Despite that, the service was amazing. I didn't catch our server's name, but he was a super sweet guy with glasses. Even with a packed restaurant, his service never dropped, and our food came out surprisingly quickly. That really stood out to us. Now let's talk about that homemade ranch... OMG. It is ADDICTIVE! Seriously, I could probably put it on everything. I ordered the Black & Bleu Wagyu Salad, and overall I really enjoyed it. It had great natural flavors from the sliced apple, bleu cheese, fresh red onion, perfectly cooked steak, mixed greens, and that nice crunch from the walnuts. My only suggestion would be to slice the red onion a little thinner and give the vinaigrette more flavor. The dressing was a little too mild compared with everything else going on in the salad. Fix that vinaigrette and this dish would be perfect! The wings were delicious, and of course I had to steal a bite of my husband's Saloon Smashed Burger and it was delicious too! Overall, two thumbs up! The interior looks the same as last year. We noticed a huge improvement in both the food and service compared with our visit a year ago. It's always nice to come back to a place and see that they've clearly listened, evolved, and gotten better. We'll definitely be back!
