I had the Bourbon Street chicken & shrimp, which was tasty, but I wished the shrimp had been larger (would have paid more to get them, too). My husband got the tacos, and declared them very delicious, though very messy to eat (the juice ran down his hands with each bite). Maybe fork food? (totally our fault for not giving ourselves enough time) Our server was awesome and food was good, but the manager really stood out. Love this location, great food and staff are so friendly I went on a Saturday night also. It was so packed and crazy a lot of people waiting but the staff were super calm and not phased by it. Heads up customers of Applebee's. Make sure you double check the bill before you leave and make sure you don't get charged for something you did not order in the first place. Had to get them to make an adjustment because there was no way I ordered the $12.99 so-called platter rather I ordered the $9.99 thing on the menu. No way am I going to pay an extra three bucks for just a little bit of coleslaw and an extra piece of chicken. I don't know where the bartender was coming off trying to charge me for the $12.99 meal when in fact I was ordering the $9.99 meal . Probably won't go back! I don't have a lot of confidence that the situation was not intentional in someway shape or form. I did mention to her that that should've been taken care of at the initial order and not a dat the end of the time when I got the bill and possibly hopefully I wouldn't notice it. Again I did not order the $12.99 platter additionally I suppose I better keep track of my credit card account to make sure there wasn't two charges on instead of the correct charge and also hopefully that the initial incorrect charge was taken off. It's just more work on my part I shouldn't have it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place very disappointed.Also I would not recommend their current "drink of the month" I believe they call it strawberry vodka lemonade picked one up today seemed watered down to me not really worth the value. read more

This is the first time I have ever reviewed due to a bad experience. On Valentine's Day me and my significant other came in and asked for a table and then waited 40 minutes for one. (That is fine due to the holiday and covid) but after we were sat we did not get any service. Multiple servers walked by us and said nothing and multiple tables came and were served. This is slowly becoming our Favorite dinning spot. We had the very best of service and one of the best waitresses ,Jamie was very attentive and catered to our every wish often before we asked. The food was served piping hot and matched the quality we have come to expect over the many years. My favorite was the churro chco.desert it was pilled high with marshmallows and a rich dipping chocolate. I went in to do some work while the tire place worked on my truck and it was an uncomfortable experience. Even though I bought a couple appetizers and had a couple drinks while it as there I felt like I was a burden to them even though it was slow. This restaurant is awesome. We hadn't new server Natalie and her mentor was Sydney. She was so attentive to our needs. She didn't let out cups get empty. She got our orders perfect. She was sweet and knew what she was doing. It was my sons 10th birthday and we got a dessert and they sang happy birthday to him. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Great food for the price. The food quality lives up to any other Applebees you may have been to. The staff seams nice and are very helpful when ever we have an issue. My wife and I visit often for a late night snake after work or a night class and I have always enjoyed it. Applebee's continues to be one of our main restaurants for good food and drinks. At our last visit we got the two for $20 deal, which has changed a bit this past year and dropped a few meal choices (like the fajitas) , but still remains a good deal (basically you get an appetizer for free). They also have an upgraded two for $24 meal deal too. A really nice atmosphere, bar in the center with high top tables and TV's, roomy booths, or table and chairs, and of course enjoyable food and drinks. And for those interested in saving a few dollars they occasionally offer gift cards with a free $10 gift card for every $50 purchased. They usually do this during holidays. So do the math, that's 20% off. Think about it, use the $50 gift card next time to buy another $50 gift card and your basically getting a $10 card for free. read more

My boyfriend and I live around the area and have come here a couple of times for appetizers. Each time we have been here, the service has NOT been good. We are not greeted as we come in, and table service leaves much to be desired. We have waited a long time as employees seem to just hang out amongst themselves and not seem to care about the customers. We will definitely not be coming back to this location. read more
