Apparently, they had no idea I was even there waiting for a curbside order. The smoothies finally came out at 7:17. That's 27 minutes for three smoothies, with two small kids in the car. While they did apologize for the wait, the apology felt hollow. Nobody was friendly throughout the entire process, and there was no real acknowledgment of how seriously inconvenient this was for someone sitting outside with two young children. To top it off, they forgot to include straws for one of the smoothies and didn't include any napkins. If you're considering curbside pickup at this location, don't.
