Wonton tacos lemme tell you, service was AMAZING and our waitress I believe her name was Nichole, VERY POLITE and just made us feel very welcome and appreciated but she should be the one shown appreciation because her service was spectacular, my wife agrees , drinks a little overpriced in my opinion but I wouldn't ask anyone to not order them because they were delicious and prepped well. We had a poor service experience last night with our server(s) , first off we ordered our 2 for $25 meals and as appetizer we got the boneless wings and ordered extra garlic/Parm on them they came nearly bone dry we had to ask for the extra sauce for them, at this point we still had no silverware after getting appetizer and salad we ordered ,so my wife went to hostess stand to get our silverware which when she opened hers it had lettuce still on the fork she got ,so she had to ask for a clean set , also anastaysia came to refill a drink and told me she'd be right back but it was nearly 20 minutes before she returned with my drink refill which at that point I just wanted our bill . I could see if the place was busy but dining room was over half empty . This poor dining experience was the first time I've ever in my 50 years living left such a poor tip which has weighed heavy on my mind and the reason I'm writing in . My family loves applebees but the service and portion sizes have gone down drastically and the salmon dinner was ridiculous I got 3 small pieces of broccoli and a tiny sliver of salmon . Sunday evening Birthday dinner for my husband. Appetizers and broccoli were great. Steaks in which we ordered 3 of were very chewy, we didn't eat much of them. My family and I were in there 10/12/25 around 2pm, we walked in, first thing we noticed there was no one up front to seat us, and the resturant was very dirty. Drinks spilled all on the floor multiple tables covered in dirty dishes that even after eating for 25 minutes still didn't get cleaned up. After we sat down it took 10 minutes for our server to even come get our drink order, even tho the resturant was very very slow and empty. No more than 30 people total. After we placed our food and drink order, our food took way longer than it should have given how slow it was, our food came out wrong to. The wings in the appetizer tray 1 we asked for buffalo and were given bbq, 2 they were cold. Very un happy with spending 60$ on food and service that was absolutely horrible. Not coming here again don't recommend anyone else does. Would do less than a one star rating if I could. Also all the servers and workers were just depressing to be around , not one smile from anyone working there. read more

Don't go here!!!! We got the nachos as an app and the first were burnt! Gross. Then we had gotten 2 chicken fajita wraps. Both were SUPER soggy and nasty. They were all slimy and disgusting!! Came here same time last year and had a five-star experience. This time, while the food was great, the staff was loud and unprofessional. Our waitress was clueless. Some in our party were served quickly because, "they did not have salads." Some of us had food in to-go boxes before others were even served. Took the family at a really slow time and were ignored by several passing servers, waited fifteen minutes before a server finally came over to say anything. We put in our whole order, drinks and all, and everything went decently after that. BUT we got our dessert to go. Someone needs to check on the sauce for the blondies. We took it home to eat. We have been to Applebee's multiple times. This was not a good experience. When I order food and eat almost none of it and push it away, the bartender might ask "was everything okay with the food?". Instead I was asked if I wanted a box. I said no, again thinking she would clue in that something was wrong. She threw my food away without a word of concern. I put my credit card on the bar and waited several minutes for her to ask if we wanted to cash out. The food was really bad and it was way overpriced for the quality. Was looking to give Applebee's a try since my husband and I have not been in a long time. Came in around 8pm on a Saturday night. Surprisingly it was not that busy with many empty tables. We walked in and waited a few minutes to be greeted by a hostess. We got seated and it was very loud as we were surrounded by tables with kids who were screaming and/or crying. Besides that, the waiter came and didn't tell us about any of the specials that were advertised on the table. The funny part is the sign on the table said "if we don't ask you to get one of these drinks, get a free appetizer on your next visit." I ended up asking about the drinks and did order a margarita because it was $5 instead of the usual $9.99. It was so light hardly tasted like any margaritas that I have had elsewhere and didn't take like it had too much of a kick to it. It took a while to get the spinach artichoke dip for our appetizer. It was decent and at least served warm. My husband's meal was ok - he said the chicken was a little dry and he upgraded the broccoli with cheese and it tasted like it was microwaved instead of freshly steamed. The Caesar salad was just ok as well - nothing special. The burger was plain lacking any flavor. Waiter said another table accidentally paid for the wrong bill so he gave us their check with some adjustments to get the cost of our bill as close as possible to what it was supposed to be. Husband kept saying ugh I hope we don't