We told him we were just looking at that moment. He was very kind and accommodating. A couple weeks later, we purchased all four items mentioned above. Brandon remembered us and he gave us a great price for all the items together. We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and asked if we could leave the appliances there for a few weeks and he graciously let us. The kitchen remodel took longer than expected (nearly two months extra), and we checked in with Brandon periodically and he still let us keep our items there for that long. The appliances were very low cost to deliver to us ($70 total for all 4 pieces since it was one trip). Prior to delivery, he tested each and something was needed for one of the pieces, so he called and let me know with full disclosure, which delayed the expected delivery a few days, yet he gave us an extra item repair because of the delay, and he got those 4 appliances to us when we needed them. Everything worked great, except we had an issue with the oven door of our induction range not closing fully, which prevented the oven from working. I called them and they promptly (within 3 days) had a mechanic contact me to fix the issue at no charge. Overall the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

I had to cut and slash to get it in my price range. Delivery in two weeks. Fine. I went home to figure out what went wrong. For a California King, Gilbert charged me for 2 queen size box springs. Should have been 2 twins. Received a phone call from Gilbert, delivery pushed back another two weeks. Any more delays and will cancel order and ask for refund. Best part of story is mattress delivered in third week by very courteous gentleman who set up new mattress and hauled away old mattress. From my personal experience, go elsewhere for a mattress. I do highly recommend their delivery team.

After 3 days of me calling Lowe's & either talking to an answering machine or an annoyed customer service with the same vague promise to call me back I called it quits , swallowed the cost and went searching for another option. Did I mention I was also on a strict time crunch since this was for a rental property & I happened to live out of state. I really did not want to have to purchase another round trip air fair ticket. I found Pro Appliance Installers online and gave them a call on a Friday around 5pm. Did I mention that it was also the Friday before Mother's Day ? I didn't have too much hope of this getting done before my flight out Monday night but figured I would give it a shot anyway. I called and talked to Jesse explaining my situation and he worked with my schedule and somehow was able to fit me in on the morning of Mother's Day! They arrived on time and kept in contact with me before , during, and after just to make sure everything was working . They installed it in less than an hour (including haul away) and left everything spotless. We will definitely be giving them a call for all future appliance needs.

FYI... there is a small section of this store which is NOT "open box" discounted. Most items are 40% off due to overstocked or small dings or scratches. Went in to Dave's Appliance, Anaheim location on 01-05-2026. Needed to install a wall mounted…read moremicrowave for the in-laws; theirs had burned out. I can confirm that their prices are legitimately at least 60% off Best Buy, Lowe's, Home depot for the exact same models. They had about 100 in stock, mostly stainless steel. Some had minor dents on the front, some had no dents but a scuffed microwave handle, etc. You can pick your poison, but their most dented units are still nice - B+ at worst. There were around 10 units under $150, and we walked out with a nice wall mounted stainless steel microwave for under $110.
