This is the Applebee's I always eat at. I have been going here for years, there used to be a waitress there that was always so sweet, caring, hard worker (her name was Lisa) She passed away several years ago but i always think of her every time i go in. The menu is the same throughout the country---which is good. I had the French Onion Soup and a great burger. My wife had the salmon. All was good and the service was good. When traveling I am always happy when I see an Applebees because I know I can get a good meal there. read more

Will not be going back to this restaurant. During my whole dinner the ceiling was leaking onto my head and back. When I told the waitress she said she'd send manager over. When the manager finally came to the table he stated that when when there is a steady rain the ceiling leaks in a couple of places. He never bothered to even apologize, just made the statement about the leak happening when it rains and walked away. He has no business managing a restaurant if he can't even apologize to a customer who had to tolerate a ceiling leak on them during their entire dinner. Needs to be taught how to deal with customers when they have an issue before becoming a manager. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. read more

French onion soup was luke warm and cheese not fully melted. The waitress did go get the manager when my sister mentioned it, but since my sister was eating it, my sister didn't want a new one. She just wanted to bring it to their attention. Then ordered a new item because it looked appealing on the menu. It was the stuffed rigatoni and tomato meat sauce. When they brought the dish to us it looked like pasta with crumbled up hamburger on it. We tasted it and it tasted like hamburger helper. We asked the waitress if we could have some more sauce to put on top of it because it was quite dry. She came back and said it would be $4 for more sauce and I told her we didn't want it then. She came back with some more sauce because the manager told her to bring it to us anyway but it was just more crumbled hamburger. I told her that we just wanted some red sauce, marinara, anything like that. She said they did not have anything like that. My sister told her to bring her a box so that she could take it home and put some jar jarred Ragu on it. After we started putting it in a box, the same waitress stopped at our table with some....ta da...marinara sauce...wth?? If you go to Applebees just order what you have tried before and liked because it never is the same as the item pictured on the menu. read more

Very poor. Wait staff was unfriendly and rushed me. I ordered a burger and the waitress asked if I wanted any pink. Considering it was applebees I chose to avoid the stomach distress and ordered no pink. The burger arrived very pink in the middle. Nearly medium rare... I showed the waitress and she was not very apologetic. read more

Was placed in the back area, after ordering we smelled a horrible odor, within minutes other staff members started spraying aerosol spray's and other chemicals, in which made the odor horribly worse, of course our food was late. We took a bite of it and ask for boxes because we no longer could stomach the odor. Informed our waiter of what we experienced and he had prior knowledge and still let us deal with the toxic fumes. Never offered to speak to a manager or anything. Never again will we visit this septic stink hole. read more

I'm only giving 3 stars because the service was excellent. The restaurant was dirty. Menu felt dirty, table felt dirty, booth looked dirty and carpet was dirty. Besides lots of food remnants, on the surface of the carpet, it also looked dirty and worn out. Went last night for dinner. Can't beat the price for the 1/2 priced apps, however the service at this location is not the best. The food runner brought our app with half the food hanging off the plate and so it was touching table. For our actual dinner, I ordered the fiesta chicken salad which came out on a plate rather than the bowl it's normally served in at other locations. So rather than a filling salad, it left a lot to be desired. Both my salad and my dates dinner came out without the proper sauces/dressings so we had to stare at our food for 5 minutes before actual eat. I should have turned around and left when they seated us at a table with silverware and trash in the floor around our table. There was five of us and the waitress took forever just to get the drink order right. About five minutes after everyone ordered their food the waitress returned to tell my daughters boyfriend he would have to order something else they were out of what he wanted So he reordered. Twenty minutes later she returned to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. I asked why it took so long to tell me? I asked to see the manger. He came out and had no explanation for being out of items on the menu or why it took so long to tell me they were out of the item I wanted. I reordered a new item and after everyone else was finished my order came out. I started eating and when I put a fork of garlic mashed potatoes in my mouth something wasn't right. I pulled out a big long piece of plastic bag out of my mouth. I thought I was going to throw up. The waitress came over and I showed her what happened and asked to see the manager again. I like their Chicken Tortilla Soup. This particular Applebees though, has always served it luke warm or cooler and I don't know why. It takes so little effort to make sure soup is hot when served. The weird shaped bowls are also awkward to use. Love the soup. Can't get it anywhere else. However, if I pay for a bowl of it, I would like a real bowl of it and have it served hot. I have had it there three times in the past three weeks, never hot. Service could be improved too. read more

I find it hard to believe anyone would give more than 1star for this place. I'd give 0 ZERO if I could. Food horrible.. chicken tastes like its full of water, salt and chemicals. NOT REAL FOOD! Grilled chicken Caesar salad with FAKE chicken in large chunks, dressing in bottom of bowl, Lettuce barely cut had to cut lettuce to eat. Hubbie left his food on plate. Daughter's hot food Cold. SERVICE HORRIBLE never checked bac until she removed our plates. Husband left tip anyway. I would not have. PLace empty..we shlda left. I will NEVER go back!
