Well, this is a continuation of your msg reply from my previous review. As I wrote previously, mr. manager was not very happy about my review. Mr. manager, why you did not addressed the issues I pointed in my review? Why you had to write a non sense story about accents, background, and nationality? If you did not notice, we are in south Florida. Every person who lives here is from somewhere else. When someone walks into your home and have an accent, is normal to ask where that person is from. I believe I didn't offend your worker by asking that, or he could just left if that was the case. I guess some people are more sensible than others. Anyway, you missed in your reply the issues of misleading people over the phone with different prices and not being transparent about it. You missed, not returning my msgs regarding my receipt. That is a big issue as I paid with cash. I gave plenty of chances by calling and texting. Try at least to fix your "contact us" on your website. There is no need to made up stories. What I told was the truth about your service. You know is the truth and that is why you are being sassy, sour, and vindictive. Once again, there is no need to made up stories here. I knew the price of the visit ( $85 or $95 ). I don't know where you get that I wanted to pay the amount you mentioned before. Yes, a replacement part from Amazon was $20, but you forgot in your reply the issue with charging 600% for it and not using a diagnostic tool to verify which of the 2 parts was damaged. As for the original parts you mentioned before, I don't know how it can be if is not the same size, orientation or serial number. Ummm. But that's ok, is a replacement with a generic part. Not manufacturers part or OEM. But that's ok. As you mentioned, is working great. As a small business owner myself I found as a blessing every review or comment. If they were not favorable, that gives me the opportunity to amend and improve. The sky s the limit. Now I just give 1 star as you being sarcastic about it. I usually go by referrals, but when my washer stopped working I researched online the best company in my area and found 1A Appliance Service. 1A had good reviews so I called and they were able to get me an appointment the same day within 2 hours of my call! I had an excellent repairman who explained everything to me and was quick. Although I was not able to resolve my issue the same day that my machine was worked on, the manager, Mr. Derrick, sent back out the same repairman the next day, and he resolved the issue within an hour. They are EXCELLENT when it comes to customer service in your home and returning phone calls. Thank you to my repairman and Mr. Derrick in the office. I'm very pleased with the job AND my clean clothes!!! read more

Just came back from Ukraine to find out my dishwasher got clogged and stopped working! OMG what a headache it was to find decent repair service in Aventura!!! Nobody speaks English here such a pain! After calling several companies and trying hard to request some guy to have a look asap we finally managed to get one from 1a appliance repair same day! The guy came in uniform took the dishwasher apart and gave us a quote for 500 service parts plus labor! Not so bad considering the price of our 2 year old expensive dishwasher !!! I have had a problem with my refrigerator for about 2 months! It was not coping properly and occasionally leaking from the bottom! I have called 3 different service companies and they could not fix this issue but charged me for the visit! Eventually I found these guys from 1A Appliance service and called them! I have explained to them my situation so they have sent experienced technician Nick! He looked professional even though he had to come 2 times first for the estimate and second to bring the part and install it. He worked for 3 hours and finally my lovely fridge is working again! Our family moved all the way from snowy Canada to Miami Beach last winter. We bought GE stove that after 1 year stopped functioning properly. We called a few companies before to fix it but it would always break. So when one of its employees came to replace some part on the broken stove it's been working like new ever since!
