I called the store, spoke with the manager and he was passively apologetic. He sounded more like talking to a a customer was more of an annoyance than really caring about taking care of the customer. The Plumber asked about the anti tip bracket and I told him there wasn't one. Called back and the manager answered again and instead of recognizing the need for the safety device, he was dismissive, and codesigning. The manager brought the anti tip bracket and was rude about it. I buy local when I can but will never buy from them again.

Unlike Best Buy, Lowes or Home Depot, the receipts are an arcane dot-matrix 3-part form, (impossible to read) and there is no delivery or installation.
