He came out once and said the refrigerator was working. 24 hours later everything was thawed. He came back and looked at again and said the "closed compressor" was shot and said he was new and didn't know how to replace a closed compressor. He estimated a repair cost of $700. The refrigerator cast $700 new (9 years ago). $200 wasted and a whole freezer full of food gone. The tech was a nice guy. He recommended that I go to a used appliance store to buy one for less. I don't think I want someone else's problem. BTW Do not buy SAMSUNG. They don't stand behind their appliances. (Costco had the same size Whirlpool for $700 which is working perfectly.)

Friday the office called and said they could order part for $350 deposit. Next Friday they called to say the part was in. So now 2 weeks with no refrigerator. Monday the tech came, installed the fan and left. It didn't work still. I called the office and they said they have an appointment 2 weeks later. I called a different company , they came right out, had the fan in his truck and fixed it. I talked to the customer service manager with no success. So Ive paid $189, $350 deposit to Tiger and $416 to the new company to fix it. Their customer service is terrible and they can't fix a simple fan. I told my building to remove them from the preferred vendors but they already had because of other complaints. Don't go through the brain and wallet damage.

I called about an LG refrigerator I wish I had never bought, but that horse is out of the barn. I thought the cooling section was not running cool enough (the freezing section is (barely) okay). After explaining my observations, Steve explained some things about temperature variation in refrigerators and indicated it was probably doing the best it could. No repair would improve performance. He said he could come and look at it, but that would cost me a $90 service call and probably yield nothing. We discussed the situation a bit more and I decided to take his phone advice, rearrange the food in that section, and see what happens. I also told him that if ANY appliance in this house needed attention, he is the first person I will call. He has earned my loyalty and he has never put a hand on anything here! Directly, at least. I came on Yelp because our washer was shaking and it started to leak water all over our floor. Catherine reached out and let me know she could sent out a technician ASAP to fix the problem. She was not kidding, she sent out the best technician by the name of Dan C. Dan arrived the next day and he got right to work, once he examined the issue he explained everything really well to me and my family. He told me he was gonna send a txt the following day to discuss the price for repairing our washer. Obviously we agreed to the price of repairing, and he fixed it the next day. A very simple issue…read moreturned into a catastrophe, as he ripped off a metal ring from the dryer drum and could not get the pieces back in/on. I had a fully operable dryer before he came out.... he then told me it would be $600 to fix and I told him no way. I paid the $99 service fee, which later was refunded after 2 days of back and forth. They actually defended what he did. Here are the photos. Don't trust this service. Now I have to buy a new $1000 set because he couldnt remove a simple button. Massively disappointed I chose this business.
