This place is so slow. The waitress are not cleaning the guy at the post just stands there ,he could clean .but no and not the same as before. Where is the manager. So sad our waiter was great. Food was good just was disappointment in the guy who signs you in. The restaurant was getting half fill and we was still waiting .and he had saggy pants on why do they let tha t happen ,shouldnt they be neat. Really disappointed in Applebees. This is probably the worst service we've had at this restaurant. They didn't do the napkin/coasters under our drink. They brought us cold mozzarella sticks (they had been cooked for a hot minute). And we didn't get napkins till we were done with our cold appetizer. Thank god the food was hot. read more

Yesterday evening I came here, ordered a steak , and this is what I got. The PAPER was still on it!!! That's disgusting ‍ I was then told this was not the only time that this has happened this week I gladly got my refund by the manager who could only say "sorry". Will never be back ! food is precooked. I had Bourbon Chicken and shrimp. Hubby had Sirloin steak. I had to send mine back because the chicken was burnt. You could smell it on the "sizzlin plate" Our server forgot we ordered salads, so it all came out at the same time. No longer than 2 mins later, my corrected meal was delivered.(we waited 20 mins for the first to come out) It was slightly warm. The compound butter atop the chicken was not even melting.The server never checked back with me. I left most of it on the platter. The "crispy" potatoes are diced baked potatoes from the night before that are deep fried. The chicken is precooked and re-heated with a broiler and hot platter. His steak was ordered medium, came out close to well. His grilled veggies were raw with grill marks. Awful food, awful service. read more

Made an order to go, pickup was great and fast! I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger and side of fries, I only got a regular cheese burger, but i paid for bacon... I also thought my fries weren't fresh, they were stale and had no flavor. Very dissatisfying. read more

The night i was there it's pretty busy, but still there's table, and they got a table right next to the bathroom for me and my friends, the floor was dirty and there's dirty napkins right under our feet. Honestly i have to say every time i went there the food takes forever(even when they are not busy), and it's not worth waiting 30+ minute. read more

POOR POOR service... don't expect to see your server more than once or twice & consider yourself lucky if your drink gets refilled. Don't expect to have silverware when you're seated... or after you get your cold food that's been sitting in the kitchen for 20 minutes while the server is out smoking. You will most likely have to get up and ask the host for silverware. At which point they will tell you, that they need to go get it from the kitchen... don't you even DARE ask for a manager, because then, not only do you have a sour employee, but the manager has "better things to worry about"... not including the facial hair I found in my food. Would not give this establishment the satisfaction of being called a restraunt... nor would I recommend it to ANYONE due to 1. Lack of decent customer service & 2. We order curbside pickup every few months. Every single time, outperform order is wrong, but we don't realize it until we get home. Last time, my side of shrimp and a salad were missing. Tonight, the 12oz steak I ordered was replaced by 2 tiny 4 oz steaks, and also the special side of fries were nowhere to be found. Like I said, this is routine, not an exception. read more

Poor service and food wasn't cooked properly. My wife ordered onion rings instead of fries, they forgot. By the time they got her the onion rings she was done eating. They still charged her the extra dollar for the onion ring upgrade. They attempted to toast the buns, but basically just managed to burn them. I recently purchased an Applebee's gift card and was planning on using it tonight. Glancing at Yelp's reviews, I was having second thoughts. But having eaten there a number of months ago and finding the service and food OK, I decided to risk it. With a party of three, we were seated immediately and our server came by to take our drink orders right away. His name was Derrick, I later found out his last name is Dooley, and he was one of the most, if not the most, personable servers I have ever encountered. He was very helpful as we navigated through the menu and advised of our various choices in the appetizers, etc. My father of 97 and I chose the 2 for $25 dinner and ordered the ribs and sides with boneless wings as our appetizer. My wife chose fish and chips and we were on our way for an enjoyable meal. The appetizer came shortly after our drinks and our dinner arrived just as we finished our first course. At the end of dinner, our plates were promptly removed and we were offered dessert choices which we declined. The entire meal went smoothly and enjoyably and we were delighted with our service and our server's pleasant and joking personality. Likewise, the remaining staff was pleasant and invited us back for a future visit. I'm sure previous reviews were accurate and appropriate for their experiences but I am certainly a satisfied customer and apparently the management and staff of Applebee's is striving to make a true turn around. We'll certainly be back and request Derrick's services as well. read more

Waited over 30 minutes for food and when it arrived the order was wrong. It took an additional 20 minutes for them to bring me the right meal. We went in early in hopes to get out before they got too busy but I guess we were wrong. Most of the staff were unprofessional and arguing with one another in the middle of the restaurant. There were a couple servers including ours that did a really good job with what they had. I think the problem is in the management of this restaurant. Even though they gave me my meal free that's not why we went out to eat. We were looking for good family time where we could sit, relax and enjoy ourselves as a family. After this experience I will probably never visited another Applebee's again especially the one in Columbia Tennessee! read more

There was pineapple on the table left over from the last guest(I hope not chewed). My child almost put it in her mouth. I asked for something to clean it up the waitress handed me napkins and then never picked what I had to clean up myself off our table. We have always said, "you can't get a bad meal at Applenbees.." until now. The last 2 times we have gone the food has not been very good. A week ago I ordered a chicken ceasar salad. The chicken was horrible - I question if it was even 'real' - I did not eat it. Put it in a dish to the side. The salad was a garden salad with all kinds of veggies and tomatos - which I love but that is not what a ceasar salad is. I told our waiter - who seemed new...who did nothing even though he could see I had all the chicken in a dish on the table. Whats happening there? You used to be so good. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been here on multiple occasions and it seems my experiences get worse and worse. My first experience at this location, was fine until I got up to use the washroom and someone crapped on the floor. Seriously? So I stepped out and got the first waitress I seen and told her the issue she shrugged her shoulders and carried on. Can you say rude? My second time I had multiple hairs in my food. I flagged down a waiter and he apologized and said he'd be back shortly with a replacement, well surely enough he did. And there was a dead fly into food. Disgusting!! i was here between nine and ten in the evening on a Tuesday. I walk in, there are over served drunks at the bar that are still being served throughout my stay and still there when I left still drinking. One of the guys starts to talk with the manager "apparently they know each other" and the convo consists of fucking and cumming loud enough anyone could hear in this so called family restaurant. While there are baby daddy conversations in the kitchen so loud you can hear them in the front seating area. I ordered a three cheese chicken penne pasta that they gladly changed themselves without consulting me the consumer to a different pasta because they ran out. No biggie on the pasta I was fine with just seems if your going to change what someone ordered ya might say something first. The chicken on my dish on the other hand I felt like I was given an adult pasta with a kids serving of chicken not near enough. Right before I left a server started yelling at the manager about a break or something then threw a nice little temper tantrum marched around the restaurant knocked a chair over then went and started serving a table. I ordered I Long island tea it tasted like a vodka sprite with a splash of tea yum not. So if your lookin for a show with crappy service hands down best place in town if you don't mind gross obscenities while you eat. If you want to eat descent food in a nice atmosphere anywhere else but here, hell mc Donald's would be better. This place needs better management that isn't giving food away to his buddy's "yep overheard that one too" and better staff across the board. Will not recommend to anyone. read more