get food poisoning after this meal. Spent about $40 + tip for a mediocre meal. I think Chili's is much better than this place and that's saying a lot. I got the 4 cheese Mac with the chicken tenders coated with sweet honey pepper sauce. So good. Fiancé got the salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The broccoli came out well-cooked and hot. Mucho love it! If you're like me you love a place where you can get "Happy Hour" prices, ANY time of day with plenty of bar food to choose from. I like how you can get a SIDE of most appetizers and not be stuck trying to eat a full plate when you're dining alone. Very good service. I come here sometimes when I want a break. It's always really clean and the RIBS are pretty darn good. It's better and more laid back than Chili's. They don't try and fool you with any of their promotions. First of all, the table was super sticky and disgusting. There was a giant old sticker stain. I got the bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and it was alright. The chicken was cooked pretty good but the bun was too buttery. Also let me just say that the fries were super plain and almost looked sicky. They had no flavor and were wimpy looking. The boneless wings were good too but they were too dry. For dessert, i got the brownie meltdown which was good. The lava cake was nice and warm. Well if want the best of family friendly food in a cozy environment Applebee's has always been a perfect neighborhood restaurant. The employees at this Applebee's seemed to be having a good time, however they were all hustling and bustling. That made us feel right at home. The majority of the time when we go to other restaurants it seems like the only one being nice to you is your server. This Applebee's just about everyone smiled at you. The management definitely has done their job. I am absolutely thrilled about the return of the Oriental chicken wrap!! It disappeared from the menu a few years back. If you have never tried one definitely order this or pick one up to take home for later. Our server was Myranda treated us like absolute royalty. We never asked for another drink it was always there. We have kids with food allergies so we asked to speak to the on duty manager. We ordered carry out and spoke to Jason. We emphasize that there were tree nut and egg allergies and we could not have certain salad dressings and croutons. When we got our food there were so many mistakes that the manager Jason had specifically said he understood that we could not have, this lead to the kids not being able to eat very much at all, in addition to the fact that it was late and we had been traveling. To address the situation the next day, we called and spoke with another person who said he was a manager, Angelo. He should retake his training, he was rude and did not know what he was doing . I love coming to this location. The waitresses are friendly and I always get sat very fast. The chicken bacon sandwich is to die for and it is always so fresh. The $5 alcoholic drinks are always made very well. My only complaint would be the amount of times I'm checked up on by the waitress. A lot of the time I would get my food and practically not see the waitress again until I was done eating, could definitely be that they're understaffed. I would give zero if possible. The restaurant only had a few other parties and we waited 10-11 minutes for our drink order to be taken. After another 15-18 minutes we still didn't have our drinks. We caught the waitress's attention and asked if we could please get our drinks. She snapped at us that she was doing the best she can. If that wasn't bad enough she then went to a party and said to them "can you believe those guys?" It was bad enough that we had waited over 15 minutes for our drinks and then she snapped at us but to then go and complain to another customer is terrible and we left without ordering. I would be more understanding if the place was full or even half full but it wasn't busy at all. The service was unacceptable. Applebee's are all the same. The wait staff here is really nice. Our waitress was really nice, we had a coupon for a free appetizer and she let me us keep the coupon to use on the next visit as well. Thanks Applebee's. When I checked in lo and behold there was a free appetizer - cheese sticks. They were magnificent. But, when I showed the manager the app on YELP she had no idea what it was. But, she did honor the free appetizer! So, there were 3 of us and we were seated right away at a table that I picked - Yay! We were waiting on one of my girlfriends so the manager put the free appetizer in to the kitchen. Received them and started munching on them. Very very tasty. My other friend finally got there and so we decided to order our lunches! I got a chicken chopped salad and a cup of coffee. One of the other friends got a shrimp salad and the other friend ordered a crock of the French onion soup. There were no complaints whatsoever. As a matter of fact I couldn't finish all of my salad so my friend who had the soup decided she had room enough so she finished it. My other friend decided she wanted dessert. So, she wanted a hot fudge sundae with some of the chocolate moose in it. The waiter said he would have to double charge her. Why, I don't know. But the manager knew I was going to be YELPING, so out came the hot fudge sundae with some chocolate moose in it. My friend was very very happy. All in all we had a nice time at Applebee's.
