I used the Yelp app to get on the waitlist and when we arrived about five minutes later, we were seated immediately. We had water right away and our server put in our food quickly. The cheeseburger was huge, hot and delicious and the fries were crispy, which is my favorite. The cactus lemonade wasn't too sweet and you could taste the prickly pear and pineapple. Beautiful restaurant - the only downside was that we were seated right next to the open kitchen, which was a bit loud. We came her in Easter and it was great that it was open. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Angel our server was awesome, she took our orders and made a couple of recommendations that were spot on. We had the spicy Thai shrimp as appetizer. Then we had the devils pasta which was delicious, I had the Primavera and my son had the surf and steak pasta. Alll are delicious. Then we had a cheese cake pie. Beautiful atmosphere with low lighting and cozy vibes. We started off with the mini crab cakes appetizer, which was delicious. For our entrees we had the cheeseburger with fries and Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Probably one of the best Caesar salads I've had. The chicken was grilled perfectly and was very flavorful. Everytime I come to the Novi location the host are extremely rude. The must recent visit I was given multiple wait times, so I asked for clarity since I'd been waiting 40 minutes already and the rude hostess (a young lady with a face full of acne & shoulder length dark hair) rudely said "idk what to tell you, you'll get a text whenever it's ready" and proceeded to dismiss me. So I left and went to one of the many nearby establishments and received excellent service & food. Novi needs to do better when it comes to training their host staff (and the several additional staff members that sat by and offered no additional help) on proper guest etiquette. The place was maybe 20% occupied. So the question made no sense and was somewhat rudely implied we should have had one. Regardless, after getting seated the waiter was cordial but never checked up on us after our first order; prompting us to flag another person down to help us. We were told there was a mandatory meeting that held our server away. So, service wasn't bad, but wasn't good either. Overall beer was ok, food was mediocre, and at the end of it all, this is not a 4 rating place. More like a 2.5. read more

I am disappointed in Sedona Tap House. We had a reservation (Party of 4). We were promptly seated. Not one member of the staff was smiling. No one seemed interested in serving us. We arrived for Happy Hour. The Happy Hour menu for food was very small. One member of our group ordered beer on tap. One sip and you could tell the beer was flat. We had to ask to see our waitress. She said the beer was not flat. Trust me, I know flat, stale beer. They finally exchanged it for a bottle of beer. The appetizers and food arrived lukewarm. I dislike having other staff members deliver my food. Then, when I went to pay the bill, the waitress finally showed up and claimed my credit card was unable to tap to pay the bill. She would have to take the card to the back room. I said No, why don't you swipe the card. That worked. Please train your employees to offer the customer a better dining experience. read more

While waiting, I ordered a glass of wine (good selections / nice pour too), and enjoyed the beautiful interior. When my party arrived, Andrea introduced herself to us as our server. Andrea was unfailingly pleasant, professional and efficient. She recommended some options that my friends jumped at. I thoroughly enjoyed the spicy Tomato Basil bisque - thick and flavorful. The Southwest Chicken Salad entree was excellent! Fresh, with balanced flavors and textures. There was enough that I made a second meal of it at home. Highly recommended. Our party of six arrived Sunday at 4:30pm and were told we have a two hour dining limit and 20% gratuity would be added. Not a big deal...unless the service is slow and food meh. BTW, we got out of there at 6:15pm. Again, painfully slow kitchen, one dish was sent back and a swamped server (she did the best should could given the circumstances). Food came out sporadically for our group given we only ordered entrees. The flatbread was cold and the single chicken breast that was served with my over-priced chicken entree was dry and very thin. I sent it back. My mother stated to me that the chicken in her Devil pasta was also dry. My remade dish finally came out when everyone at the table had finished their meals. The new chicken was twice as thick and juicy. The asparagus, however, was so overcooked it couldn't be cut. It turned to a stringy mess. As I ate, everyone watched and waited. Someone at the table suggested dessert. They ordered a couple of desserts. When I got the check, I asked why there wasn't a discount for the bad dish and inconvenience of waiting for the replacement dish. The server said that since I ate the second dish, no discount plus they don't do that there, but I could talk to the manager. I saw here near the manager but she seemed nervous to say anything to him. I agree. He walked around helping serve dishes and clearing off tables. He didn't look happy. So, because of the poorly made dish, my group was delayed. Rather than sit and wait, they ordered desserts, which financially rewarded the restaurant for bad food $$$ plus the mandatory 20% tip no matter how your experience went. We won't be back. The service was unacceptable from the start--our waiter was dismissive and rude, and the manager was even worse. When we explained my daughter's food allergies, the manager was condescending and unwilling to accommodate us in any way. Instead of trying to help or ensure a safe dining experience, it felt like we were being dismissed and made unwelcome. It was very clear through both his attitude and behavior that he did not want us there. Overall food was great. I ordered the Roman parmesan crusted chicken w/mashed potatoes and broccoli. The broccoli didn't have seasoning which I'm use to when going to places. The whipped potatoes were delicious and creamy. The chicken I didn't care for too much it was too tough. My guest had the crab stuffed salmon they absolutely loved it no complaints from them. The service was decent I feel like it could've been better but I'm not upset about it. The ambiance is beautiful it reminds of industrial modern cabin with all the wood and animals pictures on the walls. The price was okay I would rate it between fine dining prices and regular dining. Solid 4 here. It's definitely above average for a chain and a nice environment, especially if you want to watch sports on the televisions. But otherwise it's a nice place to meet with friends and have some casual dining. Their version of chicken wings are very tasty, and the crabcakes were delectable that came as part of the appetizers. The surf and turf is definitely above average but does not compare to a specialized steak place that has its signature cuts. And for some reason, they lump crabcakes that come with the surf and turf meal were a bit too salty. The chicken dishes were savory and succulent ! And the organic salmon was excellent. OK I'm blown away. This is a chain. They're all over the US. This is our third one we've been to but this visit I really wasn't expecting much but I have to say Seton taphouse really came through the food was fantastic. The service was excellent the beer was out of this world And we even ended up taking home a growler of our favorite off the tasting board. We chose Sedona taphouse after going to the RV show at the suburban collection showplace it was late I checked in on Yelp to join the waitlist, and we were seated within 15 minutes of arriving. I see why it's very busy because they're good. Andrea was our server and very welcoming, very attentive, even though she was super busy. We started with the desert fire jalapeños. They were hot. They were savory, and they were excellent. We picked out four taster beer flight and we're so impressed with them all. I spent a good majority of our dinner playing around on Untappd to find where we could purchase some of the beers that we were tasting and ended up just taking Home a growler because they were so exclusive we couldn't even find them in the state. I opted for the beat and goat cheese salad with shrimp ad on. It was excellent great flavors went well with the beer flight and a large portion. We will definitely visit again.
