I walked in and asked my wife if she saw a dog because the place smelled like a wet dog. Service was slow- waitress took orders from five tables before getting water to the first. Only good thing to say about the restroom is there were towels to dry my hands. Thought it would be useless to tell a manager because I don't think it'd been cleaned in months- ring stain in urinal, looked like pee ran from bottom of urinal to the drain. read more

We went here for lunch while on vacation on 8/9/15. We were extremely impressed with our waiter, he was the best, even my three teenagers noticed!! He was so attentive, professional and just overall awesome. I wish I could remember his name! My girls ordered frozen lemonaid drinks and didn't like them. He removed from our bill and brought them sodas no problem. The onion rings were so good we ordered twice. I did the pick two appetizers & had the spinach & artichoke dip/moz sticks both great. My daughters had the bourbon street chicken & shrimp and the quesadillas. My son had the 7oz house sirloin with fries. We all really enjoyed our food, no complaints. read more

Went there last night with grandkids. Order took almost an hour to get to our table. Wife's fries were cold, she said that hamburger at McDonalds (we took grandkids earlier that day) was better than the one she got here. My Stir Fried Steak was cold, WAYYYYYYYYYYYY too much soy sauce/teriyaki sauce. Didn't feel like complaining and waiting ANOTHER hour for our food (late dinner time for us), so we ate it, paid, left, and swore we'd never be back! read more

This store has great food. I go there about every night. They have awesome boneless wings and mozzarella sticks. They have good burgers as well. The staff are always professional and friendly. Since i am a regular, they let me sit wherever i want. They never let me run out of water and always check up with me to see if i need anything. read more

I am only leaving a one star review bc I have too, otherwise it would be zero. This was honestly the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. Ever. The hostess seemed to have trouble seating a family of five in a somewhat empty restaurant. Tens mins we sat without being acknowledged or given menus. Finally noticed, we were given two menus. We then took turns passing them around to see what we wanted. We waited 15 minutes for drinks to be delivered. My bar drink sat so long at the bar waiting to be brought to me that the red white and blue frozen drink was a purple snow cone by the time I received it. Appetizer was brought out. Cold. Zero extra plates to share with. Zero napkins. Zero utensils. Finally given a handful of napkins and a handful of silverware. Not wrapped. We still had to place our food on napkins to share. We ordered our food... and waited. And waited. 45 mins pass and our server tells us the second part of the appetizer and our salad will be right out. He doesn't understand what's taking so long. An hour passes and our remaining appetizer arrives. Along with the salad. Right behind it our food comes, which is delivered by the manager. At this point we speak to the manager about the wait time. She apologizes and comps the apps. Which we appreciate. However things did not improve. The adult chicken tender is the exact same size and appearance as the chicken tender plate from the kids menu. No sauces. Approx 10-12 fries on each of our plates. Our server brings out the sauce at my request, spilling over the top of the container and running down the sides, he hands it to me. Both my hands are now holding containers of honey mustard, running down my hands and wrists onto the tables. He walks off. no napkins anywhere. I stand up, walk to the hostess and ask for napkins. Still covered in sauce. She never even looks at me and states she will bring it over. So I sit down. Still covered in sauce. At this point I'm furious. My husband has to go to the bar tender to get napkins for me. Our server continues to walk by us repeatedly. No attempt to fix or help with anything. Our food was sloppy and left half uneaten. What makes this entire event worse, is that around me I can hear the hostess apologizing for wrong or incorrect food etc. what was suppose to be a fun dinner with family on the 4th, turned into a disaster and a mom on the verge of tears and a dad furious. Not to mention we missed the fireworks because of our wait. Two hours later we left your restaurant unhappy and still hungry. We planned on a fun dinner of appetizers, drinks and desserts that would have cost over $100 that ended up costing us zero bc of your lack of care. So disappointed. read more

Oh my, I just love this place! Came here on a saturday with my husband while were riding the east coast on his hog. I will tell you the pretty young girl at the bar is something else. Went yesterday for an early dinner. Took at least 5 minutes before a server came to seat us. Place was not busy at all, 4 maybe 5 tables tops. Server was nice and took our order but we waited almost an hour before we got our food. No idea what took so long but food definitely was not worth the wait. The 4 cheese mac and cheese was horrible. Not sure why the changed it (If they did. That's what the server said) but not good at all. Steak was bland and over cooked. Would have sent it all back but was scared it would be another hour to get something else. Will not go back to this location. Worst experience I've had at an Applebee's. read more

Had a great burger. I would recommend the Triple Bacon Burger to my friends. It's a large burger and yet not too messy to eat. Plenty of bacon on this one with the flavor of bbq sauce. Really good taste together. Only down side was our server was a little messy with his dirty apron. Service was good though just not appealing to the eye. read more

Some things are really good here. Unfortunately we have been here twice within a few weeks of each other and they are consistently undercooking the food. Last time I ordered a steak medium well. When I cut into it, it was medium at best. Today I got a burger to go, asked for no pink, it was pink and I have provided both pictures here. I won't be back to Applebee's in this area, especially for to go orders, it takes us 30 minutes to get there and I'm not about to drive all the way back for an incorrectly cooked dish. read more

I will never eat there again. Service very poor and the food was not all that. Then was told they were out of pasta which they were out of cooked pasta. But the table behind me had also wanted pasta they came out and told them that they had it and they could get it I had to call someone over to get mine changed. Then we had to wait a little longer for it, But they came out and gave the table behind me theirs free because they had to wait and I waited and did not get anything. I had hair in my Mesquite Chicken Dinner. I notified the manager and he just offered to take 10% off of my bill. The hairs were in between the cheese and the chicken breast, needless to say I did not let my 4 children continue eating their meals that I had to pay for (including mine) out of fear (based on their reaction like this is normal) that their food is probably contaminated as well. Only because of the waitress will this review receive two stars. Based on numerous trips in the last couple of months, this place is lacking. Drinks were wrong, remade and no liquor was poured, made again and still the wrong drink provided. Another 30 minutes gone and when drinks did arrive, they were watered down and just blah. Appetizers arrived with wrong order and two were cold. Cancelled the remained of dinner and just left. Waitress was amazing as compared to others noticed. All looked miserable except ours. read more
