really good. Close to shopping and easy to get to. read more

We decided to try this twin peaks since we eat at the one in fort myers frequently, what a mistake. Our waitress did not take our order after bringing our drinks and walked by our table numerous times ignoring us. Brought it up to the manager and got another waitress to take our order and she was very nice. The manager however very creepy and made us uncomfortable, food was not horrible but a very "ghetto" feeling restaurant. Definitely will not return and do not recommend to anyone. I've been going to this Twin Peaks location for over 5 years and I've always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and quality of the food. Thursday was an extremely awful experience for me and my group of friends. After ordering our food the manager on staff, Brandon, reviewed our orders and instructed our waitress that one of the items ordered "kid sliders" could not be added to our table, and came to remove the item, unless we wanted to pay an up charge. I instructed Brandon we could have the sliders to go as we all ordered apps, meals, and drinks. He stated not only could I not place the order to go, but insisted if my child was not in attendance I could not order for her. It was an embarrassment to the establishment. Maybe we were targeted because of our race, idk. I found it odd as I've never experienced such behavior from the staff and he would not speak to our table. Unfortunately, I don't feel this establishment deserves our business with management in place who don't put the customers first. This was only $7, but his actions showed his character. read more

Stopped in with some friends after a recreation outing. Located just south of the VERY busy and slow traffic at Haggerty and 8 Mile. The strip mall complexes it adjoins and connects with have lights to get out onto Haggerty. A large natural gas bowl outside, inside is a very large room with a spotty camping and hunting lodge decor. Bright, clean, a little loud. Large bar on one side. The real attraction is young women waitresses in booty shorts and flannel sports bra type tops. Male barbacks and table bussers wear rather plain black tee shirts. The beer is served at 29-30 degrees no matter the actual style. There is a large thermometer sign to assure the customers of that. Beer prices and selection were pretty good. The food is typical higher end pub, it was good but not great. Some sports TVs. read more

Absolute worst experience of my entire eating-out life. There were more wait staff than customers when we got there and we couldn't get helped to save our lives. Literally all standing around and all looked so unhappy. Honestly I would have rather left than stayed. Our waitress, Cheyann could not have cared less about us. We had a drink spilled and literally no one helped us, water all over the floor. We told our waitress and she did nothing besides say "oh". We ordered cheese sticks and they ended up bringing us two so we got charged for two. Then my husband wanted an egg on his burger and it wasn't added then we told her to remove it from the bill then she brought the bill with it still on there. I will literally never go back here. Told they were out of Old Forester. Asked if they could make the drink with Woodford Reserve. Comes back not an Old Fashioned, but Woodford on large cube. Told the waitress it was not a drink but I would drink it. Should have been $9.49 for single/$13.49 for a double. When the bill comes, she rang it up as double Woodford Rye for $14.99. So almost double what I originally wanted. Told her, and she smiled and said sorry. That's all she said so still overcharged. Ordered the fish "n chips. See photo and description and was supposed to be 2 nice hand coated cutlets. Received a pile of cold fries that were way over salted, and 4 fish sticks that clearly were frozen from the box. My colleague ordered the lobster roll and that had about 2 tablespoons of lobster sauce. Couldn't tell if there was actually any meat in it. Overall, nice scenery but awful and overcharged dining experience. Won't be going back and will advise all others from the trade show to avoid unless they want overcharged and to leave hungry and disappointed. read more

Upon entering we weren't greeted with a hello because the two girls at the host station were conversing. That should have been our clue to just leave but we didn't. It took forever to get our food. Three tables sat after us received food and left before our food even came out. As you see there was nothing extensive or elaborate ordered. A Caesar salad with salmon.. should have been a quick fire here... salmon not fully cooked and could use a bit more seasoning. The salad dressing covered the ok flavor. The reason for the delay?? This place is exactly what you would expect it to be. Young women dressed in sexy uniforms, lots of cold beer and sporting events playing on TVs, with mediocre food at Best. I'm no prude but There's kind of a creepy factor with some of the old older guys in there and the way they ogle the wait staff. I have no problem with places like this but it's a little bit of an offputting vibe when you people watch. I hope they at least tip well. read more

Got seated at the bar at 8:00 and quickly ordered a beer and got menu. I was unable to get the bartebders' (either of them) attention nor did they check on me until 8:33 pm. I had 33 minutes to type up my complaint to corporate with my thumbs. This was my one and only visit to the Livonia Twin Peaks and I will now actyallybdevote energy into talking people out of going there. My expectations were low but damn. Ok. We came 2 times in a week. Because we stayed next. Before came back in Michigan fright was delay few times and then cancel. Looked for hotel in NYC stayed there next day came . But night time. We are hungry but so tired. Do not want to go far a way to eat. So next hotel is here twin peaks. I know here at Madison height we I was in Michigan some times visit and eat. Any way Thursday night it was ok. I order steak salad but not available so switch to salmon. It was good. But found out hair was there we asked to switch what they did. So month of the beer was sold out but it's ok... everything was fine on Thursday. Didn't mention sever girl was nice... any way come to Sunday. They are having fix issues so they will close 11 what they say but we are hungry so just in ! Order steak salad (again but this time they have it) also fish and chips. I don't know Sunday is bad day to come here? Beer is very icy cold that is great but food wasn't good than thirst. Taste wise and portion size. Salad wasn't good also fish and chips. So I heard the ads touting this Twin Peaks location. I suggested to meet my buddy here as a result to watch the first day of NHL playoffs. I'll start with the accuracy of their ad, they had lots of sports screens and the beer was cold. After that they, it went downhill fast. It took 15 minutes before a server came and took our beer order. Afterwords, we had four different waitresses, one of them the manager. They were definitely understaffed condsidering there as the Michigan spring game, NBA games, and the NHL playoffs starting. We then had to wait 20 minutes for our next round which never came. At which point we told the confused waitress to bring us our bill. We then waited another 28 minutes with absolutely no attention before we decided to leave. They were quick to confront us as we walked to the door, asking us to pay our bill. We had no intention of skipping out, but we had places to be. We paid the bill exactly as it was written with no tip, as none was deserved. As a matter of fact, the visit was such a disaster that I would've been happy walking out without paying. Three women standing around at the bar doing nothing except eating off of what I assume are regulars plates. I sat at a bar table in a fairly empty bar with no service for 45min.
