Unfortunately the Innovative Air guys were so incompetent they didn't even know what to look for, they wasted their time replacing expensive transformers that were getting blown on the main unit due to a small low voltage short on the thermostat control. Even the technician at Innovative Air derided his manager Eric for incompetence and not understanding the basics of HVAC units. On top of all this Eric managed to get a speeding ticket in our community at Anthem Country Club, for which we got billed. Full verification of these facts and the diagnosis/resolution by a competent HVAC company is readily available. My advice is be careful, the manager Eric clearly is incompetent. There are many better options out there; for those of us with multiple homes, we need to use such services often and our business will continue to go elsewhere. Communities like this are only useful if accurate information is shared among members. Don't fall for the excuses from the company - it was their incompetence that required us to call additional companies, who were able to fix the problem easily.

I explain that I don't really care if it will be x or someone else performing the maintenance and if I can get a quote and get this going. Lady replies "I will work on it" and hangs up the phone. I was a little confused - she never asked me the email or phone number. The quote never came. Since, we had an AC emergency too. I decided to give them a second try (they are SUPER CLOSE) - the lady tells me in a super bored tone (as if she was doing me a favor she picked up my call and was assisting me) it will cost me an x amount of money for someone to come out and tell me what's wrong and then they would quote a repair. Then I asked if I chose to do the repair with them if they would waive the fee and she's like no. I mean... I understand and am familiar with running small businesses. I understand you don't wanna send people out for free and be at a loss. Freaking use your brain and include that fee into the quote and pretend you're doing me a favor. Don't be just plain rude. I didn't know that this company even existed until my son called me after he was told the HVAC unit needed to be replaced. The unit that Cool Air Now LV replaced was the original heating and air unit from when the house was built in 1981. Just so everyone knows we had an inspection on this home prior to purchase and the inspector did tell us that it could possibly be very soon and the unit would need to be replaced. On Tues, Jun 26, 2018 in the late morning hours the air conditioning unit went out in the house. This company was contacted and within a couple hours there was a tech there to access the situation. Let me say the temps were triple digit and there was company at the house along with a family pet. The decision was made that the unit needed to be replaced. At about 3pm we were told it could be done the same day. Amazing! The crane operator showed up about 20 minutes before the install crew that arrived about 8pm. They finished the installation about 1130pm. Sadly, the unit did NOT work properly after the install crew left. Frantic on Wed morning, Jun 27 @ 500am we started blowing up the phone lines. About 10am another service tech showed up and it took him about an hour to access the situation and find out why it wasn't cooling. This is a brand new unit, why wouldn't it be working? I also felt like I had to give them an opportunity to correct the issue if in fact it was their issue, they came through with flying colors. He found that it was something that was over looked during the install. He corrected the problem and the system is working perfectly. I read some reviews and decided that I was going to go with the good, the bad & the ugly. Was I disappointed that the unit didn't work the night it was installed of course but they got on it and got it squared away. The customer service itself was fantastic, I believe the install team had a long hot day and a mistake was made, doesn't make it a bad experience over all. I only dealt with Renae in the office and I couldn't believe how pleasant she was when her phone started ringing at 5am. Not sure that I could or would be so gracious. As the owner of the house, and not in the area, all of the communication that I have had with this company has been over the telephone. My son dealt with the techs on the job and he had no issues there either. So, with that being said I will absolutely give them 5 stars and would recommend them and use them in the future. Our intensions are to continue using them for the annual inspections and any required services. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

I thought it must be a leaking water pipe or something and the smell could be mold!! I was terrified and I thought they would have to RIP up my carpet and cut holes and and .. I was going nuts but they came out and inspected everything and it turned out it is my cat peeing on the carpet. I need to clean the cat box better. After Sunrise quoted me $1500 for a new fan I hired someone else come in and give a second opinion.The second opinion, verified I did not need to replace my fan at all. Instant Air had only just replaced it two years ago. Instant Air charged me $500 for the fan. The new company sunrise service now wanted to charge me $1500 to replace the fan which was relatively new. When I called another service company in, they verify the fan was new and did not need to be replaced. If you're going to Instant air and find that they've been bought out by sunrise service ; be careful. Don't just go to sunrise service casually just because they were bought Instant Air. It is not in any way an endorsement of sunrise service at all. Sunrise service just bought all of Instant Air's contacts. Get a second opinion, and get a second quote before you sign on for any big deals with this new company. Just be very careful.
