They have to order the part. Couple of weeks later the same tech is out with the part. He complains to me again about hating to work on Bosch. The tech breaks the part and they have to do another part order. No word from Mr. Appliance for a couple of weeks so I call them and they tell me the part came in that same day (sure, what a coincidence). But they won't get me on the schedule for over a week. Supposed to be out today between 12-2pm. I call at 2:15 to ask if they are coming, owner Dennis tells me yes. They close at 5. I call close to 5 and ask Dennis again, and he goes on a rant about how Bosch won't pay his guy enough to work on a poorly designed dishwasher. That may be true--but it doesn't excuse the lack of ANY customer service at all. Their own website brags saying "Your local appliance repair technician arrives on-time, every time...". I had to call after weeks of no contact about the part. Then had to call after no contact about missing your appointment. Then had to call a 2nd time that day when they STILL hadn't arrived at closing time. And then to have the owner Dennis get snotty with me and then he even complained just like the tech did about Bosch having poor designs. I'd buy a brand new appliance before I'd let this awful company in my door again.

Pros: * Big selection of products, great quality. * Good deals on clearance items. Some are well hidden, like discounted rugs around the corner on end caps, so ensure you walk around the dept to check for discounted items. * Lots of parking, wider spots to accommodate trucks. Be careful as you'll always encounter guys loading their trucks & barreling through the parking lot with large dollies. Cons: * As with other stores, if you check a product online & find it's in stock, it may not be. I find that 100% of the time. * It's challenging to find an employee to help find an item & when I have found someone, they are annoyed that I asked. Why? It's your JOB. And, why is it that stockers always look so dang miserable? I used to work retail & liked stocking as a break from routine. Still, you chose the job, lose the attitude. Good to Know: * Some things are way too pricey (like furniture & seasonal items like Christmas trees), but the quality is good. With the food & personal care aisles, their prices are often more than grocery stores, so choose carefully. Their cleaning products are often better priced than other stores. * Returns are easy & right inside the door to the left, but there's usually a line, so if you're pressed for time, wait... don't plan on being in & out in 5-min. It's a good store but I just rarely find what I need. Then again, I'm not looking for Home Depot type building items, just household things. Replaced the door catch but door stI'll beeped when closed. suggested we flip breaker. Still beeped ordered a new motherboard which he replaced on second trip. After he left it still beeped. I tripped circuit one more time. still waiting to see if it is fixed. On second visit he though problem was that it beeped with door open. I explained, no when closed. If the reset doesn't stop the beep I would not let him back in my house.
