That company was Elite. They responded to my quote request quickly and spoke with me about what I needed help with. We got scheduled quickly and then Steve Sr. came by in our scheduled window to help me out. Steve was great! Friendly, professional, enjoyed saying hi to my very enthusiastic dog and kept me informed of all the repairs my machines needed along the way. The first guy walked in, opened the door, looked at MY thermometers and said it was the compressor. He did not check anything else out. In and out in 1 minute and I asked and he said it's "always" the compressor. A week later they replaced the compressor and it was still not cooling. I called back and the customer service lady (if you want to call it that) said I had to wait 8-12 hours to report it. I called back next morning and they had closed my claim and said I needed to make another claim (ie they got paid and I got screwed) They were magically able to send another guy out 5 days later.
