10/10 would recommend Chris. He was professional, courteous and communicative. He fixed the door switch that we thought was the reason our dryer stopped working. In the process he found the thermal fuse had blown and fixed that as well as replaced the air duct in the back. He went above and beyond what we called him to do. First time trying them and they were fantastic. Called and came on time. The owners son was the technician and was great. Simple fix so he went the extra mile and cleared out the dryer vent etc and made the fix for just the cost of the diagnostic. Will definitely use them again!!!!! read more

we called this company to fix one of our tenants oven just for her to call us back a month later stating she was having the same problem. We never had issues before an we used them for all of our properties but i tried contacting them just for them to tell me the warranty had expired already and we had to pay all over again if we wanted them to fix the oven. I texted them and the replied i got was if you cant respect our warranty we wont respect your honesty. what the hell does that even mean? needless to say i wont be using them ever again ans of course i don't recommend them. read more

I contacted the company based on the great Yelp reviews and mentioned that to the owner. Let's just say that I paid the service fee and not the $345 repair due to damage on the rubber seal in the front of the washer. I say this with 100% confidence--this was not there prior to the service call. I was shocked to see that a piece of the rubber was missing. I politely did not accuse Chris and thanked him for his time (but no thanks for the repair). My advice--observe the work being performed. read more

Be careful when using this company. If there are several things wrong with your appliance they will fix one item at a time so you need to continuously call them back. (I wrote this review for my husband since he doesn't have an acct). The main circuit board in my GE fridge died. So I called to see if it could be serviced. I was skeptical of finding anyone to come out on a Sunday much less Superbowl Sunday. But Keith was available! Keith was very friendly. He let me know what the issue was right away. Our clothes dryer broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called over Las Vegas and no one could come out and fix it unless I set up an appointment approximately a week out. We had Chris come out and help us out with our dryer. We had a lint fir underneath our drum on the dryer that burnt the wiring. It was a simple matter of replacing two wires. It was an honest price for the amount of labor involved. You can't put a price on honesty anyways. These guys are definitely the ones you want to call if you have a problem with your small appliance, or in my case dryer. read more

All Home Appliance Service is awesome. My washer broke and someone was able to come out that day to fix it. Tony was fabulous to work with. He educated me on how use my washer & dryer efficiently. I had these folks come out to fix a dryer- very simple problem but the repair was expensiveI .I dealt with Keith's son who was not too pleasant -I was not happy . i then called the owner Keith . i will say after some effort he did try to remedy a bad situation to the best that he could.I see most others on here gave Keith 5 stars so i guess all i can say is if you are going to use these guys, make sure you deal with Keith the owner.Also if you use a credit card they will ask for your drivers license and write down all yourDL info-- i found this a bit disconcerting- read more

First off, they were very fast on the call back and arriving at my house. The owner who I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant and sent his son out who was also very nice. They were upfront about their service fee on the phone but what I was not told was that they do not do major repair on refrigerators. My fridge was tested and the tech told me I had a bad compressor and since they are a small company the can not do the repair, however since they didn't do a repair I still had to pay the $55 service fee. My intention was to have them fix my fridge but I had to call another company to come out, do the same tests. It turns out it WAS NOT my compressor and actually my circuit board which is much cheaper and a simple plug and play fix. If I would have known they can't fix major issues I would have called someone else. In the future please tell people you can only do limited fixes and train your techs better. I almost bought a $1000 + compressor due to a bad diagnosis and you lost out on the revenue of a simple repair. Revision : I saw the owners reply, the above is what actually happened. As I stated the service on the phone and the prompt visit was good but the tech misdiagnosed my problem and I wasted time and the $55 service fee. Speak to the tech that came out, get the story and maybe it is a training opportunity. I do not write bad reviews often since I know these are small businesses and it effects people livelihood but based on the brash reply to my review looks like this one is well deserved. I called and spoke to Keith a week ago and got an estimate on my washer. When I was ready for the repair he gave me an appointment with his son Chris. He was very helpful and attentive. He was quick and honest about what was wrong and needed to be repaired. I have read other reviews on the company and can not relate to any negative reviews. They were professional and I recommend that you give them a call and judge for yourself. The repair came with a 3 month warranty. Something no one else offered. We were extremely happy and relieved to have our washer up and running again. And for future repairs we will definitely be calling this company. read more

I contacted this company for help with my dishwasher. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism. I am a property manager and finding reputable service is extremely hard. I was quoted $400 for this issues with another company, however All Home Appliance repaired the issue for a service call fee of $55. We called this company to fix our tenants oven and refrigerator. Keith agreed to an appointment on 2/25/2017 between 1 pm and 3 pm. When nobody showed by 3 pm my husband called Keith. Keith let him know that he was still working on the the other end of town and would not be done before 6 pm or even later. He offered to reschedule. We declined as we want to offer good service to our tenants. We updated our tenants who had made special arrangements to accommodate Keith. They were not to happy but appreciated our call, something Keith should/could have done as well. read more
