SLOOOOOOW! Unfortunately we had a new waiter who messed up our orders. She was very sweet, but we didn't have a good time. It took us about 5 minutes to figure out what we wanted and it took about an hour and a half to get it. We didn't get our drinks until after we ate our appetizers. That's never fun when you're eating hot wings. She told us that we came on a day where they were giving away a new free appetizer and dessert, but she never gave us them. We saw the manager standing around looking busy, but probably not doing anything. He just moved from corner to corner, walked quickly, and appeared busy. Love having date night here! Always fast friendly service and love that fact that I can eat here without fear of having an allergic reaction since I'm allergic to shrimp! Love the new decor and it's great to see it more open with more tvs to enjoy some entertainment. Our food is always served hot and fresh. I usually get the fiesta lime chicken and it's always juicy and tender. The boneless wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and had the just the right kick. After not having gone here for years, due to a bad experience, we thought to give it one more try. We were very pleasantly surprised! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendliness(opened doors for us as well).They accommodated my mom who was in a walker very very well. Our server, Shawn, was awesome! We used to enjoy eating here before COVID. We have no problems wearing masks and sitting outside. The first thing that we are told is that we need to download Applebee's application to our smart phone to see the menu. We chose not to do this. They made a big deal that next time it would be required to order. It was also, a huge problem to locate and give give us menus. That was not the truth, there was a huge stack of menus next to the silver sets we were given. The flies were horrible. We will not be going back to this Applebees's. Came in a month ago with my boyfriend and his friend. Once we were seated no one came to our table for 20 minutes. Finally a server approached us just to say "we are trying to figure out which server is gonna take care of you. Can I get you something to drink?" So we get our drinks and sat there for ANOTHER 15 minutes. Multiple servers walked by us. Finally I had my boyfriend stop what looked like to be a manager and asked who was our server. He opened his book and placed our order then a different server dropped us off our food. It turned out the guy who got our drinks was our server but He didn't even know until AFTER we finished our food. They didn't apologize or anything. I love coming here BUT our last experience here we had the waitress Shady and she waited till the rest of our party had all their food to tell one of our friends that they didn't have what they ordered. Ridiculous and rude she did not apologize and waited till the absolute last minute to inform us that they didn't have that particular food available. I ordered an Oriental Chicken Salad that didn't have very much cabbage and it had so much crunchy noodles, I thought I was eating a peanut salad. An overload of sliced breaded chicken, (wish I had the option of blackened chicken). I lost my appetite and threw it away. Bread sticks were hard. My son's Chicken Bourbon and Shrimp was good but, he had hoped the option was to order French Fries instead of Mashed Potatoes. Total of my bill was $45.00, including delivery fee and tip. I went here with my family and had a great experience! The staff was very kind and helpful. Our server Shawn was awesome, he definitely sets the standard for servers! The food was delicious, I had the sirloin steak medium rare .... it deserved an A+ (better than some expensive steaks I've had at pricy steakhouse's). I like to use carside to go, it's super convenient, and when I pull up to the curb, they never leave me waiting long. They have really good chicken strips! Came here on the was to NAS Lemoore after visiting Sequoia national park. Ordered on the phone so it would be ready when we got there. Told it was almost done when we pull up. Now bear in mind its busy but so are most places on a Friday the lady come out starts towards our car then hesitates and say yours will be out in a minute. She proceeds to give (as it turns out) our order to the lady next to us!! Wanna guess whose order we got? Food is always a hit or miss here, it's either too cold or not good. Hostesses are not welcoming at all, they have no smiles on their faces and act very stuck up. Same goes with some of the Waiters/Waitresses. Only about 3 servers are nice and pleasant. Also one of the older male managers was very rude when I told him that they gave me the wrong meal. At shift change, they delight in talking to each other for extended periods of time rather than pay attention to the paying customers.
