Unfortunately I don't have the tools nor the knowledge how to investigate and repair despite the tutorials. Found these guys through Angie's list at 5am (thank you jet lag!) and by 630am, I received a call!! He was here before 9am and found quite an army of lost socks and other various this stuck in the line. End of story - washer works, laundry washed and jet lag is getting better!! He was in the neighborhood and just wanted to take a look. It turned out to be a bit more complicated than a simple replacement due to the age of the older unit. "Nope" he said. "You'll have to hire a regular plumber." That was not what I would expect to hear in this day and age. He had a chance to sell me disposal and charge me for a bad installation job. Instead, he took the high road. He did not even charge me for a service call. Before he left I asked for the number of a good plumber. Without hesitation he had the name and number in my hand. I called the plumber and two days later had a brand new disposal up and running. The plumber did say he would have to make adjustments to install the new disposal but he could do it in about an hour. In 45 min I was writing a check and my problem fixed. THANK YOU RICHARDS. I will be looking to you for appliances very soon. This is service you CANNOT GET at the big box stores. Shop Local.

My refrigerator was having temperature issues, so I called WSH to come take a look. They came and…read moretold me I need a temperature gauge. We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!
