Ambiance. First thing I noticed at the bar, was the bar had been wiped with an oily rag. You can see every swipe. I could also smell the dishwasher drain from my stool. Dirty glasses stacked everywhere behind the bar. I noticed all this in 15 sec after sitting down. Needless to say the bartender had a challenge she wasn't even aware of, bringing me back from a bad first impression. This is not a place that is concerned about ambiance. Bottom line - if you want to see your bartender doing dishes, emptying garbage and being a bar-back, just before making your cocktail, with so hand washing, come here. read more

Visited for a fundraiser for the first time in ages. The restaurant wasn't very busy as we were there before traditional dinner time (about 4pm). We were seated right away. The music was a bit loud, but only so much that it made your conversations feel more private, which was nice. Service was wonderful and attentive. The server was friendly, on top of the 9 million apps and beverages we ordered due to having a large party, and very nice. A manager even stopped by to help with the yelp check in coupon and was very helpful. The food was surprisingly delicious. It all came out efficiently and warm. Those wonton tacos are basically the best thing ever, and a real deal for happy hour pricing. Based solely off of the delivery I ordered. Price ended up being a bit more than I'd want to pay for the amount but that could be similar to other restaurants, I don't order delivery often. Otherwise the food came quick and was tasty. The bowl has lots of flavor and was a healthier menu option. Sides that too just a little small. Probably would just pick up or so in to get more value for money but tasty indeed. read more

Husband went to pick up our curbside order. After 10 minutes of no one approaching the vehicle, he had to call to find out about our order. The guy parked next to him had to go inside for his. After getting the order and returning home, we discovered that an order of fries (from the Riblets platter) and an order of chips (from the sampler platter) were missing. Also, mozzarella sticks (from the sampler platter) were cold. Like really cold. Almost like they were barely cooked. Our bad for not checking the bag better to make sure everything was there. But I am not exaggerating when I say that 50% of the time we do curbside our order is messed up. Sometimes we catch it, sometimes we don't. Applebees has been doing curbside pickup for many years. How do they not have this figured out? How hard is it to look at an order and make sure everything is in the bag? If this happens this often to us it has to be happening to a lot of others as well. I guess we just keep hoping it will get better, but it's looking like that's not likely. read more

Our server was excellent, very attentive. The food was great. The best part was that I made an error in adding on my tip, the total was more than I had intended. But the kitchen manager, Eric, was very pleasant and helpful when I returned the next day to see if they had caught the error, and they instantly made the correction. This applebees is pretty good! I've been here on multiple occasions and have gotten pretty good service consistently. Just like any other chain you don't always get the best service or food but here they are actually pretty consistent. I pretty much get one of the same 3 dishes every time I come and each time my faves come just as I expect them. This place gets pretty busy around 6 especially on the weekends but there usually isn't too crazy of a wait if any. I love their late night special and I always come back for the discounted prices for the same portions; good deal! Not bad! read more

My husband and I have been going to this location for years. We love going there when Gale, the sever was working there. We always got excellent serves when she was there. We where there just today for lunch. and we got sat in Elisha, male sever. And we had the worst lunch experiment ever!! he was not a very good server. He kept saying " I'll be back to get your drink order" he went by his three times and didn't get your order. was not being very attentive to us. When we got our lunch, as he is walking by us, not stopping to, just as he is walking he asked us " how is your lunch?" but not stopping to see if we needed anything.
