The service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for server to come to our table after we were seated. Ordered waters and an appetizer. Another 10 minute wait before getting water. Gave our food order. Told our appetizer was on the way. Two minutes before our food came out we got the appetizer. Asked for a water refill and a second order of the all you can eat wings. We got the wings and the water when we were all completely done eating. Ask for a to go box. The boxes were very small and rationed out for the amount of food we were taking home. Went to Applebees for lunch and really enjoyed ourselves. The 2 for 25 was awesome we got the onion rings and the cheese burger grilled cheese. Oh my gosh the burger was to die for. They cooked it perfectly and the onion rings were excellent. We got the food and drinks quickly and our server was really nice. We did have to wait a little for a table but that wasn't a problem. Yes, I do see this place has so many negative reviews with few stars. I've dined at this location several times and it was not perfect each time BUT this time I'm giving them shiny five stars solely because the top notch service I received from a great server! One Friday evening. I rushed in for 1/2 off appetizers happy hour (it ends at 6) with a friend. No wait. Yay! We ordered the happy hour appetizer and an appetizer. Our server I think his name is Cory was perfect from the beginning to the end. He is so kind, polite, courteous and attentive. He checked in on us often before and after we got food. I ordered a steak and I was especially impressed that he asked me if I needed any steak sauce BEFORE the food arrived. Most people ask me about condiments after the food is served. I think he asked me when he did so I didn't have to wait for it once the steak is on the table. Fabulous! Busy Friday night, but a kind service with a smile. (Really 3.75) During the pandemic you need to be cognizant of the struggles and roll with it. Not ready for exposure those not wearing masks so opted for the to-go order. I checked out the Oriental chicken wrap with fries which was very tasty. My fries were cold but obviously that comes with the to-go order, fries are not made to travel. The wrap was very good with plenty of chicken inside with chopped veggies (Asian Slaw). Most complaints I have about a wrap is the over excess of veggies and a tiny piece of chicken. My husband and I went to this Applebee's for New Year's Eve dinner and the food was good and we got some drinks which were also good, but Joseph was so fun and kind to us! He made our very casual Applebee's dinner so so much fun. I hope someone on staff sees this review and let's Joseph know that he is getting some high praise. Our hostess that seated us (I didn't get her name ) was also very kind and welcoming. She had short, dark hair and was wearing a red face mask with gold polka dots I believe. Have been here before, better results than today. Tonight, while trying to get in- several guys hanging around outside the door, had to navigate them just to get in the door. The food was hot, had a good taste but the presentation was not the best. Inside the restaurant was a buzz if activity with no real attention to the guest. Everyone likes to be in close out mode and ready to call it a day. The drink had an off putting taste and definitely not what I was expecting. I had a discount (10% off) from the hotel I was staying at and when I mentioned this to the server the quick reply was- oh sure - let me get that for you. Well, he took .35 cents off- about 2%?! Total shit show. Never received silverware, straws, ordered two appetizers, one came cold, on a dirty plate with ranch, not extra blue as ordered. Second app came 10 minutes later cold mozzarella sticks . Every table around us is filthy and the hostess is leaning .. not doing a thing. Occupied tables around us all have complained about service, wrong meals and then a random guy walking around trying to find where 5 boneless wings belong. He actually set them in front of a guy at one table when they belonged to the next booth and then after he realized it several minutes later went and removed them from one table, and walked them to the correct table. After they had sat in front of another customer. Our table is sticky , menus stuck together ..plates dirty. All the while the manager looking unprofessional and dirty in a hoodie and leggings , holding her cell phone walks by all unhappy customers and dirty tables over and over. I'm guessing the kitchen is just as much of a HOT mess - I'm kind of glad I didn't see it. My prediction is this place will be doors shut soon if management doesn't step up and lead a good team. I would like to add that Dustin , the evening manager took full responsibility for the mess, and took about half of our bill. He came on the scene late but seems to be pulling it together with a great attitude . read more

Not usually my favorite restaurant but tried the new chicken fajitas and loved them. Way to go Applebee's!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The first time there was great, served alcohol with no issue. The second time my waitress refused to serve me alcohol because my ID has a red line around the picture even though my ID is valid and I'm very well old enough to be served alcohol. Third time I was hoping for an optimistic bartender but nope. The bartender told me Applebee's has a new policy about IDs. My ID expires soon anyway but we will not be visiting this Applebee's anymore. read more
