Ordered door dash tonight from here and first off the driver sent me a pic of him waiting at the counter for over 20 min with no help. I ordered chips and queso, cheese curds, 3 chicken dippers and tator tots. There was nobody in the restaurant the driver said so I called and asked if my food was done and the door dash driver was waiting and what I got was a very rude individual. The food I finally received was a total joke. The chicken looked like they took one filet and cut it up in three pieces and put it in a box and charged me 14 dollars. The tator tots were so over cooked it hurt your teeth to even eat them. The cheese curds were a big pile of grease in a box. The first pic below is what the chicken should have looked like and the second is what they gave me. It also tasted like an old crusty shoe. I will not order from here again. read more

Well.... It was 10pm of a Saturday during the Sooners game when we arrived. Bar area was a mess, plenty of unoccupied tables but only two were clean. Order 15 traditional wings, came out missing carrots and celery, and the forgot the sauce. Smallest wings ever. Classic chicken wrap was made with the incorrect sauce. They remade the wrap and then removed it from the bill. When we paid, they ended up charging us for it (the bill showed it was removed). IT'S BDUBS, BUT FACELIFTED! About a month ago, this location underwent a *substantial* renovation. If you haven't been here for awhile, it'll hardly look the same. The entry way and reception counter have been redesigned. The dining room to the east is brighter. The bar area to the west is expanded with booths along the wall, and the lighting there is also brighter. Feels like there are even more TVs shoehorned in, featuring every sports event of the moment. There's even a feed that shows the scores of local high school games! Check it out. That said, it's still BDubs. For me, I appreciate that I can order 15 traditional wings, drums only, with carrots and ranch, and nobody gives me any trouble. Tonight's sauces were Asian Zing and the salt and vinegar dry rub (seemed saltier tonight than I remember, but the Asian Zing was on). Wings were also of a good size and were cooked appropriately. (I've been to other locations where it felt like I was getting double fried wings--all shriveled and dried up. Yuck.) Sometimes, when my team wins, I'll order "Victory Cake." It's BDubs' own chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. But tonight I went without dessert. I sat at the bar counter to watch some NFL playoffs and had excellent service from Kendra. It was busy but not jam packed. It's BDubs. The chain you know. I knew what to expect and I didn't expect any more. Went for a lunch trip on Sunday before football games really kicked off. Didn't realize that kids meals are half off so that was a bonus as we had our young boys with us. Destiny was our server, she was phenomenal! Super friendly and accommodating and catered to our needs as well as watching out for our young boys needs too. Megan the GM also stopped by and said hi to our kids. Just a very welcoming atmosphere. Food came out quick for the boys which we always love to get them going. And our food came out shortly thereafter. My wife and I both ordered the burgers, I got the cheese curd burger- it was so tasty and flavorful. Where to start, stood by table that had a group of friends so I could place to go order, waiter never came by. I wish it was possible to give a place ZERO stars. I visited during the UofM vs MSU game this past Saturday. Immediately upon arrival, a MOUSE was crawling all over the resturaunt. A server was trying to catch it like it was a regular occurrence. Not to mention, it crawled on our boots before being sat! Then as we were sat, it re-appreaded in the dining room. As more and more people started to notice, the room became more and more quiet. The manager ended up following the mouse and would tell patrons about the mouse as it would be under the table. This lasted for at least 10 minutes and I still never saw anyone remove the mouse. The food we ordered also came out wrong at first and no one ever addressed the mouse OR apologized.
