We were sat at a table and never waited on. I was a server at one time so I gave them a generous amount of time to take atleast a drink order. We received none. So we left. This was probably my worst experience at a restaurant. My son ordered the brunch burger. When my son went to put ketchup on his plate he noticed a long black straight hair. Waitress never came back after she took order. I called over another waitress to show her the hair. She told my son she would make him another one. Manager named Dave never came to the table When I asked if the kitchen staff wears hair net I was told yes and that the hair was probably one of the waitresses. No sorry just a blank stare. I ordered the 2 for $25 and was charged for my appetizer until I brought it to the waitress attention. Waitress didn't seem bothered about the hair or trying to charge me for my appetizer. Just got an email today Monday 1/18/16 about $5.99 Burger Night with endeless fries so I went today with my family to try it and guess what? I ate all my fries and ask the waitress if she can bring me more she said that she can't because it needs to be ring out in their POS system and today that option wasn't available and they are going to add that next week so the Promo of endless fries was not available today. I went here with my daughter. All the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed ourselves. Food was good we loved the chicken wonton tacos.

I can't think of anything good to say. My lettuce was brown, the salad dressing watery and tasteless. and my entree about the worse thing I've been served in a restaurant. Both adult meals were gross!! Served burnt chicken and smothered it with gravy like we wouldn't notice. Stir fry had the broccoli thrown on the side raw and not tossed in sauce. Kids mac and cheese was burnt like it sat in pan for hours. Setup tables were dirty with crumbs and smeared sauce. Menus were sticky with sauces. Gave me a high chair that was filled with crumbs. To top it off...! The server dropped drinks said he would be back for our orders. We had to call him over because he didn't return and when he does he says " well u said you weren't ready so I was waiting" which was untrue! He was to busy talking with buddies. Stay away! This place has horrible service. We were sat quickly that was about the only timely thing that happened. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. 2 teas and 2 waters... Not a hard request. We got an app and waited 15 minutes to get silverware to go with it. Yum cold app. It then took 25 minutes to get refills and get our food order in. All in all our waiter was in no hurry to do his job. He had a whole 4 tables. It took 2 hours to get our food and leave. Our waiter Jerome ( "jeh-rome" as he said) was only in a hurry after he dropped off the check. We spoke to the manager who wound up comping the meal but still not worth the hassle. Oct 11, 2015 I was skeptical with all the bad reviews but I'm glad I didn't let me try it... I gave a five star because it was 12:30am ET in the morning and the food was Great. We ordered the fiesta lime chicken and chicken Penne pasta on the 2-$20. Meal, we got the 2 salads with it, the salad was Great. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't write reviews on yelp, but today's meal was just that bad. The entire restaurant has a sticky film on tables, chairs, menus, everything. The restroom smells like pee. Our food, which took forever to get out despite the fact the restaurant was nearly empty, was barely warmer than room temperature. Our waitress was nice enough, but not terribly prompt even though she had only one other table. The noodles I got had hardly any sauce, my husband's dish (the same as mine) must have gotten double the sauce. Perhaps something has also happened with the food quality at Applebee's overall...because I seriously could have bought a bag of heat-and-serve skillet chicken and it would have tasted better than what we had today. read more

I am a regular at Applebee's. They have great food ( I highly recommend the 2 for $25 deals) the steak Is mouth watering! Staff are friendly, I've only ever had one server that wasn't too happy but that changed the next time I visited. They have nice booths next to the windows, perfect for those romantic meals or stormy evening get togethers. They also serve alcoholic drinks. They have a nice selection of food and the manager and chef often comes to your table making sure the food reaches your satisfaction. read more

