I bought a speed queen washer from Richmond appliance. The whole transaction was done over the…read morephone. I didn't even have to go to the store. They delivered the washer I wanted and set it up and they were more reasonable than Colders. The Speed Queen washer is wonderful and is designed to last 25 years. The people that delivered and installed it did a great job. Like I said, their price was more reasonable than another major supplier of speed queen washers. I've had LG and GE Washers. They were junk. Our previous washer was a GE front loader. It was seven years old and it needed a new drum which was no longer available. Had it been available? It would've been a $1200 repair. The speed screen comes with a great warranty and as I said it is designed to last 25 years. So go to Ritzman appliance in Hales Corners and buy a speed queen. Or better yet, call them and order it over the phone and they will deliver it without you ever visiting the store.

Of course, it happened to be when we had a houseful of guests. The service technicians were timely, speedy, and very competent. They even managed to haul away the old and install the new appliances without any disruption to our card games -- our guests couldn't believe how quiet they were! Everyone was taking note of the Ritzman name on the delivery truck. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a new appliance -- go to Ritzman.

The microwave door springs broke, and those got repaired. Additionally, the microwave was made so that to replace a burnt out light, the entire unit had to be removed from the wall, which was handled with care and professionalism. It's saved me so much money on not having to replace appliances by repairing them instead. You can't go wrong with Advantage Appliance.

Poor quality appliances! I had been purchasing appliances from this store for years but lately…read morethere have been issues with the items. A washer I purchased from them went out after only 8 months. I went to get a new one but when they delivered it the outer casing was not even attached to the base. Even the delivery guys were surprised that it left the store in that condition. I refused it and they returned it to fix it. Three days later they deliver it with the casing now secured to the base but it didn't drain at all. Apparently their repair person does not check to make sure the appliances are working before being delivered. It seems they are severely lacking on any quality control but eager to sell. Avoid this store as they seem to have lost the ability to sell working appliances!

We cannot say enough good things about Christian. He was polite, approachable, well-mannered, very informative and, most of all, honest. By the time he got done with his diagnosis, everyone agreed it would cost us less to buy a new unit than it would be to dump the money in to fix the old one. That is what we did. And we thank Christian for showing us options. I am not sure who trained this guy, but he is the real deal. Naturally, we hope we don't have to see you too often. But when we do, it is Christian we will be asking for.

Date of service: March 21, 2025…read more Really appreciated that I could schedule an appointment online with Mr Appliance through their website as I tend to be crazy busy during working hours and loathe leaving voicemails for companies and playing phone tag. Jalen with Mr Appliance also came when they said they would come and resolved the issue quickly and easily. The issue was a grinding noise that our less than three year old dryer was making. an obvious sign that something was not right. Jalen suspected a potential blower motor issue and got to work on resolving it. 25 minutes later the problem was fixed: Excess lint buildup that got through the lint trip and into the machine, causing the motor to have to work harder than it needed to. He showed me all of the lint he pulled out, but he piled it up on the runner below the dryer and on the top of our glass-topped washing machine, requiring me to clean off the washer and wash the runner. In addition, it was $243 for less than a half hour of his time. If the service call is $129, that would make the hourly rate $200 for Mr Appliance--I am clearly in the wrong line of work! Unfortunately I can't really give more than three stars given the cost and cleanup from the appointment.
