After reaching out to them, they got back to me right away to schedule an appointment. The repair person, Henrik, (who was friendly and courteous) showed up promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem VERY quickly, and the fee was surprisingly reasonable. Turned out to be a simple copper pipe leak, not with the appliance, so he explained how I could easily fix it myself with about $15 of hardware store materials. OK, thanks, paid for the service call but no extras, Henrik took off--but texted a few minutes later with another idea he had for a simple repair, in case the first idea didn't work (but it did). When appliances attack and try to ruin your day and take your money by going out of order on you, who are you going to call? A lot of times we just go to the manufacture's website to find "certified" local technicians or call around asking if a technician repairs our brand of appliance, pleading with them to fix our problem so I don't have to buy a new appliance. In my experience, the only thing those technicians are certified at is hurting my wallet and making me feel like I been taken to the proverbial cleaners as they give a nebulous diagnosis or obfuscate the actual cause of the issue by telling you they'll have to take everything apart because the issue could be due to a myriad of things. But beyond that, a live person answered the phone, was courteous and professional, got back to me within minutes after securing a time frame, sent a guy over about an hour or two later, who texted me first and then showed up when he said he would. One of the best appliance repair experiences I've had. Contacted them on Thursday, Henrik was out here on Friday, fully repaired in under 2 hours. Dryer was squeaking as it ran. We've had other issues with our dryer and always get flack that it's stacked and they won't bother with it unless we unstack it.
