He again would not order parts or start repairing the item until money was sent. Repair man went out and advised all had been repaired. A few days later had the same issue that refrigerator was leaking. I called and spoke to Victor who advise that it was probably the computer or memory board do not remember. He then advised it was not fixable but not before collecting $625.00 and leaving me with a broken refrigerator. Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know.
