Our refrigerator was running all the time and only the freezer section was cold. Appliance Champ agreed to arrive later the same day as I called. Ori, the technician, was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned with a new, original part, a heating coil in the defrost unit....The next day, Ori called to insure the refrigerator worked properly and he explained it often required 24 hours for the unit to stabilize and work correctly. Ori showed up on time and was polite and professional. He spent a lot of time diagnosing what the problem was with my dishwasher. He was honest and told me the part that I needed to repair the dishwasher was pretty expensive so it probably wasn't worth it to fix the machine. My refrigerator had been leaking leaking despite having been been "repaired". Frustrated and eager to have this issue addressed, all it took was one quick phone call. Yael quickly took my concerns seriously and made an appointment for Ariel to come out and fix this problem the next day. Ariel was punctual, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away and was able to repair my refrigerator in the same visit. I had a very good experience with them. The fridge broke, I called and they were there the next day promptly. No saving the fridge but did not charge me for the extra work that was done. Very impressed with the promptness of the reply and Ori's efforts to fix our problem. We put out a service request shortly after eight in the morning (before he opens for business) and had a reply within 15 minutes offering a service call in the early afternoon. He called late morning and he advised he could come 40 minutes earlier. I advised I had learned the HOA required proof of insurance and business license. Despite not having them in his possession he made the effort to obtain them before arriving. Our problem was flashing lights on a dishwasher. Dishwasher not working at all. Ori troubleshot two control panels and after almost two hours did in fact bring the washer back to life. He pointed out that the fix would not likely last long because there was an intermittent short in the main circuit board. He advised that should we decide to replace the control panel the cost would be about $370. His $69.95 service charge today would be credited to the repair. Prompt reply and fast service call rate top marks. I appreciate the lack of pressure to do a repair as a new unit is more likely cost effective. read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THEM: This company came to my house to repair a hose on my washer machine. The repair man named Issac came in, switched the hose and reattached my dryer. The following day, we went to use the washer machine for the first time as we just moved into the house a week prior. We left the house for 10 minutes and an alert came through from SimpliSafe letting us know that our water sensor in our laundry room was going off. There was water coming from under the washer machine and had filled the floor in our laundry room. We then heard a leak coming from downstairs and discovered that the water had leaked from the second floor to the first floor and was covering our couch and the floor downstairs. I called the company and spoke to Ori who is supposedly the manager and also apparently the owner. He sent the same man back to repair the washer machine. Upon arrival he removed the top lid and the back and when he removed the back it was dripping wet. He then tinkered around in the top and then ran the washer through twice. There was no longer any water coming from anywhere in our house. Issaic and Ori told us that the leak must be coming from in our walls and from a guest bathroom. I advised that it does not make sense that the walls would be leaking as there was no proof of water coming from the walls. I also advised that the water sensor is only in our laundry room and was wet. After going back and forth with them they told me to "get a lawyer" if I want this resolved and that this was not there fault. If they had ran my washer after repairing it we would have known if the issue was caused by us or by them. I also find it interesting that it is now magically not leaking anywhere in my house after they came back to tinker around. BEWARE! read more

I send them pictures of old and new clearly showing difference. customer service try's to tell me it is the correct part but I sent them a picture of opposite sides...NOPE!! We are very upset at these people for the job they did. We called them for a problem as simple as our refrigerator cooling too much at the point of freezing some of the products on the top shelf, they told us they knew exactly what the problem was and all they did was replaced several parts and never fixed it at the point we ended up expending over 70% the value of our refrigerator and now doesn't cool at all. We have tried to contact them and either don't answer our calls or promise to come and they don't. Honestly I'm my opinion they are people that only know the basics and nothing more.
