Did curbside pick up for the first time at this location. They are right out and checked who i was and brought my order. Everything was still hot and fresh. The grilled chicken was so juicy and delicious, highly recommend. The BEST chicken tortilla soup i have had in awhile. Huge chunks of kitchen throughout. Wish they offered other drink offers like teas or something then just the 6 listed online. read more

I used to frequent this Applebee's (as did MANY others) because it was a great environment, great food, and decently priced. Quit going after the buyout as the great staff all (most) changed and prices went though the roof. I'm terribly sorry for the poor review, but just thought maybe someone from Applebee's will read this and try better to be actually be the "neighborhood bar and grill" We saw the add in the paper for their happy hour which included "select appetizers" for only $3.00. A good price, AWESOME!! So we decided to try Applebee's again. Well that was deceiving... The apps were not full size apps so for $3 it was actually MORE EXPENSIVE than regularly priced apps. The ad said nothing about half sized apps so that was extremely disappointing, but not surprising based on our prior experiences since the new ownership took over a few years back. In addition, there were 2 bartenders that were both MIA for over 10 minutes while I sat with an empty glass. Both very nice people, but I would suggest either of the 2 managers that I saw might want to be sure there is someone behind the bar, or actually jump back there and take care of customers themselves is the bartender(s) can't do it. I can honestly speak for numerous Hollanders when I say your bar used to be PACKED every night of the week because of the great service and decent prices. As an example... We used to stop in Sunday evenings and there would be 5-10 people who had to stand at the bar as there were so many "regulars" there patronizing your establishment. My wife & I stopped one Sunday last summer and were literally the only 2 people at the bar for 2 hours. All of that being said, I know it's Applebee's so you couldn't care less since you're making millions, but figured someone should know that ever since the buyout this place has a not-so-great reputation for being over priced and underperforming. We ordered off doordash tonight and enjoyed an amazing meal at home from Applebee's. We haven't been feeling the best but the tomatoe soup was exactly what we needed and my son enjoyed the perfectly portioned pizza with yogurt and strawberries. The strawberries were delicious, better than what we have bought in local grocery stores as if they were still in season! To top it off we split the triple chocolate meltdown and it was so delicious! This is the worst service I have recived ever being at an Applebees. My girlfriend and I asked to sit in the bar at high booth and were told we wernt allowed to because we have a baby in carseat. Mind you we have came to this place many many times before with our daughter. Also seen other people have kids there. So we get to go seated without being told were we were going I asked again and they tell me again I'm not allowed to sit there. This is not okay on my account. Other than that my server was great. Quick very polite and respectful. I've loved this place for so long our favorite place to go out to eat. But if this is how I am going to be treated now .. and because I have a kid? I don't know how long will be coming here anymore ... and hope this isn't the same for all restaurants.. we can't come here to eat as a family and watch a good game?? read more

I normally always have a pleasant experience, although this time I was very dissatisfied with our meals. The chicken quesadilla was served with just a few pieces of chicken in it. Mainly tomatoes and cheese. The onion rings were way over done. Sauces were not offered. read more

I come maybe once every other month. Service is either really good or really bad. Tonight it was really good. Our waitress was very attentive. Food was about average. Been to a lot of applebees and this one under delivered. When I first got in and seated, it took quite a bit of time for our table to be noticed. Food was not great. Why in the world am I reviewing an Applebee's? When you go there you know what to expect....because well it's fast-ish food and it is pretty much standardized. But there is one thing that isn't standardized. It is the employees. Here is a shout out to the bartender who makes an enjoyable night out of me not having the energy to cook. My husband and I fight over whether his name in London or Landon or something completely different. He rules the bar with a steady pour and a friendly conversation. Happened to be in Holland on 5/9 after getting caught in the thunderstorm am it was the perfect place to be. The food was great and the service was better. The hostess was so polite and helpful and our waitress provided service like we were in a way upscale restaurant. We could not have been more pleased with our experience that night. Our server seemed very uninterested in our order. As we were placing our order she was lookin at another table. And I'm doing so, missed the requests of two of our orders. Both plates came out wrong, and when asked to be corrected, she simply grabbed the plate and walked away, without an apology or even an acknowledgement. So this is a chain restaurant and most of the food is the same at every location. I usually don't do reviews on chain restaurants but I find its necessary for this one. This Applebee's location absolutely has the best service I have ever seen at a chain restaurant. Their wait staff is always attentive and extra friendly. We get our food pretty fast. I'll say about 10 to 15 minutes when we ordered it. Of course we came before it was really busy. It did took a little while to get my glass of water. But, did get my coffee right away. Love their four cheese mac & cheese with tenders and bacon. read more

It's an Applebees... So many better local non-chain options nearby, but if you are in a rush and need something familiar this will work. I have experienced this location to have acceptable service and what you would expect tom Applebees food. Good place for family dining. I came here with a friend for dinner and when we walked in the hostess was very kind, when she seated us and our waitress came and asked what we wanted to drink. She didn't even know the drink menu. Then she asked if we were here for the half off appetizers and she was being rude and pointed to to the menu acting like we have been here plenty of times. Applebee's has fallen off their horse. They used to be a family style restaurant that sold alcoholic beverages. Now they are trying to be an alcoholic beverage trying to persuade people that they also have food. The food quality has diminished over the years and is not worth the price paid. read more

What I like about Applebee's is that they change up the menu. Today I had the center cut pork chop with a chutney sauce. It was delicious.

Brandy is a boss. By far the most boss server I have yet to come into contact with. Whatever you pay her...double it!! 5/5 stars!!

Steak was awful and the ribs had no meat steak wasn't cooked right service was ok but would not recommend going here
