They answered…read morepromptly and asked what wasn't working, what the make was(LG), and the approximate age of the fridge (3 years) and said they would get it on the schedule. 24 hours later, after hearing nothing, I called back to find out what the schedule was for a tech. No mention of a service fee on either call. The tech arrived, no mention of a service fee at arrival, spends 2 minutes looking at the fridge and asks me the age again. Promptly tells me that it's under warranty (5 years), they don't do repair work and then tells me there is a $60 service fee. I called the office and was told "you didn't ask if there was a service fee - we've had the same service fee for 20 years." I can't comment on their actual work because they will not do the repair I have, but their communication is very poor.

Then went to store and lady was nice helpful. However, while she was on the phone with .com trying to figure out the issue, they upset her and made her cry in front of me. I was shocked. I ended up leaving after I was told that they will call us and update us. Once I received the call back from a super rude person, they ended up canceling the order and gave us no explanation to why or anything. Today, I received a phone call asking me to go back to the store to get my refund. The worst experience I ever had in my life. Now I know why Home Depot is losing customers!!!!!!

Basically, the "stove" guys came today and the "microwave" guys will call me to schedule another delivery within the next 24 hours. Would've been helpful to KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE since I was excited about having a new microwave since I will have a guest at my house this weekend. I even mentioned this to the salespeople and told them I wasn't availability for delivery on Friday and Saturday because I had plans (with aforementioned house guest). So now I'll have to wait until probably the end of next week to have another free 4 hours to sit and wait for the microwave delivery and installation guys to show up. Very inconvenient. I could've made alternative plans with my schedule next week had I known about needing two delivery dates instead of one. SMH. ----------- Great selection. Wonderful prices. Three employees with no customers in the appliance department made us feel like intruders. None of them wanted to help - they were just talking, one sitting on a washing machine telling personal stories so I don't know why they were so unhelpful. One of them finally came and sort of "answered" our question but didn't really know and kept glancing away back at his friends obviously wanting to get back to talking to his fellow employees. We gave up and went to Home Depot to buy our appliances. I will never consider Lowes for future appliance purchases.

Anyway, Lowes doesn't install anything even though you pay Lowes to do it The subcontract out the work to a company who subcontracts out the work. Not only did the subcontracts subcontractor damage our brand new dishwasher, the also danaged our cabinets, and left half inch razor sharp metal objects sticking out of the space between the dishwasher and the cabinets on each side. Used zip ties to clamp off our kitchen sink water supply damaging the faucet and left us with no kitchen water. And finally half way thru the job scammed my wife out of another $150 in cash saying they needed it to finish the job. All in we paid Lowes the $150 to install and had to add in another $$150 to the inept crew and $100 to an emergency plut to get water going again. Now Lowes has agreed to reorder the dishwasher after extensive heated arguments and they denied any responsibility, but told me they would notify the sub contractor who would talk to the subcontractors subcontractor. I have spoken with the subcontractor and got a lot of we understand and we are sorry and we will make it right but time will tell In the meantime the company I originally paid to do the job (lowes) was unapologetic and stood solid that they weren't at fault. Proceed with caution with them they clearly don't vet the contractor or the subcontractors at all, and hold themselves harmless for screwing you over.

Imagine if there wasn't one. Then when they realized what they did, they decided to accelerate beyond the speed limit for over a mile. I had had to turn at that point. They did not stop me from getting their info! DO NOT use them, they obviously do not care about safety or paying attention and they might be in your house. Food for thought.

I was referred to this service site by Frigeadair Warrenty as my new dryer was not working…read moreproperly. David Farrow stated that he would come out to my house between 1pm and 4pm. He rudely stated that he'd call when on his way and I better answer or he'd cancel the appt. I called his office at 4:30pm and left a message asking wherre he was. At 6:45pm he finally calls stating that he was tied up doing other things as he volunteers at a local misson but he'd get to me around 9:00pm or so. Totally unsatisfactory I said come tomorrow morning. He said he'd be there between 0900 and noon. I told him I'f already been waiting since 1pm. His attitude was too bad..I was busy. He finally showed up the following morning. Looked at the dryer, did a test and stated that the problem wasn't with the dryer but in the 240 volt line coming out of the wall..he tested it and there was only 120 volt coming out so he left. I called an electrician( to the tune of $150.00) who tested the circuit, fuse box and load. Nothing was wrong...Seems this repair tech can't tell the difference between a heavy duty 240 volt line and a lamp cord. When I called to complain he hung up on me... DO NOT USE THIS INDIVIDUAL IF YOU HAVE A WARRENTY REPAIR FROM FRIDGEADAIRE or FOR ANY OTHER REASON!!!

This company has been called in to look at my Whirlpool fridge twice thanks to my warranty. First…read moreguy was late basically told me I was full of it, even though my freezer was at 15 degrees not 0 and there were obvious problem with items that were not completely frozen. All he did was check the temp and tell me to clear any dog hair from under the fridge. Second guy came out and actually did some real work. Apparently the back was covered in ice due to a known problem with the Whirlpool evaporator valve. He said he'd order the parts and get back to me the next week. I still haven't heard from him. Lowe's called em to follow up and offered to call the company. I allowed it and was told the parts were on order. Been about 3 or 4 weeks since that guy came out and still nothing. No answer the first time I called. No one called me back after I left a message. As of today, Lowe's is sending out a new company to do the work. Beyond useless, do not use them.
