I have not been to this Applebee's in years. The restaurant needs some updating. The bathrooms look terrible. There was a hair in my plate and had to send it back. They appeared to be understaffed as well. The food was dry and didn't taste good. read more

I would give this Apple Bee's a -5 star if I could, because it was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. My party and I were greeted, and seated diagonally to the kitchen. Our waitress was very nice, the drinks and appetizers came out timely. Although, it was hard to enjoy our food when the table and chairs were very sticky. Our utensils was first not given to us but after we asked for it, it was dirty. My boyfriend got his food first and then it took about 10 min until our food came out. When I received my food, I noticed two strands of blonde hair that looks like it was cooked along with my food. That incident literally made my party of four lose our appetite. The worst part of it all was that the manager went out and assured us that the hair didn't come from his employee and that it must have fallen in while the waitress was bringing it out. When my mom asked him if the cooks wear hairnets, he said yeah when she can clearly see into the kitchen that no one was wearing hairnets. When he said he wouldn't charge for my meal, he took 8 dollars off of our check when the entree cost 13. The manager doesn't seem to care and is very insincere. Then the waitress told me that she was sorry she didn't catch the hair in my food, so...she could just pick it out and serve it to me anyway? Should have went to Olive Garden just a few minutes away. read more

Waited for 30 minutes to be seated. The table that we were finally seated at was a table that was empty since we walked in. Ordered water, Pepsi and lemonades took 20 minutes to get that and everybody still hasn't received there drink yet. Wonder how long it will take our food to come out. Will not come here again. I got there with company around 4pm and it was not crowded at all. We were seated immediately at a 5-chair table (even though there were only two of us) and the waiter came over to us, sat down at our table, and had a little chat with us while taking our order. Food came out quickly and was delicious and exactly what we ordered. The employees joked around while not busy and would come by and chat us up a little bit here and there while messing around with other employees. Neither of us checked the bathrooms, so I can't tell you if they were dirty or not, but the main building was pretty clean. Plus, there's a mall right next to it so you can walk off the food you just ate. All in all, I am glad we went here and I would go here again. read more

OMG.This maybe the worst restaurant experience of our life. We chose Applebee's because we were traveling. 7 pm dinner at Applebee's seemed like a safe bet in an unknown area. It was awful from the minute we walked in ... I wish we would have not been polite and left immediately....Dirty tables every where unbussed for 1+ hour while we waited. Dirty glasses covered the entire rear of the bar. Absolutely filthy bathrooms for men and women. We didn't notice until we had already been seated.Lazy seemed to be the theme. Our waitress dropped her cocktail tray after delivering our drinks, when she put it on another tray, it and the other tray remained on the floor the entire two hours we were there. We ordered a coffee before dinner our server brought a plastic spoon because she said they had no clean silver ware. Kind but horrible service. Food took 2 hours for soups and salads and kids meal. Disgusting salads did not get eaten. I feel lucky we didn't get sick from eating the soup.DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. If you manage or own this place how dare you! Went to this restaurant 8/22 with coworkers for lunch. Service was extremely slow! Our food didn't come out together. I ordered the chicken and cheese quesadilla. My quesadilla was dark and crispy. If it cooked for a min longer, it would have been burned. I asked for sour cream. By the time I received it, I was almost finished with my meal. We had to ask the people sitting next to us for napkins because again, by the time the waitress made it back, our meals were almost complete read more

This place is your typical applebees except it's DISGUSTING. So dirty, the bathrooms were worse than filthy gas station bathrooms. We saw ants, trash it was horrendous. Our waitress Martisha was the only reason getting two stars she was very sweet and made it somewhat bearable. Food was a little below average for Applebee's. Only reason we stopped was because we were road tripping. Glad we never have to go back. read more

I usually like Applebees, but this one was pretty awful. The bathrooms were filthy (the men's restroom smelled terrible, looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned, had one working toilet and one standing full of urine, and had a big pool in the middle of the floor). Several of us got dishes or silverware that had bits of food stuck to them, and the food itself wasn't great. We all asked for "pink" burgers but none of them showed any pink. They also brought me the wrong item--I ordered a Black and Bleu Burger and that's what the waitress said it was, but it obviously wasn't, and when the receipt arrived it was listed as a Quesadilla Burger. read more

This is the worst Applebee's I've ever visited. Service was slow and poor and the food was cold. I will never come here again ... ever!

Usually people's waiting for a table even though there're a lot available. The problem is that available tables are full with dirty plates. Service very slow, food use to be cold and not all items in the menu are always on deck. The host is most of the times cleaning tables rather than looking after the dinning room. read more

Thought we would give this location one more try, and that was a mistake. Appetizers had dried out vegetables as garnish and the triple choices all came out at varying times. The dip for the pretzels was clearly just Alfredo sauce that they insisted was the beer cheese. The entrees then all came at varying times so it was impossible for our group to eat together. Even though the lime chicken was sent back largely untouched and I told her it was just not good, we never had a manager come by to question why. The staff seems less than concerned. The floors are littered with trash at only 6 pm. Save your money folks. Drive on by. read more
