I am giving two stars because we waited over 30 minutes to be seated. I walked up to a waitress who was extremely rude and condescending to me when I politely asked for the manager...after she refused to help I found a server who was nice enough to get the manager for me. She then came and I had explained we had been there for a while waiting and watching others come in after us and get taken to a table...mind you we only had four people so it wasn't like they had no tables,they had plenty open and cleaned. After we were seated things got much better...we had a great server and the food was great! The initial wait time and poor customer service from the waitress I spoke with in the beginning makes this a two star rating...When you work in a restaurant your job is to provide excellent customer service a simple okay would have worked from her. read more

We had a gift card so decided to order with the car side to go option. We ordered one steak southwest salad and the Chinese chicken salad with the mozzarella sticks as the appetizer. It's a pretty good deal with the 2 for $20 options. The mozzarella sticks were OK, with a side of marinara. Our salads were also good portions, fresh, and as described. So we came to eat leaving a different place that had a 40 minute wait. When we got here it was said to be a 25 minute wait , therefore we waited. It ended up being longer of course. Then we finally got our message stating our table was ready. Coming in we were really patient with our waiter who stated its only her 3rd day but all of us had enough time to know what the 6 of us wanted before she ended up coming back around. We also ended up getting our appetizers before our drinks. Which were messed up... as were our orders... after waiting 40 minutes to get them. We asked for Mayo which took 10 minutes to get, asked for napkins which we were given 3 and had to wait another 10 minutes to receive more. SLOOOOOOW! Unfortunately we had a new waiter who messed up our orders. She was very sweet, but we didn't have a good time. It took us about 5 minutes to figure out what we wanted and it took about an hour and a half to get it. We didn't get our drinks until after we ate our appetizers. That's never fun when you're eating hot wings. She told us that we came on a day where they were giving away a new free appetizer and dessert, but she never gave us them. We saw the manager standing around looking busy, but probably not doing anything. He just moved from corner to corner, walked quickly, and appeared busy. Love having date night here! Always fast friendly service and love that fact that I can eat here without fear of having an allergic reaction since I'm allergic to shrimp! Love the new decor and it's great to see it more open with more tvs to enjoy some entertainment. Our food is always served hot and fresh. I usually get the fiesta lime chicken and it's always juicy and tender. The boneless wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and had the just the right kick. After not having gone here for years, due to a bad experience, we thought to give it one more try. We were very pleasantly surprised! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendliness(opened doors for us as well).They accommodated my mom who was in a walker very very well. Our server, Shawn, was awesome! He was super friendly, knowledgeable and hilarious! The food...was sooo good! I had the shrimp won ton stir fry...others had steak, chicken and a burger. All of it was fabulous. We used to enjoy eating here before COVID. We have no problems wearing masks and sitting outside. The first thing that we are told is that we need to download Applebee's application to our smart phone to see the menu. We chose not to do this. They made a big deal that next time it would be required to order. It was also, a huge problem to locate and give give us menus. That was not the truth, there was a huge stack of menus next to the silver sets we were given. The flies were horrible. We will not be going back to this Applebees's. Came in a month ago with my boyfriend and his friend. Once we were seated no one came to our table for 20 minutes. Finally a server approached us just to say "we are trying to figure out which server is gonna take care of you. Can I get you something to drink?" So we get our drinks and sat there for ANOTHER 15 minutes. Multiple servers walked by us. Finally I had my boyfriend stop what looked like to be a manager and asked who was our server. He opened his book and placed our order then a different server dropped us off our food. It turned out the guy who got our drinks was our server but He didn't even know until AFTER we finished our food. They didn't apologize or anything. I love coming here BUT our last experience here we had the waitress Shady and she waited till the rest of our party had all their food to tell one of our friends that they didn't have what they ordered. Ridiculous and rude she did not apologize and waited till the absolute last minute to inform us that they didn't have that particular food available. This evening I ordered from Doordash. I had no problems with delivery. I ordered an Oriental Chicken Salad that didn't have very much cabbage and it had so much crunchy noodles, I thought I was eating a peanut salad. An overload of sliced breaded chicken, (wish I had the option of blackened chicken). I lost my appetite and threw it away. Bread sticks were hard. My son's Chicken Bourbon and Shrimp was good but, he had hoped the option was to order French Fries instead of Mashed Potatoes. Total of my bill was $45.00, including delivery fee and tip. I went here with my family and had a great experience! The staff was very kind and helpful. Our server Shawn was awesome, he definitely sets the standard for servers! The food was delicious, I had the sirloin steak medium rare .... it deserved an A+ (better than some expensive steaks I've had at pricy steakhouse's). I like to use carside to go, it's super convenient, and when I pull up to the curb, they never leave me waiting long. They have really good chicken strips! Came here on the was to NAS Lemoore after visiting Sequoia national park. Ordered on the phone so it would be ready when we got there. Told it was almost done when we pull up. Now bear in mind its busy but so are most places on a Friday the lady come out starts towards our car then hesitates and say yours will be out in a minute. She proceeds to give (as it turns out) our order to the lady next to us!! Wanna guess whose order we got? OK now we go back in and say not my order, she looks at me and says I'M sorry everyone came in at once. Er yeah that's a good excuse your forgiven now give me my darned food!! She then proceeds to clock out and go home EXCUSE ME? Two other people then figure out what happened and the other lady and us switch orders and go on our way. On the way home I'm thinking hmm how much was the order? How much change did I get. Guess what I got charged for the other ladies order and her for mine. I feel sorry for her mine was more!! The wait staff is missing the boat in the Bar. The service is poor at best and so very, very slow. The food is good, but it takes for ever to get served a drink or even an iced tea. Can't seem to remember all of the drinks ordered, try writing them down. The staff seems to wander aimlessly and disappear for the longest time. At shift change, they delight in talking to each other for extended periods of time rather than pay attention to the paying customers.