I originally thought this was going to be a bad review, however the manager at this location not only corrected the situation but his actions ensured my return visit. My husband and I were seated by the hostess straight away and given menus, and then we sat and sat without anyone coming to our table. Finally we got up to leave and were stopped by the manager who plead with us to give him the opportunity to correct the situation. Well I am soo glad we did because our server Ashley was outstanding, prompt and professional. The food was fantastic! We had their 2 for $20 meal deal with Mozzarella Stix as a starter and the grilled lemon cedar chicken for an entre'e! Absolutely loved it! I came in with some coworkers, we are all servers by the way so we have some insight. Our server only had one other table and they were just ordering drinks and talking. She was very rude, very slow. All of us had no drink for like fifteen minutes before we had to get another server to tell her to come over. No one enjoyed their food, I ordered some kind of chicken pasta. The plate was really hot, and the middle of the dish was cold...that means it was microwaved. Yay. It was just over all a bad experience. If I could give half a star I would, only because the long islands were $3. There is a reason why my family never choose to go here. $25 for a 6oz steak that was 2/3 fat. My wife and I were one of five tables that were seated and waited 10 minutes for our drinks. Horrible service, horrible food. I didn't see a reason to complain to the waitresse due to the fact that it's pretty common knowledge not to go to Applebee's if you actually want a decent meal. I only give them 2 stars because the cook did a good job. Our meals were good. However we sat at the bar and the bartender was more interested in socializing with his friends than taking care of customers. They were loud and dropping the "F" bomb. The bar was covered with dirty dishes and another gentleman seemed to be working that came behind the bar and said " I'm not bussing this crap" so obviously he was an employee and recognized how bad it was but didn't want to do it. He proceeded to just walk around behind the bar and the restaurant so I'm not sure what he was doing exactly. Would have liked to stay for another drink but moved to a different venue. Every time I go to this Applebee's, I receive bad service. The servers always get mine and my husbands order wrong, or one of our meals come out later than the other. Another time we ordered an appetizer and never received it. There was another time where we ordered drinks and the glasses had lipstick stains on it from the previous customers, and they were sticky!! Just disgusting!!! We ended up leaving to get drinks somewhere else. I used to go to Applebee's all the time when I lived in Florida and never had a problem but this place is seriously a disaster. Horrible service and less than mediocre food. My wife's food did not come with the rest of the tables. I had to flag down a random employee to ask about it as there was never a server around. The waitress came by and said it was on the way. Turns out she put in the wrong entree order, but that order never came either. Her meal came after the entire table was completed eating. One would expect it to be fresh and hot, but the plate was warmer than the food. When the bill came, we were charged for the wrong thing which was more expensive. My family and I went to this Applebee's to enjoy a nice meal and try their new wood fire grilled menu selections. The moment we got there, the host took us to a table and that's when the issue started. First, she practically ran to the table and left us behind. Then she placed the menus and silverware down and left. My aunt said excuse me ma'am, but she kept on walking and never looked back. So, I walked all the way to the front, back to the hostess, and ask if we could get a booth please. She didn't even acknowledge me or say say sure no problem. She walked back with an attitude and moved us to a booth. She lazily sprayed the cleaning solution and barely wiped the table. Then she darted away again. Just terrible. We watched as she did this with three other tables, who happened to be seated next to us. We all looked at each other in shock. My aunt spoke to the manager, but we don't belive the manager did anything because after the manager allegedly spoke to the hostess, she did it again to another elderly couple. Even though the host was terrible, our waitress was good and polite, which is why I gave two stars. The food was terrible, the host was terrible, the manager was terrible. All took away three stars. My kids wanted sundaes after their meals the kids menu had the option of hot fudge, Oreo or strawberry, they wanted 1 fudge and 1 Oreo. I looked at the check while we were waiting for them and I was charged for an Oreo shake and an adult sundae shooter both cost more then the kids sundae. Our table stayed full of empty plates even tho I stacked them for him to remove them easily. Once the manager came to the table I was explaining what all was wrong... Will took it upon himself to argue with me (loudlythat they didn't have Oreo sundaes ( why would you charge me for something more expensive instead of just coming to tell me they weren't available anymore?) he got quite rude then snatched everything off the table and sighed loudly... (the manager did nothing about this behavior I was appalled!!! Never have I seen a server be so disrespectful to paying customers!! The manager took our bar drinks we had been waiting for off the table and took $9.50 off the chef the drinks were $6 of that... our bill was still $85! I ordered an 8 oz. sirloin (medium rare) with fries and Mac & Cheese with a Bourbon + Berries to drink, and my dad ordered the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp with sweet tea. The food arrived in no less than 20 minutes, but without the fries. I immediately asked the server where the fries were and he said he would go get them "immediately" more on that later. My dad was asked if he'd like a refill on his sweet tea, remember this, and the server came back with a new glass of coke, something we NEVER asked for. We pushed this aside since it wasn't the biggest deal. The server came back again right before we were finished eating and asked if we needed anything, and I asked where the fries were since they still hadn't arrived (we were done with our meal by then) and he again said he'd go get them right away. Another 20 to 30 minutes passed, we paid our bill, and was still waiting on the server. After arriving home and speaking to management I was assured that I could come back and retrieve the item. When I did return the next manager was reluctant to accommodating me and said it would take several days to confirm with the other manager that my item was forgotten. The usuals got served before me even thought they had arrived after me. The meal I ordered was a Swiss burger that was terribly undercooked. And barely got any fries with my meal. My meal was bad. The issue is it took about a hour for the food to arrive. The food arrived cold and not able to consume for most. We ordered 2/$20 and the apps never showed up until the food was coming out. They informed us that the apps were still cooking so they let the food sit till they were ready. Two sirlon steaks were ordered and they came out almost medium rare and we ordered them medium well. They were cold so cutting them was impossible. We ordered grilled lemon chicken and the entire plate was cold. Nobody asked how our food was or if we had any issue. They kept bring us additional appetizers that we did not order. Nobody was communicating with each other. The only answer we got was "the kitchen is stacked up because we were not expecting this many people". Patrons were leaving the restaurant because of the wait it took for a server to come to your table. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not busy at all. It's just sad that the restaurant has gone down. I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody. It constantly has bad service and has yet to catch up with the others in the area. read more
