Reputable Repair provided me with what appeared to be a fair quote, and I messaged back and forth with the repair technician, and we agreed on a date and time for an appointment the next day. About 2 hours before our scheduled time, I was informed by them that the technician would not be able to make it to our appointment. Less than 1 minute later, I replied back asking when we could reschedule. I sent a follow up message a few hours later, and as of now, more than 24 hours later, I have been ghosted by this company. I have only 2 days per week to get things around my home completed because of my work schedule, and now will not be able to get this item repaired until next week. I understand that things suddenly can come up, but in my opinion, when you go out of your way to earn someone's business by responding to a quote request, schedule an appointment, and then bail on that appointment and MOST IMPORTANTLY fail to follow up in a reasonably timely manner, indicating whether you intend to take on the job, this is missing the mark with your service. It only takes a few seconds or a minute to reply to a customer. I still have a problem that needs to be solved, and now have lost a week of time because of poor communication from this company. Follow Up: The technician did follow up with me several minutes after leaving this review, and offer to come out tonight. Michael seems like a nice gentleman, and indicated that he had an emergency. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. We will be taking our business elsewhere, however, and wish this company the best. I have adjusted my review from 1-star to 2-stars. When I checked my Nest app later the temp in the house was going up not down. I called and spoke to John in their office. He was able to get Ron back out and he found my blower motor was completely out and needed to be replaced. He also stated he would be out Wednesday to put it in. I never heard back from him after he left. I called the office and spoke to John who said the job was completed and I told him it was not. He said he would call technician and call me back. He never did. I called again at 11:30 and again I was told he would check with technician and call back in 1/2 hour. At 12:30 I called and no answer. At 1:00 I called and let a message. At 1:30 I called and left a nastier massage. Finally called back at 2:00 and said it was not broken, just needed cleaning. I told him that was not what the technician said and he said sorry it just needed to be cleaned. I called him a liar and a few more choice names before hanging up. After calling and reading the riot act to my Home Warranty I called out an HVAC company of my choosing and they diagnosed the blown motor and got me up and running the next day. What an unscrupulous company these people are especially the Dispatcher John. I would not let them replace the laces on my tennis shoes. Absolutely a disgraceful company.

Phillip the manager who accused us of trying to manipulate the system to get new air conditioning…read moreunits. We are not looking for new A/C units. The service request was for you to come out and see why both units are running louder than usual. Juan found nothing wrong that would contribute to the louder vent noise but did discover that something called a capacitor in the attack was low, so he replaced them. The A/C still cools, but the blower now no longer shuts off and has been running since Juan left. This Phillip person, told us he's been doing this for 45 years and he knows that's our units have always done this and we're trying to get you to perform a service that was not reported and we would need to open two more service requests to fix what wasn't wrong before. Phillip would not listen to me and would continually talk over me. This was never an issue before. This is something your company caused. We do not want new A/C units, and again, our units are both still running. I will call the warranty company, but will also report your company and whatever else I need to do to get this resolved. Phillip said because we've only lived here for 2 years, we just never noticed that it never shut off, which is just plain ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated...
