When she asked to cancel it because it was so late, the server initially refused and brought the dish out anyway. After checking with the manager, the waiter took back the meal, but still charged her full price for everything else. I quietly tried to explain to the manager, Chris B., that our guest was upset and that the situation should have been handled better. Instead of apologizing, he became loud and belligerent about how busy they were, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. It also felt like our large group received poor service because a 20% gratuity was already automatically added, and that charge was not very clear on the bill. Overall, the service and management response were very disappointing.

The wings visibly looked different but fine, however once I started moving them around, I noticed they were dry & chewy like they were over-fried, but normally when I get them they are moist with a slight char from being grilled even tough they are dry rubbed. The loaded baked potato I was a shock to me..a lot more cheese than potato and it was cold. I'm simply very unsatisfied. I took my food home with me & ended up just throwing it all away. They've still got the best blue cheese though, hope that doesn't change! I've got lots of points to use so I'm going to just try a different location & pray. My two times at Short Pump have been better than the last six-eight months at Midlo.

It's located in the back of Rosie's Casino - you do have to go through security and show your ID to be able to enter (must be 18 or older). There are several large screens so it's a great place to watch a game. Several beers, a couple wine options and mixed drinks available. They seemed to be understaffed when we went so while the servers were extremely nice, it did take 25 minutes for us to get our beers. The food (wings & Parmesan truffle fries) came out quickly and while I prefer breaded, crispy wings, the sauces were pretty good. I loved the truffle fries and bonus: all appetizers are 1/2 off during the March Madness games. If there's a big game we want to watch, we might return since they have so many screens and a decent beer selection.
