The roasted chicken was incredibly moist and complemented well by the sautéed spinach and shiitake mushrooms. The sunset view made the evening even better. We were so full we had to skip the celebration dessert, which says a lot because we definitely would have ordered one otherwise! I ordered the 10 oz. steak and the brussels sprout side, which were both excellent. I also enjoyed a glass of Sandhi Chardonnay and Banshee Pinot Noir. I appreciated the restaurant's by-the-glass options that are different from what I find listed at other similar establishments. The restaurant was packed and very lively. The owner, James, came out to say hello and share his story about the business, which I learned opened within the last 9 months. They roast their own coffee beans for a variety of after dinner selections. Truly, an impressive effort by a local restaurant to offer a unique and elevated dining experience. I was here on business travel and intend to visit again. Highly recommended.
